The exp.nential growth in communication network.,data technology,advanced libraries,and mainly World Wide Web services has p.ayed a p.votal role in facilitating the retrieval of various typ.s of information as ***,this p.ogress has also led to security concerns related to the transmission of confidential ***,safeguarding these data during communication through insecure channels is crucial for obvious *** emergence of steganograp.y offers a robust ap.roach to concealing confidential information,such as images,audio track.,text files,and video files,in suitable media carriers.A novel technique is envisioned based on back.p.op.gation *** to the p.op.sed method,a hybrid fuzzy neural network.HFNN)is ap.lied to the outp.t obtained from the least significant bit substitution of secret data using p.xel value dif-ferences and exp.oiting the modification *** simulation and test results,it has been observed that the p.op.sed methodology achieves secure steganograp.y and sup.rior visual *** the exp.riments,we observed that for the secret image of the cameraman,the p.NR&MSE values of the p.op.sed technique are 61.963895 and 0.041361,resp.ctively.

Back.round: Transgender healthcare is not a formal learning requirement in Internal Medicine residency or fellowship. The National LGBTQ Task.Force ap.ealed to urgently train clinicians on the effective care of transgender p.tients. Few studies address the successful imp.ementation of transgender healthcare teaching and education in graduate medical education. p.rp.se: The p.rp.se was to design an online asynchronous curriculum to address the need for imp.oved transgender healthcare education in graduate medical education and assess change in k.owledge and comfort in transgender healthcare for residents and fellow learners. Methods: A 6-module curriculum was develop.d using established guidelines and ACGME comp.tencies as a framework.for content. To assess curriculum effectiveness, p.rticip.nts received anonymous p.e- and p.st-curriculum surveys which included a multip.e-choice k.owledge assessment, Lik.rt scale comfort questions focusing on healthcare sk.lls, and op.n-ended feedback.questions. Results: Twenty-six internal medicine residents and fellows p.rticip.ted in the curriculum (2022-2023). There was a 69% p.st-survey resp.nse rate. p.rticip.nts imp.oved their gender-affirming k.owledge after comp.eting the curriculum (p.Conclusion: This online curriculum was successful in increasing k.owledge and comfort in transgender care for IM residents and fellows. It p.ovides a p.omising framework.to address this gap.in curricular content.

In this p.p.r, a robust fractional order fuzzy p.＋ fuzzy I ＋ fuzzy D （FOFp.＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD） controller is p.esented for a nonlinear and uncertain 2-1ink.p.anar rigid manip.lator. It is a nonlinear fuzzy controller with variable gains that mak.s it self- adjustable or adap.ive in nature. The fractional order op.rators further mak. it more robust by p.oviding additional degrees of freedom to the design engineer. The integer order counterp.rt, fuzzy p.＋ fuzzy I ＋ fuzzy D （Fp.＋ FI ＋ FD） controller, for a comp.rative study, was realized by tak.ng the integer value for the fractional order op.rators in FOFp.＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller. The p.rformances of both the fuzzy controllers are evaluated for reference trajectory track.ng and disturbance rejection with and without model uncertainty and measurement noise. Genetic algorithm was used to op.imize the p.rameters of controller under study for minimum integral of absolute error. Simulation results demonstrated that FOFp.＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller show much better p.rformance as comp.red to its counterp.rt Fp.＋ FI ＋ FD controller in servo as well as the regulatory p.oblem and in model uncertainty and noisy environment FOFp.＋ FOFI ＋ FOFD controller demonstrated more robust behavior as comp.red to the Fp.＋ FI ＋ FD controller. For the develop.d controller bounded-inp.t and bounded-outp.t stability conditions are also develop.d using Small Gain Theorem.

p.op.rtional and derivative k.ck.i.e., a large change in control action of a p.op.rtional p.us integral p.us derivative （p.D） controller due to a sudden change in reference set-p.int is generally undesired in p.ocess industry. Therefore, the structure of conventional p.rallel p.D controller is modified to integral minus p.op.rtional derivative （I-p.） controller. In this p.p.r, three hybrid fuzzy Ip. controllers such as a fuzzy I-fuzzy p. （FI-Fp.） controller and its hybrid combinations with its conventional counterp.rt such as fuzzy I-p. （FI-p.） and I-fuzzy p. （I-Fp.） are p.esented in view of above industrial p.oblem. These controllers are based up.n the counterp.rt conventional I-p. controller and contains analytical formulae. Comp.ter simulations are carried out to evaluate the p.rformance of hybrid fuzzy controllers along with conventional I-p. and p.D controllers for set-p.int track.ng and disturbance rejection for an induction motor in closed loop.using LabVIEWTM environment. The gains of conventional and hybrid fuzzy controllers are tuned using genetic algorithm （GA） for minimum overshoot and settling time. It has been observed that hybrid fuzzy controllers along with the conventional I-p. controller significantly remove the k.ck.from the control action in reference set-p.int track.ng. However, in disturbance rejection, I-p. and FI-p. controllers fail to eliminate the k.ck.from the control signal. In contrast, FI-Fp. and I-Fp. controllers considerably reduced sp.k.s from the control action in disturbance rejection. Among the conventional and hybrid fuzzy Ip. controllers, FI--Fp. demonstrates much better set-p.int track.ng and disturbance rejection resp.nse with sp.k. free control action.

The p.lymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry p.lymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged p.tential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the Na-ion conducting p.lymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate Na-ion conducting and flexible p.lymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coup.ed p.ly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in NaClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid cap.citors(f-NIHC).In p.rticular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the op.imum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly imp.ove the ionic conductivity up.to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up.to 2.6 V,whereas the double network.ng structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 Mp.)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-NIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4) achieved high sp.cific and high-rate cap.cities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),resp.ctively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh k.^(−1)at 906Wk.^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional op.ration under mechanical stresses.

The onset of p.riodic and ap.riodic convection in a binary nanofiuid satu- rated rotating p.rous layer is studied considering constant flux boundary conditions. The p.rous medium obeys Darcy＇s law, while the nanofluid envisages the effects of the Brow- nian motion and thermop.oresis. The Rayleigh numbers for stationary and oscillatory convection are obtained in terms of various non-dimensional p.rameters. The effect of the involved p.ysical p.rameters on the ap.riodic convection is studied grap.icMly. The results are validated in comp.rison with the p.blished literature in limiting cases of the p.esent study.
