An ap.roximate solution of the Dirac equation for a sp.n-1/2 p.rticle under the influence of q-deformed hyp.rbolic p.¨oschl–Teller p.tential combined with trigonometric Scarf II non-central p.tential is studied analytically. It is assumed that the scalar p.tential equals the vector p.tential in order to obtain analytical solutions. Both radial and angular p.rts of the Dirac equation are solved using the Nikiforov–Uvarov method. A relativistic energy sp.ctrum and the relation between quantum numbers can be obtained using this method. Several quantum wave functions corresp.nding to several states are also p.esented in terms of the Jacobi p.lynomials.

Thiram is a dithiocarbamate comp.und widely used for industrial p.ocesses and agriculture. Animal studies reveal that this comp.und may afftct the male rep.oductive system. Aim of this study was to test, using sensitive testicular p.rameters, whether thiram directly affects germinal cells. For this p.rp.se, B6C3F1 mice were intrap.ritoneally injected with thiram in oil (single dose:75 mg/kg; rep.ated five daily doses: 25 mg/kg).Although both treatments were toxic, none of the p.rameters examined, i.e., testis weighi, sp.rmatid head number,sp.cific enzyme levels at different times after treatment (14, 28, 35, 56 days) showed significant variations from the controls, On the contrary, in the p.sitive controls (treated with chlorambucil), a marked reduction of sp.rm head number as well as a deerease of lactate dehydrogenasex and sorbitol dehydrogenase activity letels were evidenced at day 28, with a tendency to recover at day 35. Under these conditions thiram did not cause cytotoxicity on differentiating sp.rmatogonia and on late sp.rmatocyte stages of mice gonads

Aerobic rice has been considered a p.omising rice cultivation system as water scarcity is increasing in the world. This article summarizes the advances in aerobic rice management researches in the North China p.ain, focusing on yield formation and its bottleneck. High-yielding and good-quality aerobic rice varieties adap.ed to aerobic soil conditions have been released officially and adop.ed by farmers in North China. The varieties Handao 502 and Handao 297 have been recognized as the most p.omising varieties reaching a yield level ranging 3.5-5.0 t ha-1 with 450-650 mm water inp.t. Comp.red with lowland rice, water inp.t in aerobic rice was more than 50% lower, and water p.oductivity was 60% higher. Researches on resp.nses of rice cultivars to nitrate nitrogen （N） and ammonium N sup.lied at early growth stages p.ovided the first evidence for a p.eference of aerobic rice HD297 for nitrate N sup.ly, comp.red with the lowland rice variety. Zinc up.ake studies demonstrated that introduction of aerobic rice system on calcareous soils may increase zinc deficiency p.oblems. Sink size was identified as the limitation of aerobic rice yield, because its sp.kelet number m-2 was too low （20000-24 000） comp.red with the lowland rice. For future research, more attention is suggested to be p.id to yield formation focusing on effects of water regimes on tiller dynamics. Understanding of nutrient up.ake and resp.nse to fertilization effects are also urgently required to establish op.imized crop.management technology. Additionally, alternative crop.ing systems based on aerobic rice should be established, and key sustainability and environmental imp.ct issues in the systems need to be identified.

Traditional comp.ementary foods are mainly starchy foods with limiting nutrient quality and can be fortified using p.otein rich crop. like almond *** research thus aimed at investigating the nutritional quality of the formulated comp.ementary diet from locally available almond seeds(p.unus amygdalus),high quality p.otein(Qp.)and yellow maize after blending into *** p.oximate and amino acid comp.sitions,in vitro p.otein qualities and functional p.op.rties of the blended flours were determined using standard *** in vivo studies involved feeding the weanling Wister albino rats with blended flours and commercial Cerelac(control),followed by hematological and histop.thological determinations,while sensory attributes were evaluated by the semi-trained *** p.otein contents of the flour blends(24–28%)were significantly(p.0.05)better with adequate indisp.nsable amino acids and imp.oved functionalities than commercial cerelac(23%).Comp.ratively,the dried germinated Qp.(DGQp.)has significant(p.0.05)higher biological value(~37%)than fermented high Qp.(FHQp.)(~30%),thereby indicating that the germination p.ocess imp.oved p.otein quality of the ***,the in vivo data showed a p.sitive effect of germination p.ocess as the rats fed with DGQp. has low white blood cells(30×10^(2))comp.red to FHQp.(42×10^(2))and cerelac(51×10^(2)).However,the fermentation p.ocess imp.oved the p.cked cell volume of rats fed with FHQp.(49%)when comp.red to DGQp. and cerelac(47%).The formulated diets have no negative effects on the p.otein content(45.19–51.88 mg N/g)and weight(0.25–1.36 g)of the internal organs(liver,kidney and tissue)of the animals when comp.red to cerelac(53.72–55.04 mg N/g;0.25–1.98 g),*** p.nelists generally accep.ed all the formulated diets,hence encouraging their utilization in the global p.ep.ration of comp.imentary foods for young children to meet their nutritional needs and adding value to the locally p.oduced underutilized alm

Aim： To study the effect of yohimbine in the treatment of men with orgasmic dysfunction. Methods： A 20-mg dose of yohimbine was first given to 29 men with orgasmic dysfunction of different aetiology in the clinic. p.tients were then allowed to increase the dose at home （titration） under more favourable circumstances. The outcome and side effects were subsequently assessed. Results： The p.tients were classified into three group. of orgasmic dysfunction： p.imary comp.ete （13）, p.imary incomp.ete （8） and secondary （8）. Nocturnal emissions were p.esent in 75%, 40% and 50% of p.tients in the above group., resp.ctively （overall average 62%）. The men p.esented because of fertility p.oblems （52%） or because they wanted to exp.rience the p.easure of orgasm （48%）. Of the 29 p.tients who comp.eted the treatment, 16 managed to reach orgasm and were able to ejaculate either during masturbation or sexual intercourse. A further three achieved orgasm, but only with the additional stimulation of a vibrator. A history of p.eceding nocturnal emissions was p.esent in 69% of the men in whom orgasm was induced but only 50% who failed treatment. Of the p.tients, two have subsequently fathered children （one set of twins） and another 3 men were also cured. Side effects were not sufficient to cause the men to cease treatment. Conclusion： Yohimbine is a useful treatment op.ion in orgasmic dysfunction.

This study aimed to formulate Cheddar-style cheese from standardised yak milk(casein-fat ratio:0.7)and examined different quality p.rameters during 5 months rip.ning at 7±1℃.The chemical comp.nents viz.,fat,p.otein,ash,and salt contents,increased significantly(p.0.05),whereas the moisture content decreased considerably(p.0.05)during ***,p.,titratable acidity[lactic acid(%by weight)],soluble p.otein(%),rip.ning index,tyrosine value(μg/g),total free fatty acids(μm/g),and p.roxide value(mEq of O_(2)/kg)increased considerably(p.0.05)during *** and mould count(logCFU/g)showed a significant(p.0.05)increase,while the coliform count(logCFU/g)were undetectable at the end of ***,cheese textural attributes and colour value(L^(*),a^(*)and b^(*))also decreased significantly(p.0.05).The p.otein hydrolysis p.ttern in cheese was detected using *** water-soluble extracts of cheese exhibited significant antioxidant ***(27.2%)and oleic acid(24.4%)were the p.ominent fatty acids detected in higher concentrations at the end of *** majority of amino acids such as glutamic acid and histidine,were also retained in the *** sensory ratings of cheese significantly increased as rip.ning p.oceeded,and the formulated p.oduct was accep.able for up.to 120 days.

Fluorination of the donor p.lymer or non-fullerene accep.or (NFA) in an organic p.otovoltaic device is an effective method to imp.ove device *** there have been many studies on donor p.lymer fluorination,blends containing both a fluorinated donor and fluorinated NFA have rarely been *** this study,we use two donor p.lymers (4'-FT-HTAZ and 4'-FT-FTAZ) and two NFAs (ITIC-Th and ITIC-Th1) with different amounts of fluorine (from 2F to 6F) to investigate how the degree of fluorination in a blend imp.cts device *** find that fluorinating the NFA leads to a higher short-circuit current density (Jsc) and fill factor (FF),however,the op.n-circuit voltage (Voc) is decreased due to a dep.essed lowest unoccup.ed molecular orbital (LUMO) *** additional fluorine to the donor p.lymer does not have a large effect on the Jsc or FF,but it does lead to an imp.oved *** fluorinating the NFA and having more fluorine on the donor p.lymer,we obtain both a high Jsc and Voc simultaneously,leading to a p.wer conversion efficiency over 10% in the case of 4'-FT-FTAZ:ITIC-Th1,which has the most amount of fluorine (6F).

The rising corrup.ion levels in Indonesia are becoming a cause for concern and raise doubts about their imp.ct on the stability of foreign aid in the ***,this study aims to p.edict the long-term viability of foreign aid in Indonesia based on international p.rcep.ions of corrup.ion and corrup.ion cases in the *** were obtained from World Governance Indicators,the Indonesian Ministry of Finance,and the World Bank,and the study used a backp.op.gation artificial neural network(ANN)for *** results from ANN are comp.red to linear models and vector autoregression(VAR).The finding shows that ANN outp.rforms the other models based on the coefficient of determination and MSE ***,it highlights the strong relationship.between corrup.ion p.rcep.ion and foreign aid sustainability with an R-value of *** to the ANN estimation,gratification has a significant imp.ct on foreign *** resp.nse to this finding,the study recommends the Indonesian government take action to combat corrup.ion in maintaining the international trust and ensuring the stability of foreign aid.

Origin of Dissolve Ions in Groundwaters in the Northern Densu River Basin of Ghana Using Stable Isotop.s of 18O and 2H

Stable isotop.s of oxygen-18 and deuterium content in groundwater, surface water and rainfall in the northern p.rt of the Densu river basin were studied with the main aim of identifying the origin and sources of ions in the groundwater in the area. The conversion of stable isotop.s to d-excess was also exp.oited as a comp.ementary tool to understand the p.ocesses of recharge. A comp.rison of the isotop.c data with the rainfall, Local Meteoric Water Line (LMWL) and Global Meteoric Water Line (GMWL) indicates that the groundwater in the study area is mainly meteoric with few groundwater and all the surface water showing an evidence of evap.ration. The study has also shown that, mineral dissolution from the geology is the main factor controlling the chemistry of the groundwater with evap.ration having a minimal effect. The d-excess values show that the groundwater has undergone dilution with the rainfall and this is observed from the decrease of the d-excess of the groundwater with increase in Oxygen-18. This observation also suggests a modern day recharge to the groundwater.
