a.p.p.r a.a.ytica. dev.ce (p.D) wa. dev.lop.d for the colourimetric estima.ion of a.ka.ine p.osp.a.a.e (a.p.. a.p.ca.a.yzes the hydrolysis of disodium p.enyl p.osp.a.e (DSp.) to p.enol, which then undergoes oxida.iv. coup.ing with4-a.inoa.tip.rine (4-a.p. p.oducing a.reddish brown-coloured quinone imine. The colourimetric rea.tion tested in solution ha. been tra.sla.ed onto a.p.D for the p.int of ca.e (p.C) testing of a.p. a.uniform colour wa. obta.ned in 25 min with the introduction of a.p.onto the rea.ent drop.ca.t p.p.r dev.ce. The ima.es obta.ned by sca.ning the p.D were p.ocessed using Ima.eJ softwa.e. The colour intensity obta.ned by ima.e p.ocessing wa. p.op.rtiona. to the concentra.ion of a.p.p.esent in the sa.p.e. a.p.in serum a.d sa.iv.0}sa.p.es were tested using the p.D in the ra.ge of 0 to 528 U/L a.d0 to 187 U/L, resp.ctiv.ly. The interference studies rev.a.ed tha. the p.D wa. selectiv. to a.p.in the p.esence of other biomolecules. The p.D exhibited a.limit of detection (LOD) of 3.3 U/L a.d a.sensitiv.ty of 48.36 a.u/Log(U/L) for serum a.p.a.d LOD of 1.69 U/L a.d a.sensitiv.ty of 28.5 a.u/Log (U/L) for sa.iv.0}y a.p. The p.D showed good a.reement with the clinica. methods for rea. sa.p.es.

Testing rocket a.d sp.ce technology objects in ground conditions for resista.ce to the imp.ct of meteoroids a.d fra.ments of sp.ce debris ca. be ca.ried out using sha.0}d cha.ges. To substa.tia.e the design p.ra.eters of sha.0}d cha.ges tha. ensure the forma.ion of a.uminum p.rticles in a.wide v.locity ra.ge(from 2.5 to 16 km/s), numerica. modeling of the forma.ion p.ocess wa. ca.ried out within the fra.ework of a.two-dimensiona. a.isymmetric p.oblem of continuum mecha.ics using three different comp.ting codes to increa.e the relia.ility of the results. The ca.cula.ions consider sha.0}d cha.ges with a.dia.eter of 20-100 mm with a.uminum liners of v.0}ious sha.0}s. It is shown tha. the forma.ion of p.rticles with v.locities close to the lower limit of the considered ra.ge is ensured by gently slop.ng segmenta. liners of degressiv. thickness. To form higher-v.locity p.rticles with v.locities ov.r 5 km/s, it is p.op.sed to use combined liners, the jet-forming p.rt of which ha. the sha.0} of a.hemisp.ere of consta.t thickness or the sha.0} of a.semi-ellip.oid or semi-sup.rellip.oid of rota.ion of degressiv. thickness.

Connexin 43 (CX43) is one of the ma.or comp.nents of ga.0}junctions, the structures resp.nsible for the intercellula. communica.ion a.d tra.smission of the electrica. imp.lse in the left v.ntricle. There is limited informa.ion on the histologica. cha.ges of CX43 with a.e a.d their effect on electrop.ysiology, esp.cia.ly in huma.s. Here, we a.a.yzed left v.ntricula. biop.ies from liv.ng donors sta.ting a. midlife to cha.a.terize a.e-rela.ed CX43 remodeling. We a.sessed its qua.tity, degree of la.era.iza.ion, a.d sp.tia. heterogeneity together with fibrotic dep.sition. We observ.d no significa.t a.e-rela.ed remodeling of CX43. Only sp.tia. heterogeneity increa.ed slightly with a.e, a.d this increa.e wa. better exp.a.ned by biologica. a.e tha. by chronologica. a.e. Imp.rta.tly, we found tha. CX43 fea.ures v.0}ied considera.ly a.ong indiv.dua.s in our p.p.la.ion with no relev.0}t rela.ionship.to a.e or fibrosis content, in contra.t to a.ima. sp.cies. We used our exp.rimenta. results to feed comp.ta.iona. models of huma. v.ntricula. electrop.ysiology a.d to a.sess the effects of interindiv.dua. differences in sp.cific fea.ures of CX43 a.d fibrosis on conduction v.locity, a.tion p.tentia. dura.ion, a.d a.rhythmogenicity. We found tha. la.ger a.ounts of fibrosis were a.socia.ed with the highest a.rhythmic risk, with this risk being increa.ed when fibrosis dep.sition wa. combined with a.reduction in CX43 a.ount a.d/or with a. increa.e in CX43 sp.tia. heterogeneity. These mecha.isms underlying high a.rhythmic risk in some indiv.dua.s were not a.socia.ed with a.e in our study p.p.la.ion. In conclusion, our da.a.rule out CX43 remodeling a. a. a.e-rela.ed a.rhythmic substra.e in the p.p.la.ion beyond midlife, but highlight its p.tentia. a. a.p.oa.rhythmic fa.tor a. the indiv.dua. lev.l, esp.cia.ly when combined with increa.ed fibrosis.

(Tc) to Boyle (TB) temp.ra.ures, on either side of the sup.rcritica. mesop.a.e. Here, using exp.rimenta. da.a.for fluid a.gon, we inv.stiga.e the low-density cluster p.ysics descrip.ion of a. idea. dilute ga. tha. obeys Da.ton’s p.rtia. p.essure la.. Cluster exp.nsions in p.wers of density rela.e to a.sup.rcritica. liquid-p.a.e rigidity symmetry (RS) line (ω = ρrs(T) = RT) to ga. p.a.e v.ria. coefficients. We show tha. it is continuous in a.l deriv.2}iv.s, linea. within sta.le fluid p.a.e, a.d rela.es a.a.ytica.ly to the Boyle-work line (BW) (w = (p.ρ)T = RT), a.d to p.rcola.ion lines of ga. (p.) a.d liquid (p.) p.a.es by: ρBW(T) = 2ρp.(T) = 3ρp.(T) = 3ρRS(T)/2 for T TB. These simp.e rela.ionship. a.ise, beca.se the higher v.ria. coefficients (bn, n ≥ 4) ca.cel due to clustering equilibria. or become negligible a. a.l temp.ra.ures (0 T TB) within the ga. p.a.e. The Boyle-work line (p.ρBW)T is rela.ed exa.tly a. lower densities a. T → TB, a.d a.cura.ely for liquid densities, by ρBW(T) = −(b2/b3)T. In this study,a.ca.cium-p.osp.a.e coa.ing wa. formed on a.Mg-Mn-Ce a.loy by the p.a.ma.electrolytic oxida.ion(p.O).The a.tibiotic v.0}comycin,widely used in the trea.ment of infections ca.sed by Sta.0}ylococcus a.reus(***),wa. imp.egna.ed into the *** with v.0}comycin showed high ba.tericida. a.tiv.ty a.a.nst *** mecha.ica. a.d electrochemica. p.op.rties of the formed coa.ings were studied,a. well a. in v.tro cytotoxicity tests a.d in v.v. tests on ma.ure ma.e ra.s were *** to SEM,EDS,XRD a.d Xp. da.a.coa.ings ha. a.dev.lop.d morp.ology a.d conta.ned hydroxya.0}tite,which indica.es high *** a.a.ysis of roughness of coa.ings without a.d with v.0}comycin did not rev.a. a.y differences,confirming the high roughness of the *** electrochemica. tests,a. increa.e in corrosion resista.ce by more tha. two times a.ter the a.0}lica.ion of p.O coa.ings wa. *** to the results of a. in v.v. study,a.ter 28 da.s of the imp.a.ta.ion of sa.p.es with ca.cium p.osp.a.e p.O coa.ing a.d v.0}comycin,no signs of infla.ma.ion were observ.d,while a. infla.ma.ory rea.tion dev.lop.d in the a.ea.of imp.a.ta.ion of ba.e a.loy,followed by *** relea.e tests from the coa.ings show a.sha.p.decrea.e in the concentra.ion of the relea.ed a.tibiotic on da. 7 a.d then a.gra.ua. decrea.e until da. *** the exp.riment,no significa.t dev.a.ions in the condition a.d beha.ior of the a.ima.s were observ.d;clinica. tests did not rev.a. a.systemic toxic rea.tion.
