A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2νββ)decay of^(136)Xe to the 0+1 excited state of 136Ba is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by EXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the phase II dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2νββdecay to the 0+1 state of 136Ba is 2.9×10^(24)yr using a total^(136)Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2νββdecay to the 0^(+)_(1)state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T2ν1/2(0^(+)→0^(+)_(1))>1.4×10^(24)yr at 90%confidence level,improved by 70%relative to the current world's best constraint.

In order to investigate the role of oxygen on the ionic wind induced by a plasma actuator,a study of a plasma actuator operating in a controlled atmosphere has been *** result shows that 1) the velocity is about 10%higher in ambient air than in dry air;2) the velocity in pure oxygen is higher than that in pure nitrogen(about twice ),but lower than that in dry air(15%less);3) the ionic wind goes farther in pure nitrogen than in pure *** second observation suggests that the nitrogen plays a lesser role,but that its effect is not *** recorded using an ICCD camera show that the discharge in pure oxygen has a much different discharge structure than in the other gases.

目的评估血浆和血小板输注比率和输注不足对外伤后致死性出血患儿的影响。设计对儿童大量输血流行病学和预后(MATIC)研究数据集进行二次分析,为一项针对致死性出血患儿的前瞻性观察性研究。场所美国、加拿大和意大利的24家儿童医院。对象0~17岁的受伤儿童,在6 h内接受超过40 mL/kg的血制品总量,或根据大量输血方案(massive transfusion protocol,MTp)输血。干预措施/暴露记录出血事件中输注的体重校正后血制品容量。分析血浆/红细胞比率(血浆/红细胞体重校正容量,单位mL/kg)和血小板/红细胞比率(血小板/红细胞体重校正容量,单位mL/kg)。血浆输注不足按红细胞(mL/kg)-血浆(mL/kg)计算;血小板输注不足按红细胞(mL/kg)-血小板(mL/kg)计算。测量方法与主要结果共分析191例患儿,中位年龄(四分位数范围)10(5~15)岁,男性患儿占61%,钝性损伤占61%,中位创伤严重度评分为29(24~38)分。在校正小儿死亡风险(pRISM)评分、心脏骤停、血管活性药物使用和钝性损伤机制后,相比于低血浆/红细胞比率,高血浆/红细胞比率(>1∶2)与6 h存活率改善有关(OR=0.12,95%CI 0.03~0.52,p=0.004)。血小板/红细胞比率与存活率无关。在校正年龄、pRISM评分、心脏骤停和损伤机制后,血浆输注不足量越大,患儿6 h和24 h病死率越高(每10 mL/kg血浆输注不足可导致6 h和24 h病死风险分别增加10%和20%,p值分别为0.04和0.01);血小板输注不足量越大,患儿24 h病死率越高(每10 mL/kg血小板输注不足可致患儿24 h病死风险增加10%,p=0.02)。结论研究结果提示,受伤患儿平衡复苏可能会改善早期存活率。需要多中心临床试验来评估临床医生是否应将设定输血比率和输血不足阈值作为最佳儿童止血复苏治疗的一部分。

Objectives: To determine whether children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis (CF), pancreatic insufficiency (pI), and mild-to-moderate lung disease have an increased risk of fracture compared with concurrent healthy control subjects. Study design: A lifetime fracture history questionnaire was administered to 186 subjects (ages 6 to 25 years) with CF, pI and mild-to-moderate lung disease and 427 healthy white control subjects (ages 4 to 25 years). Results: A fracture was reported by 24% of subjects with CF and 23% of healthy control subjects. Average age of first fracture was similar between the groups (8.3 years for subjects and 8.8 years for controls). The radius/ulna was the most common fracture site in both groups. Risk of fracture, adjusted for sex and age, was not greater in the CF group compared with the control group (hazard ratio: 0.96, 95% CI: 0.68, 1.30, p = .82). Conclusion: Children and adolescents with CF, pI, and mild-to-moderate lung disease were not at an increased risk of fracture.

得克萨斯西部和新墨西哥东南部的二叠盆地是一个巨大的产油区，2002年占美国产油量的17％（3．27×10^8 bbl）。在现有规模资源底数的基础上，深入了解盆地储层的地质情况和所采取的提高采收率措施对美国石油产量有重大的影响。根据油藏的地层、岩性、沉积环境、结构和区域构造背景已确定出有32个含油远景区位于二叠盆地得克萨斯州和新墨西哥州部分。1339个大规模油藏（2000年累积产油量〉1×10^6bbl）构成了一个地质远景区。这些油藏的累积产量为28．9×10^9bbl，或占二叠盆地总产量的95％。列举了远景区成功进行油藏开发措施的实例，由于所实施的油藏开发措施在一个油藏中运行良好，因此，这些措施可适用于远景区的其它油藏。二叠盆地主要是一个碳酸盐岩远景区。碳酸盐岩油藏的石油产量占总石油产量的75％；碎屑岩油藏、碎屑岩和碳酸盐岩的混合油藏、含燧石油藏的石油产量分别占总石油产量的14％、8％和3％。累积产量最大的远景区是陆棚西北部SanAndrea台地的碳酸盐岩远景区（最高累积产量为4．0×10^9 bbl）、leonard局限台地碳酸盐岩远景区（最高累积产量为3．3×10^9 bbl）、宾夕法尼亚系和下二叠统马蹄形环礁的碳酸盐岩远景区（最大累积产量为2．7×10^9bbl）和San Andres台地碳酸盐岩远景区（2．2×10^9bbl）。二叠系产量占累积产量的73％，其次为宾夕法尼亚系（占13％）和奥陶系（占6％）。根据已发现和开采出的储量资源底数的成分计算，所估算出的剩余储量为3．25×10^9bbl。
