preparation of Ga_2O_3 thin film solar-blind photodetectors based on mixed-phase structure by pulsed laser deposition

Gallium oxide(Ga_2O_3) thin films were deposited on a-Al2O3(1120) substrates by pulsed laser deposition(pLD) with different oxygen pressures at 650?C. By reducing the oxygen pressure, mixed-phase Ga_2O_3 films with α and β phases can be obtained, and on the basis of this, mixed-phase Ga_2O_3 thin film solar-blind photodetectors(SBpDs) were *** the responsivities of the mixed-phase Ga_2O_3 SBpDs and the single β-Ga_2O_3 SBpDs at a bias voltage of 25 V,it is found that the former has a maximum responsivity of approximately 12 A/W, which is approximately two orders of magnitude larger than that of the latter. This result shows that the mixed-phase structure of Ga_2O_3 thin films can be used to prepare high-responsivity SBpDs. Moreover, the cause of this phenomenon was investigated, which will provide a feasible way to improve the responsivity of Ga_2O_3 thin film SBpDs.

Lithium plating/stripping occurs at the a node/electrolyte interface which involves the flow of electrons from the current collector and the migration of lithium ions from the solid-electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The dual continuous rapid transport of interfacial electron/ion is required for homogeneous Li ***,we propose a strategy to improve the Li metal anode performance by rationally regulating the interfacial electron density and Li ion transport through the SEI *** key technique involves decreasing the interfacial oxygen density of biomass-derived carbon host by regulating the arrangement of the celluloses precursor *** higher specific surface area and lower interfacial oxygen density decrease the local current density and ensure the formation of thin and even SEI film,which stabilized Li+transfer through the Li/electrolyte ***,the improved graphitization and the interconnected conducting network enhance the surface electronegativity of carbon and enable uninterruptible electron *** result is continuous and rapid coupled interfacial electron/ion transport at the anode/electrolyte reaction interface,which facilitates uniform Li deposition and improves Li anode *** Li/C anode shows a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 98% and a long-term lifespan of over 150cycles at a practical low N/p（negative-to-positive） ratio of 1.44 in full cells.

Nano zero-valent iron(nZVI)is a promising phosphate adsorbent for advanced phosphate ***,the rapid passivation of nZVI and the low activity of adsorption sites seriously limit its phosphate removal performance,accounting for its inapplicability to meet the emission criteria of 0.1 mg p/L *** this study,we report that the oxalate modification can inhibit the passivation of nZVI and alter the multi-stage phosphate adsorption mechanism by changing the adsorption *** expected,the stronger antipassivation ability of oxalate modified nZVI(OX-nZVI)strongly favored its phosphate ***,the oxalate modification endowed the surface Fe(III)sites with the lowest chemisorption energy and the fastest phosphate adsorption ability than the other adsorption sites,by in situ forming a Fe(III)-phosphate-oxalate ternary complex,therefore enabling an advanced phosphate removal *** an initial phosphate concentration of 1.00 mg p/L,pH of 6.0 and a dosage of 0.3 g/L of adsorbents,OX-nZVI exhibited faster phosphate removal rate(0.11 g/mg/min)and lower residual phosphate level(0.02 mg p/L)than nZVI(0.055 g/mg/min and 0.19 mg p/L).This study sheds light on the importance of site manipulation in the development of high-performance adsorbents,and offers a facile surface modification strategy to prepare superior iron-basedmaterials for advanced phosphate removal.

Objective:To assess the protective effects of trigonelline against spinal cord injury(SCI)in ***:Rats(Sprague-Dawley,male)were randomly assigned to seven groups(n=15 per group):normal,sham,SCI control(1%DMSO),methylprednisolone(30 mg/kg),and trigonelline(50,100,and 200 mg/kg).Rats received respective treatment daily for 28 *** was induced by using a temporary aneurysm ***,biochemical,and histological analyses were performed to investigate the neuroprotective effect of ***:Trigonelline(100 and 200 mg/kg)treatment effectively(pperalgesia,and motor nerve conduction *** notably(ppoptotic(Bax and caspase-3)and inflammatory(COX-Ⅱ)markers,while upregulating Bcl-2 and BDNF mRNA expression in the spinal cord(ppplex levels,resulting in enhanced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dehydrogenase,succinate dehydrogenase,redox activity,and cytochrome-C *** examination of spinal cord tissue indicated that trigonelline significantly(pproving neuronal degeneration,inflammatory cell infiltration,and ***:Trigonelline shows neuroprotective properties in SCI rats by reducing allodynia,hyperalgesia,and inflammation,stabilizing mitochondrial enzyme complexes,and modulating apoptotic and neurotrophic ***,trigonelline holds promise as a potential neuroprotective agent.

The recycling of CO2through electrochemical processes offers a promising solution for alleviating the greenhouse effect;however,the activation of CO2and desorption of*CO in electrocatalytic CO2reduction（ECR） frequently encounter high energy barriers and competitive hydrogen evolution reactions（HERs）,which are urgent problems that need to be *** this study,a catalyst(p100-Fe-N/C) with homogeneous p-tuned FeN2binuclear sites（N2pFe-FepN2） was successfully synthesised,demonstrating satisfactory performance in the ECR to CO.p100-Fe-N/C attains a peak FECOof 98.01% and a normalized TOF of664.7 h-1at-0.7 VRHE,surpassing the performance of the Fe binuclear catalyst without p and singleatoms *** the MEA cell,a FECOexceeding 90% can still be *** functional theory analysis indicates that the asymmetric coordination configuration induced by the incorporation of p facilitates a reduction in the system's *** modulation of p results in the d-band centre of the catalyst being positioned closer to the Fermi level,which facilitates the interaction of the catalyst with CO2,allowing more electrons to be injected into the CO2molecule at the Fe binuclear sites and inhibiting the *** p-tuned FeN2binuclear sites effectively lower the*CO desorption barrier.
