In order to address the study of complex systems,the detection of patterns in their dynamics could play a key role in understanding their *** particular,global patterns are required to detect emergent concepts and trends,some of them of a qualitative *** concept analysis(FCA) is a theory whose goal is to discover and extract knowledge from qualitative data(organized in concept lattices).In complex environments,such as sport competitions,the large amount of information currently available turns concept lattices into complex *** authors analyze how to apply FCA reasoning in order to increase confidence in sports predictions by means of detecting regularities from data through the management of intuitive and natural attributes extracted from publicly available *** complexity of concept lattices-considered as networks with complex topological structure- is *** is applied to building a knowledge based system for confidence-based reasoning,which simulates how humans tend to avoid the complexity of concept networks by means of bounded reasoning skills.

An anomalous Kerr loop was observed in an oriented LaBaMnO film annealed in oxygen. Many tiny crystal columns were observed with scanning tunneling microscope and magnetic force microscope. The magnetic moment m in the column is perpendicular outward to the surface, which forms a surface phase with spin pinning state. This spin pinning results in the obvious asymmetrical Kerr loop of magneto-optical effect when the magnetic field is in the two opposite directions vertical to the surface.

The sequestosome 1/p62 protein has been implicated in the regulation of a multitude of cellular processes such as NF-κB signaling, NRF2-driven oxidative stress response, protein turnover through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and the autophagosome/lysosome pathway, apoptosis and cellular metabolism. The domain structure of p62 also reflects this functional complexity since the protein appears to be a mosaic of protein interaction domains and motifs. Deregulation of the level and function of p62 and/or p62 mutations have been linked to a number of human diseases including paget＇s disease of the bone, obesity, liver diseases, tumorigenesis and neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and Alzheimer＇s disease. In this article, we review the current understanding of the involvement of p62 in cellular processes under physiologic and pathological conditions.

AIM To investigate the clinical features ofFADD and TRADD expressions in primaryhepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and todetermine their relationship with *** FADD and TRADD expressions weredetected by immunohistochemistry and hepaticapoptosis were determined by in situ end-labeling(ISEL).RESULTS Ten(25.6%)cases of HCC weredetected to express FADD *** positiverate in HCC is lower than that in non-cancerousadjacent liver tissues(62.5%)(ppositive,while only 2/18(11.1%)casesof grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ had detectable FADD protein(pp was found betweenFADD expression and other clinical features,such as gender,age,tumor size,differentiationor *** positive cells can be seen inall cases of *** hepatic apoptosis wasassociated with FADD expression as moreapoptotic cells were detected in those caseswhich had moderately to strongly positiveFADD,as compared with negative or weakpositive FADD cases(ppwas found between FADD expression and hepaticapoptosis in non-cancerous adjacent *** of 39(38.5%)cases of HCCwere found positive for TRADD protein,andsimilar positive rate(37.5%)in non-cancerousadjacent liver tissues(p>0.05).The expressionof TRADD is correlated with HCC differentiation, as only 22.2% of moderately to highlydifferentiated HCC showed positive TRADDprotein,while as high as 52.4% of poorlydifferentiated HCC had TRADD(pp was found between TRADDexpression and gender,age,tumor size or gradeor metastasis,although 42.9% of HCC of gradeⅠ/Ⅱ showed positive TRADD which wasslightly higher than that of grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ(33.3%,p>0.05).Hepatic apoptosis was not related toTRADD expression in HCC or non-cancerousadjacent liver *** Loss of FADD expression playsan important role in HCC carcinogenesis,andexpression of TRADD also contributes to *** cell apoptosis in HCC isassociated with FADD expres

Extending the results of [4] in the univariate case, in this paper we prove that the bivariate interpolation polynomials of Hermite-Fejér based on the Chebyshev nodes of the first kind, those of Lagrange based on the Chebyshev nodes of second kind and ±1, and those of bivariate Shepard operators, have the property of partial preservation of global smoothness, with respect to various bivariate moduli of continuity.

The present study is a systematic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive magnetic parameters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chemically formulated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared *** creation of the M-type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized samples was revealed from the Rietveld refinement of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to compute the lattice parameters,X-ray density,and lattice parameter *** crystal structure plotted from the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice *** XpS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR spectra confirms that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accommodated in the lattice and the remaining Ce content reside in the form of the CeO_(2) *** morphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from the FESEM profiles of the ferrite *** magnetic behavior study was performed by analyzing the Curie temperature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by means of susceptibility,V.S.M,and Mossbauer spectroscopy,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation magnetization,and decreasing Curie temperature are reported in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice imperfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned magnetic parameters suitable for different applications.
