Back pain is one of the most frequent complaints during the last period of pregnancy. In a small group of patients the persistent pain during the postpartum period may be secondary to osteitis condensans ilii (OCI), and rarely can occur suddenly in the elderly. OKI is a rare benign pathology, low back or buttock pain should be suspected in patients coming from. Although the exact etiology is unknown, the most accepted hypothesis, get on the sacroiliac joint, depending on the mechanical stress, changes may develop in the iliac bone. In practice, It is important to recognise this disease as it can be potentially confused with similar causes of axial low back pain such as seronegative spondyloarthropathy, metastatic disease, or sacroilitis. Here two woman patients with low back pain and buttock pain secondary to unilateral an uncommon benign condition called osteitis condensans ilii is presented. This report emphasis the salient features and the differential diagnosis in diagnosing and managing this rare pathology.

The Kestelek borate deposit has been the subject of geological and mineralogical research over the last decades, but major and trace element geochemistry of this deposit was first investigated in the present study. A total of 22 samples collected from surface exposures and different depths of deposit in boreholes（e.g., lower, middle and upper） comprise the material of this study. Major, trace and REE element analyses of samples were conducted with ICP-MS and ICP-ES methods. The Kestelek borate deposit of Miocene age was formed in playa lakes in an intermountain closed basin which was developed in volcanically and seismically active areas associated with growth faults and grabens affected the whole Anatolia at the beginning of Paleogene. Only colemanite was found as the borate mineral accompanied in lesser amount by calcite, aragonite, smectite, illite, chlorite, corrensite, heulandite and quartz. In colemanite samples, all major elements, except for Ca, show depletion trends with respect to average of earth crust and andesite. For the trace elements, Li, Cs, Sb, As, Sr and Se are characterized by significantly high concentrations. Evaluation of element concentrations and geochemical characteristics reveal that As, Cs, Sb and Li are of detrital origin, Se together with B and Ca are of non-detrital and Sr is indicative of both detrital and non-detrital origin. REE distributions indicate that at least two different depositional regimes prevail in the environment. Corrensite, a clay mineral forming in lake waters, is derived from volcanism. Negative Ce and positive Eu anomalies are indicative of contribution from hydrothermal solutions and fluids.

Background:Horizontal violence has negatively affected the students’active learning,interpersonal relationship,and occupational ***,little attention has been paid to the relationship between horizontal violence and occupational belonging among nursing ***:The objective of this study was to explore the frequency,types,perpetrators,effects,and responses of horizontal violence experienced by nursing students and the relationship between occupational belonging and horizontal *** and Methods:The present study used a descriptive,cross-sectional survey *** data were collected from the 277 undergraduate nursing students selected by convenience sampling method using personal characteristics form,horizontal violence survey,and occupational belonging subscale at nursing faculty in ***:The first three horizontal violence behaviors experienced by nursing students were found,respectively:being forced to do trivial and unimportant work which are not the students’responsibility(84.1%),being exposed to sarcastic remarks by nurses(80.9%)and unwillingness of the nurse to help and lack of support(80.9%)and being ignored by nurses(77.3%).Nearly half of the students(48.4%)considered leaving nursing profession as a result of horizontal *** was a negative relation between horizontal violence and occupational belonging(P<0.05).As horizontal violence scores increased,occupational belonging scores ***:Findings from this study shown that horizontal violence decreasing occupational belonging,and so nursing students consider leaving nursing profession or *** studies are needed to better demonstrate addressing the horizontal violence bilaterally and the effective preventive interventions.
