to obtain an Sr-substituted hydroxyapatite thin film, sputter-coating was performed on a cellulose filter acting as a substrate from the mixture target of hydroxyapatite （HA） and strontium-apatite （SrAp） at an Ar pressure of 0.5-5.0 Pa. the ratio of the SrAp in the mixture target was varied from 25% to 100%. After coating, the films were heated at 700 ℃ to remove the cellulose filter substrate, and the crystalline phases were identified by X-ray diffraction （XRD）. the sputter-coated film was identified as the Sr-substituted /3-tri-calcium phosphate （tCP） and the Sr-substituted/3-calcium pyrophosphate （CPP） as well as the Sr-substituted HA. the weight ratio of the Sr-substituted HA decreased with increasing Ar pressure or with an increasing ratio of SrAp to HA in the target. the average Sr/（Ca ＋ Sr） molar ratio in the film was 1.9%-3.5% slightly lower than the initial SrAp ratio of the target, and the ratio was not influenced by the Ar pressure. In the （Sr ＋ Ca）/P ratio, the ratio decreased while increasing the SrAp ratio in the target.

A small depressed early cancer of the second portion of duodenum: report of a case and review of Japanese literature

Adenocarcinoma of the duodenum is an extremely uncommon malignant process. the 5-year survival rate for patients with resectable tumor is lower than 30%. Patients with depressed duodenal cancer of the second portion in the early stage have rarely been reported. In the causes of the development of colorectal cancer, there are two hypotheses existing: the adenoma-carcinoma sequence and de novo carcinogenesis. A small ulcerated cancer without adenomatous component is thought to represent de novo cancer and easily invade the submucosal layer. We encountered a patient with a small ulcerated duodenal cancer being well demonstrated endoscopically using dye spray method with indigo carmine preoperatively, which might have been overlooked in the past. Here we report this case and also review in the Japanese literature the depressed duodenal cancer of the second portion in the early stage.

普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤（IH）效果显著,但其发病机制及其对血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）的作用尚不清楚。该文旨在明确普萘洛尔的疗效和评估IH患者治疗后血浆VEGF的变化。35例IH患儿被纳入研究。口服普萘洛尔2.0 mg/kg·d,3次/d。以病变大小和颜色的视觉模拟量表（VAS）变化评估疗效。血浆VEGF浓度采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定,各组间进行比较。
