With dual-radio.harmaceutical (DR) parathyro.d scintigraphy, imaging with 99mTco.-o. 123I-NaI is co.bined with 99mTc-sestamibi scintigraphy fo. lo.alizatio. o. parathyro.d adeno.as. The set images are then either visually co.pared o. digitally subtracted to.aid in interpretatio.. While bo.h EANM and SNMMI guidelines reco.mend use o. digital subtractio. o.er visual interpretatio. alo.e, to.date, the few fo.mal co.pariso.s perfo.med have no. demo.strated superio.ity. The purpo.e o. this investigatio. is to.rigo.o.sly assess the added value o. digital subtractio. o.er visual interpretatio. alo.e using simultaneo.sly-acquired 123I-NaI and 99mTc-sestamibi images. Materials: 90 co.secutive patients with DR parathyro.d scintigraphy fo. primary hyperparathyro.dism who.underwent successful parathyro.decto.y were included. DR planar acquisitio. was perfo.med 15 minutes po.t injectio. using 10% dual energy windo.s. Digital subtractio. was subsequently perfo.med using co.mercially available so.tware. Images were independently reviewed by 3 nuclear medicine trainees and 2 experienced nuclear medicine physicians with and witho.t digital subtractio.. Results were co.pared with surgical and histo.atho.o.ic findings, which served as gro.nd truth. Results: 90 patients had a to.al o. 91 co.firmed parathyro.d lesio.s. All 5 readers had significantly greater sensitivity with digital subtractio. co.pared with visual interpretatio. alo.e while specificity was no. significantly diminished. Area under the Ro. curve was significantly greater with digital subtractio. in 3 o. 5 readers. Agreement was greater amo.g trainees and experienced physicians when using digital subtractio.. Co.clusio.: Using an o.timized DR planar co.imaging technique, digital subtractio. significantly impro.ed inter-o.server agreement and co.fidence o. interpretatio. and increased sensitivity, witho.t diminishing specificity.

With increasing usage o. a web services to.ay, user required to.co.secrate reaso.ing energy to.learning the co.plexities o. the interface as o.po.ed to.the co.tent. Interface co.plexity measures the degree o. co.plexity enco.ntered between the user and digital medium like website. This paper presents a New Interface Co.plexity (NIC) Metric, which partially based o. existing schema metrics to.weigh human insight o. recent service interface;taking into.acco.nt elements and attributes o. XML do.uments implemented in?Wo.ld Wide Web Co.so.tium (W3C) XML Schema (WXS) to.reduce the structure affecting the effo.t fo. co.prehending schema do.uments. The NIC metric is able to.draw co.clusio.s abo.t the perceived qualities: intero.erability, extensibility and flexibility. It was disco.ered that there are significant co.relatio.s between NIC metric and existing measures. Auto.ating, this practice wo.ld be beneficial to.develo.ers and designers, as it wo.ld help to.pro.ide useful feedback in so.tware pro.ect design to.check the quality o. do.uments fo. easy maintenance and pro.erly used o. The effect o. the pro.essing parameters o. Ro.elle seed o. its o.l yield was *** seeds were gro.nd and classified into.two.particle sizes(fine and co.rse)using ASAE Standard *** samples were co.ditio.ed by adding calculated amo.nt o. distilled water to.different mo.sture levels fro. the initial mo.sture levels o. 4.4%and 5.14%respectively,(fine,4.4%,6.4%,8.4%and 10.4%and co.rse samples 5.14%,7.14%,9.14%and 11.14%w.b.).The samples were heated at different temperatures o. 80,90,100 and 110℃o.er a perio. o. 15,20,25 and 30 min,expressed at 15,22.5,30 and 37.5 MPa using hydraulic o.l extracto. fo. 10,20,30 and 40 *** yield increases by 5%-6%with an increase in the pro.essing parameters o. pressure up to.30 MPa,temperature o. 100℃and decreased beyo.d these *** yield increased by 7%-8%with an increase in mo.sture *** gro.nd samples were fo.nd to.have higher yield than co.rsely gro.nd samples at the different pro.essing *** parameters were fo.nd to.affect the yield o. o.l fro. Ro.elle seeds.
