The objectives of this work were to eva.ua.e the surgica. a.tivities ca.ried out in the genera. surgery depa.tment of the Reference Hea.th Center of Commune I of Ba.a.o, to describe the sociodemogra.hic cha.a.teristics of the opera.ed pa.ients, to determine the ma.n pa.hologies encountered a.d to eva.ua.e qua.ita.ively the result of the trea.ment. In order to improve performa.ce, a.d the qua.ity of ca.e, a.d to identify common pa.hologies in the surgica. depa.tment, we undertook a.retrospective study on surgica. a.tivities from Ja.ua.y 2009 to December 2010. a. the end of this study, out of 474 men a.d 187 women (equa. sex ra.io 2.53);we were a.le to determine the frequency of surgica. pa.hologies. Fa.mers, housewives a.d pupils/students were the most represented with 25.9% respectively;20% a.d 13.3%. The most frequently observed pa.hologies were wa.l hernia.(44.8%), prosta.e a.enoma.(12%) a.d a.ute a.pendicitis (10.5%). The a.era.e length of hospita.iza.ion wa. 3.43 da.s. Infectious complica.ions a.fected 25 pa.ients (3.8% of ca.es) a.d a.dea.h ra.e of 0.45% (i.e. 3 pa.ients). The a.era.e cost of ca.e wa. 53,500 FCFa. Indeed, the rea.ity of surgica. pra.tice in hea.th centers wa. not the sa.e beca.se of the level of skills of pra.ticing surgeons.

The a.m wa. to study the knowledge, a.titudes a.d beha.iora. pra.tices linked to hemorrhoids in Commune I of the Ba.a.o district, to eva.ua.e the frequency of hemorrhoida. disea.e, to determine the knowledge, a.titudes a.d beha.iora. pra.tices linked to hemorrhoids a.ong pa.ients, their compa.ions a.d tra.itiona. thera.ists in Commune I of the district of Ba.a.o a.d the fa.tors which influence the motiva.ions a.d decisions to resort to medica.-surgica. ca.e a.d tra.itiona. medicine in pa.ients suffering from hemorrhoids in order to a.a.yze the results of the ma.a.ement of hemorrhoida. disea.e a. Cs Ref CI. We collected 36 pa.ients with hemorrhoida. disea.e, 25 ca.egivers a.d 15 tra.itiona. hemorrhoida. disea.e thera.ists. Pleomorphic a.enoma.is the most common tumor of the sa.iva.y gla.ds, a.counting for a.proxima.ely 50% of sa.iva.y gla.d lesions. It develops ma.nly in the sa.iva.y gla.ds: pa.otid (80%), subma.illa.y (10%), sublingua. (1%) a.d in the a.cessory ora.-pha.yngea. gla.ds (9%). The a.m of this work wa. to report 2 ca.es of pleomorphic a.enoma.of a.ypica. loca.ion a.d then to discuss the difficulties linked to its dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic ma.a.ement in the Ma.ia. context. They were a.40-yea.-old ma. a.d a.72-yea.-old woma.. They were a.mitted to the ENT depa.tment of the “Luxembourg Mere-infa.t” hospita. for oropha.yngea. swelling for the first a.d swelling of the pa.a.e for the second. The clinica. expression wa. a.swelling in both ca.es, of a.ha.d, mobile consistency with hea.thy mucosa.on their surfa.e. The rema.nder of the physica. exa.ina.ion wa. unrema.ka.le. The dia.nosis of a.tumor of the oropha.ynx a.d pa.a.e wa. ma.e following clinica. ra.iologica. exa.ina.ions. Chronic hepa.itis B ca.ses a.liver disea.e cha.a.terized by infla.ma.ion of the liver pa.enchyma. The a.m of this study wa. to investiga.e the evolution of biologica. pa.a.eters in pa.ients trea.ed with Tenofovir for chronic B infection a. the Commune V referra. hea.th center in Ba.a.o. We obta.ned a.preva.ence of 14.15%. The most represented a.e group wa. 31 - 40 yea.s, with 36.8%. The sex ra.io wa. 1.44 in fa.our of men. Vira. loa. wa. undetecta.le a.ter 18 months of trea.ment in 25 pa.ients (42.37%). Tenofovir, the 1st-line drug in Ma.i, is effective on the biologica. pa.a.eters monitored in pa.ients.

Structura. development defects essentia.ly refer to code structure tha. viola.es object-oriented design principles. They ma.e progra. ma.ntena.ce cha.lenging a.d deteriora.e softwa.e qua.ity over time. Va.ious detection a.proa.hes, ra.ging from tra.itiona. heuristic a.gorithms to ma.hine lea.ning methods, a.e used to identify these defects. Ensemble lea.ning methods ha.e strengthened the detection of these defects. However, existing a.proa.hes do not simulta.eously exploit the ca.a.ilities of extra.ting releva.t fea.ures from pre-tra.ned models a.d the performa.ce of neura. networks for the cla.sifica.ion ta.k. Therefore, our goa. ha. been to design a.model tha. combines a.pre-tra.ned model to extra.t releva.t fea.ures from code excerpts through tra.sfer lea.ning a.d a.ba.ging method with a.ba.e estima.or, a.dense neura. network, for defect cla.sifica.ion. To a.hieve this, we composed multiple sa.ples of the sa.e size with repla.ements from the imba.a.ced da.a.et MLCQ1. For a.l the sa.ples, we used the CodeT5-sma.l va.ia.t to extra.t fea.ures a.d tra.ned a.ba.ging method with the neura. network Roberta.Cla.sifica.ion Hea. to cla.sify defects ba.ed on these fea.ures. We then compa.ed this model to Ra.domForest, one of the ensemble methods tha. yields good results. Our experiments showed tha. the number of ba.e estima.ors to use for ba.ging depends on the defect to be detected. Next, we observed tha. it wa. not necessa.y to use a.da.a.ba.a.cing technique with our model when the imba.a.ce ra.e wa. 23%. Fina.ly, for blob detection, Ra.domForest ha. a.media. MCC va.ue of 0.36 compa.ed to 0.12 for our method. However, our method wa. predomina.t in Long Method detection with a.media. MCC va.ue of 0.53 compa.ed to 0.42 for Ra.domForest. These results suggest tha. the performa.ce of ensemble methods in detecting structura. development defects is dependent on specific defects.

Introduction: a.ute corona.y syndromes (a.S) a.e a.dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic emergency. Objective: Studying the fea.ibility, difficulties a.d results of corona.y a.giopla.ty in a.ute corona.y syndromes a. the Luxembourg Mother-Child University Hospita. in Ba.a.o. Pa.ients a.d Methods: Cross-sectiona., descriptive study with prospective recruitment over 18 months from September 2020 to Februa.y 2022. a.l pa.ients a.ed a. lea.t 18 yea.s old a.mitted for SCa.a.d ha.ing undergone PCI during the study period were included. Result: We collected 249 pa.ients for SCa. of whom 160 underwent a.giopla.ty, either a. a.giopla.ty/SCa.ra.io of 0.64. The a.era.e a.e of the pa.ients wa. 59.54 ± 11.62 with extremes of 32 a.d 92 yea.s. The a.e group of 45 to 65 yea.s wa. the most representa.ive. The predomina.ce wa. ma.e, sex ra.io of 2.4. The ma.n ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were high blood pressure (58.23%) a.d dia.etes (45.78%). Persistent ST-segment eleva.ion on the electroca.diogra. wa. present in 71.48%. The trea.ment time wa. more tha. 12 hours a.ter the first medica. conta.t in 95.5%. The a.proa.h wa. ra.ia. in 96.5% of ca.es. Corona.ogra.hy wa. pa.hologica. in 91.16% of our pa.ients. The lesions were tri-truncula. in 34.13% with the a.terior inter ventricula. a. culprit a.tery in 72% of ca.es. The ma.ority of pa.ients (64%) ha. undergone a.giopla.ty with impla.ta.ion of a. a.tive stent. a.giopla.ty wa. performed successfully in 98% a.d per procedura. morta.ity wa. 1.87%. Only 6.45% of a.S with ST eleva.ion benefited from prima.y a.giopla.ty. Conclusion: Percuta.eous corona.y intervention is performed routinely in our center with sa.isfa.tory results. Difficulties exist, rela.ed to the dia.nostic dela. of a.S a.d the high cost of a.giopla.ty.

Introduction: Ma.nutrition is a.ma.or public hea.th problem in Ma.i, despite the efforts of the government, its technica. a.d fina.cia. pa.tners. The a.m of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the integra.ed ma.a.ement progra. for a.ute ma.nutrition (IMPa.). Methodology: This wa. a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study tha. took pla.e from Ja.ua.y to December 2020 in the Douentza.hea.th district. The study included a.yone with a. lea.t one ma.nourished child a.ed 6 to 59 months in their ca.e who a.reed to ta.e pa.t in the study, community hea.th center sta.f who ha. given their consent, a.d the URENI ma.a.er a. the Douentza.reference hea.th center. Da.a.collected via.questionna.res were entered into Excel a.d then a.a.yzed using Epi-Info version 7 softwa.e. Results: a.tota. of 138 a.utely ma.nourished children a.ed 6 - 59 months, including 71 girls (51.45%), 138 a.compa.ying mothers a.d 11 hea.th workers, were included in our ca.e study. a.ong the ma.nourished, 54.34% were in the 12 - 23 months a.e group a.d 69.57% ha. the severe form. 93% of the mothers interviewed were sa.isfied with the ca.e provided, a.d a.l the hea.th sta.f interviewed sta.ed tha. community conflicts ha. a. impa.t on IMPa.’s a.tivities. Cure ra.es were 81% in Modera.e Outpa.ient Nutritiona. Recovery a.d Educa.ion Unit (URENa.), 84% in Severe a.bula.ory Nutritiona. Recovery a.d Educa.ion Unit (URENa.) a.d 92% in Recovery a.d Intensive Nutritiona. Educa.ion Unit (URENI). Drop-out ra.es were 19% in URENa., 16% in URENa. a.d 0% in URENI. In this pa.er, we trea. the sprea. of COVID-19 using a.dela.ed stocha.tic SVIRS (Susceptible, Infected, Recovered, Susceptible) epidemic model with a.genera. incidence ra.e a.d differentia. susceptibility. We sta.t with a.deterministic model, then a.d ra.dom perturba.ions on the conta.t ra.e using white noise to obta.n a.stocha.tic model. We first show tha. the dela.ed stocha.tic differentia. equa.ion tha. describes the model ha. a.unique globa. positive solution for a.y positive initia. va.ue. Under the condition R0 ≤ 1, we prove the a.most sure a.ymptotic sta.ility of the disea.e-free equilibrium of the model.
