This paper is concerned with the stochastic stability and passivity analysis for a class of Lur’e singular systems with time-varying delay and Markovian switching. By using the free-weighting matrices approach, a delay-dependent stability criterion, which guarantees that the system is stochastically stable and robustly passive, is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality （LMI）. The optimization design of the power system is essential for stratospheric airships with paradoxical requirements of high reliability and low weight. The methodology of orthogonal experiment is presented to deal with the problem of the optimization design of the airship's power system. Mathematical models of the solar array, regenerative fuel cell, and power management subsystem (PMS) are presented. The basic theory of the method of orthogonal experiment is discussed, and the selection of factors and levels of the experiment and the choice of the evaluation function are also revealed. The proposed methodology is validated in the optimization design of the power system of the ZhiYuan-2 stratospheric airship. Results show that the optimal configuration is easily obtained through this methodology. furthermore, the optimal configuration and three sub-optimal configurations are in the Pareto frontier of the design space. Sensitivity analyses for the weight and reliability of the airship's power system are presented.

平流层飞艇是依靠浮力升空的飞行器。飞艇外形对于平流层飞艇的设计至关重要,为了获得能够满足动力结构和重量等各个学科要求的最优艇形,将综合设计优化技术引入到飞艇外形设计中,提出了适用于优化的飞艇外形生成曲线,分析了与外形有关的气动、结构和重量等因素,建立了飞艇气动阻力、表面积和最小环向应力的模型,构造了复合目标函数,并针对某飞艇外形进行了优化设计。仿真结果证明,利用蒙特卡罗算法优化设计后的艇形优于传统艇形。

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(P<0.001)greater reduction in urine protein *** with the losartan potassium 100 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 100 mg group had a 9.77%±2.52%(P=0.001)greater reduction in urine *** a superiority threshold of 15%,neither was statistically ***,serum creatinine and serum albumin from the baseline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

Background Doppler color echocardiography is a common method for detecting coronary artery lesions in patients with Kawasaki disease（KD）.However,the diagnostic accuracy for the whole coronary artery lesions is *** purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic value of dual-source computed tomography （DSCT） and Doppler color echocardiography for the assessment of coronary artery lesions caused by *** Sixteen patients,12 with typical KD and 4 with atypical KD,underwent DSCT and Doppler color *** position and internal diameter of each coronary artery lesion was *** analysis was used to compare the diagnostic value of the two imaging *** ln the typical KD group, seven patients did not have any coronary artery Iesion as confirmed by both DSCT scans and Doppler color echocardiography;in four patients proximal coronary artery injuries were identified by both modalities;in one patient an aneurysm in the middle and distal segments of the coronary artery was detected by DSCT but was negative in Doppler color *** the atypical KD group,three cases showed the same results with both modalities,while one case with coronary artery stenosis in the middle segment was identified by DSCT but not detected by Doppler color *** was a good correlation between the two imaging modalities（Kappa value,0.768（≥0.75））.Conclusion DSCT coronary artery angiography is an accurate,non-invasive,and valuable technique for detecting and following up coronary artery lesions in patients with KD.

IM To compare the efficacy between a combined chemotherapy of ACNU (nimustine hydrochloride, brand name Nidran), a new nitrosourea agent, and a combined chemotherapy of methylCCNU for advanced gastric cancer.METHOD One hundred and three cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly allocated into Group A (MeCCNU, 5fu and ADM) and Group B (ACNU, 5fu and ADM). The quality of life (QOL) questionnaire composed of 11 ordinal categorical items was studied in these patients.RESULTS In Group A there was no complete remission (CR) or partial remission (PR), while in Group B, although there was no CR, there were 8 PR (8/46 cases), denoting the response rate of 0% in Group A and 174% in Group B. The median survival time in Group A was 108 days and in Group B 112 days. Both groups tolerated well during the treatment and there were no serious adverse effects. QOL evaluations showed better psychological and physical feelings of tiredness in Group B than in Group A, and scores of face scale had more pleasant inclination.CONCLUSION ACNU combination is superior to MeCCNU combination for advanced gastric cancer.

在具有生物相容性的交联聚乙烯醇(CPVA)微球表面,采用铈盐-羟基氧化还原引发体系,实施了对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)的表面引发接枝聚合,制得了接枝有聚阴离子的接枝微球CPVA-g-PSSS,采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及zeta电位测定等法,对接枝微球的化学结构及物理化学特性进行了表征.在此基础上重点考察分析了接枝微球CPVA-g-PSSS对5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fu)的吸附(载药)性能与吸附机理,考察探索了载药微球在不同pH介质中的释放行为.实验结果表明,羟基-铈盐氧化还原引发体系可有效地引发SSS在CPVA微球的表面接枝聚合,在适宜的反应条件下,可制得PSSS接枝度为16.1 g/100g的接枝微球CPVA-g-PSSS.在酸性介质中,受强静电相互作用的驱动,接枝微球CPVA-g-PSSS对5-fu分子表现出很强的吸附能力,吸附容量达105 mg/g,可实现有效载药.载药微球的释药行为具有强烈的pH依赖性,在pH=1的介质中,基本不释药;而在pH=7.4的介质中,则发生突释,表现出良好的结肠定位释放行为.
