Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFlD)is the fastest growing cause of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)worldwide(1).It is anticipated that the burden of NAFlD-related HCC will continue to increase in tandem with the global obesity epidemic(2,3).This has become a global issue of concern,as liver cancer is associated with significant morbidity and mortality,and is currently the third leading cause of cancer death(4).

通过简易的超声自组装方法制备了氯掺杂苯乙炔铜(PCl)/三维中空球状钨酸铋(BS)直接Z型异质结光催化材料,并通过场发射扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见光漫反射光谱、X射线光电子能谱等手段对PCBS的形貌及其化学性能进行表征.结果表明,当BS与PCl的质量比为0.3时,对四环素(TC)展现出了最优异的光催化反应速率(0.3411 min^(-1)),分别是BS和PCl的2.66和4.16倍.环境影响因素(pH、不同离子、实际水体等)及循环实验结果表明,PCBS具有极大的实际应用潜力.通过淬灭实验的结果可知,超氧自由基(·O_(2)^(-))和单线态氧(^(1)O_(2))在PCBS降解TC的过程中起到了重要作用.光电化学等测试的结果表明,PCBS的光生载流子分离效率得到明显改善,能更有效率地生成活性物种,其中,PCBS产生·O_(2)^(-)的速率分别是PCl和BS的1.94和44.74倍.此外,循环伏安曲线证明了光生电子在PCBS中的迁移路径复合Z型异质结载流子迁移机制.本研究对基于苯乙炔铜的新型光催化剂开发及应用提供了理论指导和科学依据.

【目的】近年来，我国黄淮海夏玉米区高温热害不利天气频发重发，已成为威胁玉米生产的重要不利因素。研究并明确高温胁迫对不同基因型玉米品种雌雄穗及产量的影响，为耐高温玉米品种培育和选择提供参考。【方法】以郑单958（郑58×昌7-2）、先玉335(PH6WC×PH4CV)、京农科728（京MC01×京2416）和MC812（京B547×京2416）及其亲本自交系为供试材料，花期前后（大喇叭口期-吐丝后7 d）进行高温胁迫处理，研究高温胁迫对不同基因型玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系雌雄穗生长发育、散粉吐丝间隔（ASI）、花粉活性、产量及其构成要素的影响。【结果】（1）花期前后高温胁迫导致参试玉米品种及其亲本自交系的穗粒数减少，进而产量降低，且不同品种和自交系对高温胁迫的响应存在显著差异。与对照相比，高温胁迫下，郑单958、先玉335、京农科728和MC812的穗粒数降幅分别为22.28%、46.79%、6.13%和8.11%，产量降幅分别为9.50%、50.61%、3.18%和5.00%，其中，京农科728和MC812减产不显著，而郑单958和先玉335显著减产；亲本自交系中，京2416的穗行数、行粒数和产量降幅最小且不显著，而PH6WC均显著降低且降幅最大。（2）高温胁迫下，参试品种及其亲本自交系的雄穗分支总数、雄穗长度、总散粉量和花粉活性降低，散粉持续期缩短，ASI延长。与对照相比，高温胁迫下，ASI延长1.6 d。雄穗长度降幅表现为郑单958>先玉335>MC812>京农科728。郑单958雄穗长度降幅最大，但雄穗分支数多，花粉量最大；先玉335雄穗分支少，雄穗长度降幅大，花粉量最少且活性最低；京2416总散粉量大且花粉活力强，降幅最小（仅为4.50%和3.98%）。【结论】花期前后高温胁迫对参试玉米品种的籽粒产量和花粉活性等影响较大，京农科728和MC812的产量和花粉活性降幅显著低于先玉335和郑单958，耐热性较好。通过比较参试玉米杂交种亲本自交系的耐热性，父本自交系的耐热性要好于母本自交系。其中，京2416的雄穗分支和长度降幅小，花粉量大，花粉活性高，且花丝茸毛多，捕获花粉能力强，单穗产量高，ASI小，耐热性最好。因此，在耐高温玉米品种选育过程中，要重视和加大对耐热种质（如京2416等）的利用与改良创新，组配选育耐高温玉米新品种。

Background: Burns is one of the most common and severe forms of trauma, as they cause an alteration in the protective barrier exerted by the skin. The objective of this work is to describe the bacterial pathogens that cause infections in the different body segments as well as to know the susceptibility in patients with burns during a period of two years. Methods: This study was conducted over a period of 2 years, January 2017 to January 2019. The analysis of the isolated microbiological agents was obtained from culture samples in different anatomic areas. The variables were measured in the general population and also by groups, considering: age, sex, TBSA with Wallace's rule of nine, anatomic area affected, type of burn, depth of burn, microorganism reported in cultures, antibiotics empirically administered and mortality rate. Results: Regardless of the anatomical segment studied, the most frequently isolated microorganism was Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusions: Identification of the microorganisms that cause infection reduces the hospital stay, as well as the admission to the ICU. A fundamental research guideline is to pay more attention to the post-burn consequences, and the sequelae and functional limitations that it entails, since few since few studies focus on this aspect.

In this study,a hybrid uncertainties-based analysis and optimization method is presented for the designs of the powertrain mounting system(PMS)involving mixed *** the presented method,the PMS parameters with sufficient data are treated as random variables,while those with limited information are defined as interval ***,an uncertainty-based analysis method called as hybrid interval-random perturbation-central difference method(HIRP-CDM),is proposed to compute the hybrid interval-random outputs of the inherent characteristics of the PMS in concerned *** addition,the hybrid interval-random-Monte Carlo method(HIR-MCM)is developed to verify the computational accuracy of ***,an optimization model mixed uncertainties is built up for the PMS design based on HIRP-CDM,in which the hybrid intervalrandom outputs of the concerned inherent characteristics are adopted to construct the design objective and *** complex optimization problem can be effectively settled by means of *** effectiveness of the presented method is verified by a numerical example.

The anelastic deformation behavior of Pd_(20)Pt_(20)Cu_(20)Ni_(20)P_(20) high-entropy metallic glass was probed by monitoring the stress relaxation and recovery processes. The stress relaxation under consecutive strain steps can be described by the Kohlrausch-Williams-Watts(KWW) function. In addition, considering a hierarchy of relaxation processes related to the structural heterogeneity, a constitutive model is proposed in order to describe the whole process of stress relaxation and determine the contribution of different time scales. Moreover, a crossover from stochastic activation to percolation of flow defects with the ultimate strain can be observed during stress relaxation process. The anelastic recovery process after a strain step is studied as a function of the initial strain level and characterized by means of a direct spectrum analysis. The peaks in the recovery time-spectra revealed the evolution of flow defects in Pd_(20)Pt_(20)Cu_(20)Ni_(20)P_(20) high-entropy metallic glass. The understanding of the atomic free-volume zones effect and the anelastic deformation provides important insight into how atomic structural features affect the deformation behavior of high-entropy metallic glasses, and may provide a new avenue into the improvement of their mechanical properties.

Aim: To compare empathic levels among dental students of five Dental Faculties in Chile. Material and Methods: Empathic orientation of dental students was measured using the Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy, the Spanish version for students (S version), validated in Chile and culturally adapted to dental students. The data were compared using analysis of variance trifactorial (model III) and by a discriminant analysis. Results: It was found that differences exist between universities empathic orientation, courses, and gender. Conclusions: The results showed a great variability of empathetic guidance values on the factors studied. Discriminant test confirm the similarity and differences found among faculties from the data matrix provided by the scale used. It is not possible in this investigation to explain the variability found.
