Holistic information systems for climate-smart agriculture demands the seamless integration of various categories of climate,meteorological and weather *** actor in the agricultural value chain may harness weather forecasts at the short and medium-range,local weather history,and prevailing climatic conditions,to inform *** is fundamental to many day-to-day operations,especially at farm-level,influencing decision-making at various spatial and temporal *** operational decisions ideally require hyper-localized service *** practice,integrating weather information into decision-support services demands a comprehensive understanding of various categories of weather-related data,their genesis,as well as the specific standards and data formats used by the meteorological *** paper considers the weather as a crucial context for the delivery of farm-level operational services in smart agriculture,highlighting critical issues for reflection by system designers during the service design and implementation phases.

Relativistic electrons produced in ultra-intense laser-solid interaction generate highly collimated γ-ray beams through Bremsstrahlung that can be used to induce photonuclear reactions. Photonuclear transmutation （of （% n） type） of ^137 Cs, one of the hazardous nuclear wastes with half-life of 30.17 years which cannot be transmuted practically with neutron bombardment due to its very low neutron capture cross section, has been considered. Nuclear activity of produced 136Cs with half-life of 13.16 days has been evaluated analytically using available experimental data. With irradiating a ^137Cs sample by p-polarized laser light of 10^20 Wcm^-2 and the repetition rate of 10Hz for 30min, the activity of 0.24 Bq is obtained. It is found that intensity has a large effect in yield around 10^21 Wcm^-2. For similar laser with intensity of 5 ×10^21 Wcm^-2, the activity increases with a factor of 10^5.

In an era of unwelcome broken records in climate change,2021delivered yet *** to figures released in January2022 by the US National oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NoAA)[1,2],the record for the annual net increase in atmospheric methane was broken for the second year in a row,hitting an estimated 17 parts per billion(ppb).The increase puts methane’s atmospheric concentration at 1909 ppb(Fig.1),more than 2.5times its pre-industrial levels[3].
