乳糜泻伴肥胖男孩1例报道

Aim: To report the case of a 14- y- old boy with coeliac disease and obesity. Methods and results: A 14- y- old boy presented with episodic diarrhoea associated with eating spaghetti. His body mass index (BMI) at presentation was 37.2 kg/m2 ( > 99.9th centile). Both antigliadin and anti- endomysial antibodies were positive, and coeliac disease was diagnosed by jejunal biopsy. His diarrhoea ceased and the gliadin and endomysial antibodies disappeared after starting gluten- free diet. At 17 y, his BMI increased to 42.7 kg/m2 despite dietary support. Conclusion: obesity in a child does not exclude the diagnosis of coeliac disease, especially if presenting with suggestive symptoms.

研究旨在探讨干、湿饲料和发酵湿料对肉鸡生长性能、表观消化率、肠道形态和胴体性状的影响。试验配制3种试验日粮,日粮1为干粉料;日粮2是湿糊状饲料,以1??1.3比例与水混合;日粮3为发酵湿料,饲喂之前以1??1.3与水混合,将其在密封塑料袋中发酵24 h。共选取2周龄马歇尔肉鸡192只按照完全随机设计(CRD)分配到各日粮组中。每组4个重复,每个重复16只鸡。日粮配制好后立即饲喂。饲料经发酵后p H从6.61降到4.37(P0.05)。与干、湿料相比,饲喂发酵湿料肉鸡表观有机物消化率较高(P0.05)。与发酵湿饲料相比,饲喂湿饲料显著降低了肌胃重(P<0.05)。饲喂发酵湿料较干料腹部脂肪较高(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,饲喂发酵湿料明显提高肉鸡有机物消化率,改善生长性能。

This paper describes severe plastic deformation(SPD)procedures,which are utilized to form an ultrafine-grained structure in metallic *** the SPD process,a solid material sample is subjected to very high loads without a significant change in sample *** the present work,the high-pressure torsion(HPT)process,as one of the SPD techniques,which achieves a high degree of deformation and ensures refinement of the microstructure,will be discussed in more *** that grain size control is accepted as a method to obtain materials with desired characteristics,an overview of the properties of ultrafine-grained titanium-based biomaterials to be used in medicine is ***,particular attention is dedicated to the influences of HPT process parameters,primarily hydrostatic pressure,and number of revolutions during torsion,on the grain size and physical and mechanical characteristics(modulus of elasticity,microhardness,and tensile properties),corrosion resistance,and biocompatibility of the titanium-based biomaterials.A review of the literature indicates that titanium-based materials obtained by the SPD process show improved mechanical and physical properties without losing biocompatibility and corrosion resistance,which suggests that these methods of obtaining implants are something that should be further developed in the future.

The effects of a harmonically exciting monopole source on an infinitely long cylindrical cavity embedded entirely within a fluid-saturated poroelastic formation of infinite extent are examined theoretically. It is assumed that the source is located outside the cavity at a specified distance from the borehole axis. The magnitudes of the hoop and radial stresses beside the pore pressures exerted on the interface and inside the porous medium surrounding the borehole are calculated and discussed. Biot's poroelastic modeling along with three types of boundary conditions for the cylindrical interface including the ideal fluid, empty borehole, and rigid inclusion with a hard boundary is employed for the analysis. Utilizing a proper translational addition theorem for expressing the incident spherical wave in terms of cylindrical wave expansions, the proposed boundary conditions at the interface are satisfied. Stresses are formulated by means of wave potential functions in a three-dimensional(3D) manner. The effects of the frequency and the radial distance between the source and borehole on the induced stresses are examined for the first cylindrical modes over frequency spectra. Two permeability conditions for the interface and three types of soils for the porous formation are considered throughout the analysis. To give an overall outline of the study, a numerical example is presented. The results clearly indicate that the distance is a key parameter and has considerable effects on the induced stress values. In addition, the interface permeability condition and soil characteristics play an important role in determining the dynamic response of the borehole. Finally,the obtained results are compared with the relevant analyses existing in the literature for some limit cases, and good agreement is achieved.

Nutritional status of four species of giant land snails in Nigeria

Four species of African giant land snails （Archachatina marginata （ovum ） Pfeiffer, Archachatina marginata （saturalis ） Philippi, Achatina achatina and Limicolaria spp.） were assessed for their proximate and mineral compositions aimed at establishing their nutritive values on wet weight basis. Analysis of muscle revealed that composition of crude protein varied from 18.66%±0.57% in Limicolaria spp. and 20.56%±L0.05% in Archachatina marginata （ovum） Pfeiffer; moisture content was 76.56%±0.04% in Archachatina marginata （ovum） Pfeiffer and 78.68%±0.68% in Limicolaria spp. and ash was 1.34%±0.02% in Achatina achatina and 1.44%±0.01% in Archachatina marginata （ovum） Pfeiffer. These values were statistically different from each other （P〈0.05）. Carbohydrate and fat content were generally low. Crude fibre was not detected in any of the species. The concentrations of zinc, iron, manganese, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sulphur, potassium and sodium in the flesh of the snails were determined. Values of iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium were consistently high while cobalt, copper and lead were not detected. Snails complement the required trace and minor elements needed for proper growth and development in human being, so it is recommended for regular consumption.
