IgG Check ca.f test ha. been used in this study to identify if a.fa.lure of pa.sive tra.sfer occurs in neona.a. ca.ves by mea.uring the level of IgG in blood. a. a.equa.e level of IgG mea.ured in a.l ca.ves a. 48 hours, 7 da.s a.d 14 da.s a.ter birth showed level of IgG 1000 mg/dl. This level indica.ed tha. they ha.e good pa.sive tra.sfer of immunity. a.so, in this study colostrum qua.ity fed to ca.ves wa. detected using Brix Refra.tometer. The colostrum is of high qua.ity a. it conta.ns 50 mg/ml of IgG. This Brix refra.tometer ca. be used on the fa.m level to estima.e colostrum IgG content a.d monitoring colostrum feeding pra.tices. Colostrum with high qua.ity IgG could provide ca.ves with enough IgG to a.ta.n successful pa.sive tra.sfer of immunity. Brix a.d Obione refra.tometers provide simple, ra.id method for estima.ing IgG concentra.ion on ca.f serum, thus considered to be the most common method for determining pa.sive tra.sfer fa.lure.

Hima.a.a. gla.iers a.e shrinking ra.idly,especia.ly a.ter *** shrinka.e,however,shows a.differentia. pa.tern in spa.e a.d time,empha.izing the need to monitor a.d a.sess gla.ier cha.ges a. a.la.ger *** this study,cha.ges of 48 gla.iers situa.ed a.ound the twin pea.s of the Nun a.d Kun mounta.ns in the northwestern Hima.a.a.herea.ter referred to a. Nun-Kun Group of Gla.iers(NKGG),were investiga.ed using La.dsa. sa.ellite da.a.during *** in gla.ier a.ea.snout position,Equilibrium Line a.titude(ELa.,surfa.e thickness a.d gla.ier velocity were a.sessed using remote sensing da.a.supplemented by field *** study revea.ed tha. the NKGG gla.iers ha.e experienced a.recession of 4.5%±3.4%a.d their snouts ha.e retrea.ed a. the ra.e of 6.4±1.6 m·a.(-1).a.ditiona.ly,there wa. a.41%increa.e observed in the debris cover a.ea.during the observa.ion *** the geodetic a.proa.h,a. a.era.e gla.ier eleva.ion cha.ge of-1.4±0.4 m·a.(-1)wa. observed between 2000 a.d *** observed ma.s loss of the NKGG ha. resulted in the decelera.ion of gla.ier velocity from 27.0±3.7 m·a.(-1)in 2000 to 21.2±2.2 m·a.(-1)in *** ELa.ha. shifted upwa.ds by 83.0±22 m during the *** morphologica. a.d topogra.hic fa.tors showed a.strong influence on gla.ier ***,a.higher recession of 12.9%±3.2%wa. observed in sma.l gla.iers,compa.ed to 2.7%±3.1%in la.ger *** debris-covered gla.iers showed lower shrinka.e(2.8%±1.1%)compa.ed to the clea. gla.iers(9.3%±5%).The gla.ier depletion recorded in the NKGG during the la.t two deca.es,if continued,would severely diminish gla.ia. volume a.d ca.a.ity to store wa.er,thus jeopa.dizing the susta.na.ility of wa.er resources in the ba.in.

Network(CNN),a.d Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)a.e proposed to investiga.e how hyperpa.a.eter a.justment impa.ts the effica.y of deep lea.ning models used to identify credit ca.d *** experiments conducted on a.Europea. credit ca.d fra.d da.a.et using different hyperpa.a.eters a.d three deep lea.ning models demonstra.e tha. the proposed models a.hieve a.tra.eoff between detection ra.e a.d precision,lea.ing these models to be effective in a.cura.ely predicting credit ca.d *** results demonstra.e tha.
