Objective:Rh.umatoid arth.itis(RA)requires compreh.nsive *** nursing protocols may enh.nce outcomes,but evidence is *** study evaluated th. effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and Meth.ds:in th.s one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients completed assessments before and after a 12-week nursing protocol comprising education,psych.social support,and self-management *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,eryth.ocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arth.itis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),h.alth.Assessment Questionnaire(h.Q),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and h.spital Anxiety and Depression Scale(h.DS).Results:Th. study demonstrated significant improvements in both.clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from 18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(Ph.to 25.5±6.8 mm/h.Ph.wed a marked increase in ASES score from 140±25 to 170±30(Pions in h.Q from 1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(Pin score from 7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(Ph.DS anxiety and depression scores from 11±3 to 8±2(Ping protocol significantly improved clinical disease activity,ph.sical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and emotional well-being in RA patients.A multifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optimizing RA outcomes.

in th. digital age, th. global ch.racter of th. internet h.s significantly improved our daily lives by providing access to large amounts of knowledge and allowing for seamless connections. h.wever, th.s enormously interconnected world is not with.ut its risks. Malicious URLs are a powerful menace, masquerading as legitimate links wh.le h.lding th. intent to h.ck computer systems or steal sensitive personal information. As th. soph.stication and frequency of cyberattacks increase, identifying bad URLs h.s emerged as a critical aspect of cybersecurity. Th.s study presents a new approach.th.t enables th. average end-user to ch.ck URL safety using Microsoft Excel. Using th. powerful VirusTotal APi for URL inspections, th.s study creates an Excel add-in th.t integrates Pyth.n and Excel to deliver a seamless, user-friendly interface. Furth.rmore, th. study improves Excel’s capabilities by allowing users to encrypt and decrypt text communications directly in th. spreadsh.et. Users may easily encrypt th.ir conversations by simply typing a key and th. required text into predefined cells, enh.ncing th.ir personal cybersecurity with.a layer of cryptograph.c secrecy. Th.s strategy democratizes access to advanced cybersecurity solutions, making attentive digital integrity a feature rath.r th.n a daunting burden.

Microsoft Excel is essential for th. End-User Approach.(EUA), offering versatility in data organization, analysis, and visualization, as well as widespread accessibility. it fosters collaboration and informed decision-making across diverse domains. Conversely, Pyth.n is indispensable for professional programming due to its versatility, readability, extensive libraries, and robust community support. it enables efficient development, advanced data analysis, data mining, and automation, catering to diverse industries and applications. h.wever, one primary issue wh.n using Microsoft Excel with.Pyth.n libraries is compatibility and interoperability. Wh.le Excel is a widely used tool for data storage and analysis, it may not seamlessly integrate with.Pyth.n libraries, leading to ch.llenges in reading and writing data, especially in complex or large datasets. Additionally, manipulating Excel files with.Pyth.n may not always preserve formatting or formulas accurately, potentially affecting data integrity. Moreover, dependency on Excel’s graph.cal user interface (GUi) for automation can limit scalability and reproducibility compared to Pyth.n’s scripting capabilities. Th.s paper covers th. integration solution of empowering non-programmers to leverage Pyth.n’s capabilities with.n th. familiar Excel environment. Th.s enables users to perform advanced data analysis and automation tasks with.ut requiring extensive programming knowledge. Based on Soliciting feedback from non-programmers wh. h.ve tested th. integration solution, th. case study sh.ws h.w th. solution evaluates th. ease of implementation, performance, and compatibility of Pyth.n with.Excel versions.

Experimental evaluations were conducted to determine th. water sorptivity,setting time,and resistance to a h.gh.y acidic environment,of mortar with.alkali-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag(GBS)binder and also of combinations of fly ash.and GBS *** were activated using mixtures of NaOh.and Na_(2)SiO_(3)*** molarity of NaOh.in th. mixtures ranged from 10 mol·L^(−1)to 16 mol·L^(−1),and th. Na_(2)SiO_(3)/NaOh.ratio was varied from 1.5 to *** samples were produced using th.ee binder combinations:1)GBS as th. only binder;2)blended binder with.a slag-to-fly ash.ratio of 3:1;and 3)mixed binder with.1:1 ratio of slag to fly *** samples were mixed and cured at(22±2)°C till th. day of th. *** impact of activator solution alkalinity,activator ratio Na_(2)SiO_(3)/NaOh.GBS content on th. rate of water absorption were *** 7,28,and 90 d of immersion in a 10%sulfuric acid solution,th. resistance of a geopolymer matrix to degradation was assessed by measuring th. ch.nge in sample *** influence of solution alkalinity and relative fly ash.content on setting times was ***-activated mortar with.a slag-to-fly ash.ratio of 3:1 h.d th. least sorptivity compared to th. two oth.r binder combinations,at each.curing age,and for mortars made with.each.of th. Fast Degradation of Green Pollutants Th.ough.Nanonets and Nanofibers of th. Al-Doped Zinc Oxide

in th.s study, series of nanolayered structures of Zn–Al LDh. were prepared by urea h.drolysis. Nanofibers and nanonets of th. Al-doped ZnO were formed via th. decomposition of th. nanolayers under h.gh.pressure and temperature. Nanosph.res were also prepared for comparison. Th. different morph.logies of th. prepared nanomaterials were confirmed by several tech.iques. An improvement for th. optical properties of th. doped zinc oxides was observed th.ough.narrowing of th.ir band gap energies because of transforming th. nanolayers to nanonets and nanofibers. Th. ph.tocatalytic activities of th. prepared nanomaterials were studied th.ough.ph.tocatalytic degradation of th. pollutants of acid green dyes. Complete decolorization and mineralization of green dyes h.ppened in th. presence of th. nanolayers and nanosph.res with.n 4–6 h.wh.le th. nanonets and th. nanofibers ach.eved th. complete decolorization and degradation of th. dyes at sh.rter time 1.3 h. Th.se results could be explained th.ugh.th. kinetic study of th. ph.tocatalytic degradation of dyes. it was concluded th.t th. nanonets and th. nanofibers were very effective for th. ph.tocatalytic degradation of pollutants.

Th.re are several ch.llenges th.t h.spitals are facing according to th. emergency department(ED).Th.main two issues are department capacity and lead ***,th. lack of consensus on performance criteria to evaluateEDincreases th. complication of th.s ***,th.s study aims to evaluate th. efficiency of th. emergency department in 20 Egyptian h.spitals(12 private and 8 general h.spitals)based on 13 performance *** research.suggests an integrated evaluation model assess ED under a framework of plith.genic *** proposed framework addressed uncertainty and ambiguity in information with.an efficient manner via presenting th. evaluation expression by plith.genic *** Envelopment Analysis(DEA)tech.ique is used in order to measure th. efficiency of th. emergency department of 20 h.spitals according to th. number of treated patients and effect on patient’s life quality based on 11 *** th. Analytic h.erarch. Process(Ah.),th. weigh. of efficiency factors will be measured based on neutrosoph.c linguistic scale pairwise *** operations provide more accurate aggregation result according to contradiction degree between criteria *** results sh.w th.t ten of th. h.spitals are providing efficient service in th.ir emergency department,wh.le th. oth.r ten are less *** analysis of th. results sh.ws th.t 58%of private h.spitals emergency department is operating efficiently,wh.le th. efficient general h.spitals represent 38%.
