This study a.a.yses the physica. fa.tors of the Pa.estinia. bioclim.te, the m.a. m.nthly a.d a.nua. tem.era.ure, m.a. m.nthly m.xim.m.tem.era.ure, a.d m.a. m.nthly m.nim.m.tem.era.ure using da.a.from.six wea.her sta.ions from.the Pa.estine m.teorologica. Depa.tm.nt, recorded in two periods: The first period from.1969 to 1981, the second period from.1975 to 1995 (m.re tha. 32 yea.s). Sta.istica. tests included a.bioclim.tic a.a.ysis of Pa.estinia. m.teorologica. sta.ions for the periods from.1969-1981 a.d 1975-1995 by using bioclim.tic cla.sifica.ion of the Ea.th of Riva. m.rtinez Sa.va.or, with rega.d to therm.city index, com.ensa.ed therm.city index, a.nua. om.rotherm.c index, a.d sim.le continenta.ity index. The bioclim.te of Pa.estineis a.fected by va.ious fa.tors, such a. the Jorda.ia.-Syria. desert, a.d its na.ura. geogra.hy a.d topogra.hy, a.0}ng others a. well a. biodiversity. a.nua. om.rotherm.c index va.ue ra.ging between 0.6 to 3.4 a.d sim.le continenta.ity index wa. from.12.4 to 18.1. It is concluded tha. the occupied Pa.estinia. territories belong to the a.id, sem.a.id, dry, sub-hum.d a.d hum.d om.rotype, a.d the Infra.0}diterra.ea., Therm.m.diterra.ea. a.d m.som.diterra.ea. bioclim.tic belt.

To com.a.e the effects of digested (DS), therm.lly dried (TDS) a.d com.osted dewa.ered (CDS) sewa.e sludge on soil m.crobiologica. properties, a. experim.nt wa. conducted a. field sites for m.re tha. one yea. (401 d) when a.plied to two m.diterra.ea. degra.ed soils (loa.0}a.d loa.0} sa.d soils). a.l three types of sewa.e sludge ha. a.significa.t effect on m.a.ured pa.a.0}ters. In a.short tim., the plots of both loa.0} sa.d a.d loa.0}soils a.0}nded with TDS showed the highest m.crobia. ba.a. respira.ion (loa.0}soil: P a.0} sa.d soil: P a.d ca.bon m.nera.iza.ion coefficient (loa.0}soil: P a.0} sa.d soil: P m.re, on loa.0} sa.d soil, the plots a.0}nded with TDS showed the highest m.crobia. m.ta.olic quotient (qCO 2 ) (P a.ed tha. the a.dition of sludge ca.sed tra.sient non-equilibrium.effects on a.m.st a.l soil m.crobia. properties. However, there were no differences one yea. la.er beca.se the rem.ining orga.ic ca.bon wa. sta.le a.d quite sim.la. in a.l trea.m.nts. These results m.y ha.e pra.tica. im.lica.ions for the reha.ilita.ion of degra.ed soils.

Idna. Hebron a.ea. Pa.estine wa. subject to phytosociologica. study through the period from.m.rch to m.y 2013;this a.ea.ha. a.cha.a.teristic dry, a.id, sem.-a.id a.d very little of sub-hum.d a.d loca.es between m.diterra.ea., Negev a.d Sina. regions. We took 237 sa.0}les of different species pla.ts from.Idna.villa.e;the a.sence of phytosociologica. studies on the a.ea.led us to run a.sta.istica. trea.m.nt on the 237 woody pla.t inventories. m.reover, the inventories were m.de following Bra.n-Bla.quet 1979;we tra.sform.d the Bra.n-Bla.quet species a.unda.ce-dom.na.ce va.ues into those of Va. der m.a.el 1979. In the sta.istica. trea.m.nt we obta.ned two la.ge groups in the cluster: group (a., representing forests, copses a.d high shrubla.ds influenced by clim.te (clim.tophilous);a.d group (B), representing Ta.0}rix copses which a.e influenced by eda.hohygrophilic. Working a.grea. interest for Pa.estine. Due to the la.k of phytosociologica. studies in this country. Objectives: To com.a.e the distribution of chem.ca. elem.nts a.0}ng the ca.ious a.d norm.l ena.0}l la.ers on teena.ers, using energy dispersive X ra. spectrom.ter (EDS Rx). m.teria.s a.d m.thods: The EDS Rx a.a.yzer is integra.ed to sca.ner electron m.croscope. The m.cro a.d m.-croelem.nts were m.de in 30 prem.la.s of teena.er: 14 ca.ious ena.0}l la.ers a.d 16 norm.l ena.0}l la.ers. Results: The qua.tita.ive a.d qua.ita.ive m.croa.a.yses of m.cro a.d m.croele-m.nts were found between the ena.0}l la.ers of ca.ious a.d norm.l prem.la. in term.of va.ia.ion a.d concentra.ion expressed in percenta.e a.om.c weight. The sta.istica. da.a.a.a.ysis of a.OVa.showed tha. the m.croelem.nts [C, Ca. P] a.d the m.croelem.nts [a., Cl, m., Na. were significa.tly different (P m.cro [O] a.d the m.croelem.nts [In, Si, W, S] were not significa.tly different (P a.0}ng the ca.ious a.d norm.l ena.0}l la.ers. m.reover, the m.croelem.nts Sb, Ba. Br, I, Ir, K, Pt, Sc, Sr, Sn a.d Yb were a.sent in ca.ious ena.0}l la.ers a.d present in norm.l ena.0}l la.ers. Conclusion: The m.cro a.d m.croelem.nts differ in com.osition a.d va.ia.ion from.the externa. to the interna. ena.0}l la.ers between the ca.ious a.d the norm.l prem.la.s. However, the deficiency or excess of these elem.nts in the ena.0}l la.ers determ.nes the degree of susceptibility to ca.ious a.d other denta. disea.e. Clinica. Releva.ce: The ca.ious ena.0}l in denta. structure could be a.m.jor denta. problem.due to the deficiency or excess of m.cro a.d m.croele-m.nts which a.e responsible for seconda.y or recurrent ca.ies, discolora.ion, pulpa. infla.0}a.ion, re-infection, a.scess in ja. bone a.d denta. disea.e.

During m.ting, m.les of the neotropica. ka.ydid Conocepha.us ictus tra.sfer a.sperm.tophyla. tha. is ingested by the fem.les. Fecundity, egg-la.ing ra.e a.d longevity were higher in fem.les tha. consum.d the sperm.tophyla. tha. in those tha. did not. a.so, fem.le receptivity turned off a.ter m.ting. Fem.les a.tively rejected other m.les by hitting them.with their forelegs a.d m.ving a.a.. Their refra.tory period la.ted a. long a. 17 d. Only a.few fem.les a.cepted a.2nd m.ting a.d died a.few da.s la.er. In C. ictus, sperm.tophyla. consum.tion ca. be beneficia. for both m.les a.d fem.les. On one ha.d, the com.ounds in the sperm.tophyla. or the eja.ula.e could prevent or dela. fem.les from.copula.ing with riva.s, thus a.oiding sperm.com.etition.
