Pa.lita.el （PTX）, one of the m.st effective cytotoxins for the trea.m.nt of brea.t a.d lung ca.cer, is lim.ted by its severe side effects a.d low tum.r selectivity. In this work hollow-poly（4-vinylpyridine）（hollow-p4VP） na.opa.ticles （NPs） ha.e been used for the first tim. to genera.e PTX@p4VP NPs, em.loying a.novel technique in which a.gold core in the center of the NP is further oxidized to produce the hollow structure into which PTX m.lecules ca. be incorpora.ed. The hollow-p4VP NPs exhibit good physicochem.ca. properties a.d displa.ed excellent biocom.a.ibility when tested on blood （no hem.lysis） a.d cell cultures （no cytotoxicity）. Interestingly, PTX@p4VP NPs significa.tly increa.ed PTX cytotoxicity in hum.n lung （a.549） a.d brea.t （m.F-7） ca.cer cells with a.significa.t reduction of PTX ICs0 （from.5.9 to 3.6 nm.in a.549 a.d from.13.75 to 4.71 nm.in m.F-7）. In a.dition, PTX@p4VP ca.sed a.decrea.e in volum. of a.549 a.d m.F-7 m.lticellula. tum.r spheroids （m.S）, a. in vitro system.tha. m.m.cs in vivo tum.rs, in com.a.ison to free PTX. This increa.ed a.titum.ra. a.tivity is a.com.a.ied by efficient cell interna.iza.ion a.d increa.ed a.optosis, especia.ly in lung ca.cer m.S. Our results offer the first evidence tha. hollow- p4VP NPs ca. im.rove the a.titum.ra. a.tivity of PTX. This system.ca. be used a. a.new na.opla.form.to overcom. the lim.ta.ions of current brea.t a.d lung ca.cer trea.m.nts.

The dissolution of prim.ry ca.bides ca.sed the solute supersa.ura.ion of a.stenite a.d subsequent precipita.ion of fine m.(23)C_6 ca.bides in the a.stenite m.trix for a.ed specim.ns. Soil sa.0}les were inocula.ed with a.m.crobia. inoculum.a.d preincuba.ed to ensure tha. their biologica. a.tivities were not lim.ted by a.sm.ll a.0}unt of m.crobia. biom.ss, a.d then they were incuba.ed in the da.k a. 21 ~C for 619 d. Periodica. m.a.urem.nts of C m.nera.ized to ca.bon dioxide （CO2） were ca.ried out throughout the 619-d incuba.ion to a.low the m.nera.iza.ion of both a.tive a.d slow orga.ic m.tter pools. The a.0}unt of sorbed glucose wa. ca.cula.ed a. the difference between the tota. a.d rem.ining a.0}unts of glucose a.ded in a.soil extra.t. Two different m.dels, the Freundlich a.d La.gm.ir m.dels, were selected to a.sess the equilibrium.isotherm. of glucose sorption. The CO2-C relea.e strongly depended on the presence of nutrients only when no biocha. wa. a.ded to the soil. The m.nera.iza.ion of orga.ic m.tter in the soil a.0}nded with both biocha. a.d glucose wa. equa. to the sum.of the m.nera.iza.ion of the two C sources sepa.a.ely. The present work eva.ua.es the CO m.ss tra.sfer ra.es from.the ga. pha.e to the ionic liquid solutions in the a.sence of chem.ca. rea.tion. To tha. end, ca.bon dioxide wa. em.loyed a. a. inert m.del ga. a.d a.sorption experim.nts were perform.d to a.sess the influence of different process va.ia.les in a.ba.ch rea.tor with fia. ga.-liquid interfa.e. The experim.nta. m.ss tra.sfer coefficients showed significa.t va.- ia.ion with tem.era.ure, （3.4-10.9） × 10^-7 m.s^-1 between 293 a.d 313 K; stirring speed, （10.2- 33.1）× 10^-7 m.s 1 between 100 a.d 300 r·m.n^-1; a.d concentra.ion of copper（1）, （6.6-10.2） × 10^-7 m.s^-1 between 0.25 a.d 2 m.l· L^- 1. Fa.onia.cretica.L. is a. im.orta.t com.onent of m.diterra.ea. dry gra.sla.ds a.d a.ra.e a.d isola.ed species of Ita.ia. flora. In this study, a. a.sessm.nt is presented on the distribution, ha.ita., a.d conserva.ion sta.us of F. cretica.in Ita.y. The results of field investiga.ion a.d herba.ium.a.a.ysis show tha. this species grows in a.sm.ll a.ea.within the southern Ca.a.ria.region cha.a.terized by a.wa.m.st a.d driest m.diterra.ea. clim.te on the Ita.ia. peninsula. F. cretica.is a.sem.-desert pla.t species growing in Ita.y in only one periphera. a.d isola.ed popula.ion a. the northern lim.t of its distribution. Pla.t com.unity a.a.ysis, using the phytosociologica. m.thod, shows tha. F. cretica.grows in wintergreen perennia. dry gra.sla.ds dom.na.ed by Lygeum.{pa.tum.a.d Hypa.rhenia.hirta. F. crelica.pla.t com.unities a.e loca.ed in therm.-xeric ha.its such a. south-, southea.t- a.d ea.t-fa.ing slopes on cla.s a.d sa.dy cla.s in southern Ca.a.ria. The popula.ion of F. cretica.is fra.m.nted in six neighbouring loca.ities, with two of which belonging to a.Site of Com.unity Im.orta.ce （SC1）. The conserva.ion sta.us of F. cretica.popula.ion is not very good, a.d is defined a. ＂Critica.ly Enda.gered＂ in a.corda.ce with IUCN criteria. There a.e m.ny threa.s a.fecting the F. crelica.popula.ion in lta.y, prim.rily the cha.ges in la.d uses due to urba. expa.sion a.d reforesta.ion with exotic pla.ts. The southern end of the Ita.ia. peninsula.hosts other pla.ts from.therm.-xeric ha.its tha. do not a.a.t to the current loca. clim.te. This territory ca. be considered a. a.m.crorefugia.for pla.ts currently distributed in the a.id territory of the southern m.diterra.ea.. These results contribute to the discussion of som. conserva.ion m.a.ures, a.d the possibility of esta.lishing a.m.cro-reserve. For a.l these rea.ons, we propose to include F. cretica.in the lists of protected pla.t species a. regiona. （Ca.a.ria. a.d country （Ita.y） sca.es in Ita.y.

为了能准确和高效的跟踪动态裂纹扩展,我们发展了三维有限变形的内聚元和一系列不可逆内聚力关系.该内聚元通过采用不可逆内聚力关系来控制裂纹两侧物质的逐渐分离和形成自由表面,这一点可类比于传统有限元对块体材料的离散化.为了展示该方法的预测能力及便于灵活使用的特点,我们模拟了Zehnder和Rosa.is所做的重物落下动态断裂实验,值得注意的是该方法可以近似模拟出裂尖的轨迹.
