In this paper, we consider the Neumann initial-boundary value problem for the Keller-Segel chemotaxis system with singular sensitivity (0.1) is considered in a bounded domain with smooth boundary, Ω ⊂Rn (n ≥ 1), where d1 > 0, d2 > 0 with parameter χ ∈ R. When d1 = d2 + χ, satisfying for all initial data 0 ≤ n0 ∈ C0 and 0 v0∈ W1,∞ (Ω), we prove that the problem possesses a unique global classical solution which is uniformly bounded in Ω × (0, ∞).

In this paper, we study the positive radial solutions for elliptic systems to the nonlinear BVP: , where Δu = div (∇u) and Δv = div (∇v) are the Laplacian of u, λ is a positive parameter, Ω = {x ∈ Rn : N > 2, |x| > r0, r0 > 0}, let i = [1,2] then Ki :[r0,∞] → (0,∞) is a continuous function such that limr→∞ ki(r) = 0 and is The external natural derivative, and : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous function. We discuss existence and multiplicity results for classes of f with a) fi > 0, b) fi fi = 0. We base our presence and multiple outcomes via the Sub-solutions method. We also discuss some unique findings.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tranexamic acid in reducing blood loss during PCNL. Materials and Methods: A total of 50 patients who underwent unilateral Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy from March 2017 to November 2017 were randomized into 2 equal groups;group (A) who received 1 gm (10 cc) of tranexamic acid ampule on call to surgery and group (B) who received (10 cc) normal saline. The Patients clinical data were collected and recorded in Microsoft Excel 2016 and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20 software program. Results: Fifty patients were included in the study: (33 males and 17 female). The mean age in group A patients was (48.12 ± 13.58) years, and in group B was (48.88 ± 16.17) with P value = 0.858. In group A the number of males was 16 (64%), and female was 9 (36%), and in group B male was 17 (68%) and female was 8 (34%). Mean body mass index (BMI) in group A was (28.58 ± 4.51) and in group B was (26.72 ± 3.71), with P value = 0.119 which is statistically not significant. The mean total blood loss in milliliters in group A was (73.80 ± 60.1), while in group B it was (117.24 ± 87.9) which is statistically significant with P-Value = 0.047. The mean hemoglobin drop in group A was (0.45 ± 0.35 g/dl) while in group B was (1.00 ± 0.46 g/dl), which is statistically significant with P value = 0.0001. The mean operative time was (48.4 ± 17) minute in group A, while it was (62.4 ± 15) in group B, with P-Value = 0.005, which is statistically was significant. Post-operative hematuria in group A;20 (80%) patients had mild hematuria, 3 (12%) patients had moderate hematuria and 2 patients (8%) had no hematuria. In group B;18 (72%) patients had mild hematuria, 6 (24%) patients had moderate hematuria and one patient (4%) had no hematuria, which is statistically not significant with P-Value = 0.487 (Table 2). Objective: Acute kidney disease develops 16% - 30% of patients with preoperative impaired renal functions. Our aim of this study was to compare postoperative renal outcomes using two open heart surgery techniques, on-pump beating heart (OPBH) and conventional on-pump (COP), in patients who have preoperative low glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) as an indicator of creatinine clearance. Methods: From 2004 to 2015, 341 patients with preoperative creatinine clearance were lower than 90 ml/min/1.73m2 were selected for this study. On-Pump beating heart was performed in 111 patients (Group I). Conventional on-pump technique was used in 200 patients. In the remaining patients, we measured postoperative Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-alpha), cardiac troponin I (cTn-I), Brain natriuretic peptid (NT-Pro- BNP), creati-nine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and postoperative eGFR daily until day four after surgery. Results: There were no differences in baseline levels of TNF-alpha, NT-Pro-BNP, BUN, cTn-I, Cr levels between the groups. Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) time were much longer and cumulative inotrope use was significantly higher in patients underwent COP (P Conclusion: Our study showed that on-pump beating heart CABG technique provides a morbidity benefit and is associated with a lower risk of peroperative LOS in patients with mild renal disfunction. Our study results suggest that OPBH is superior to the COP in terms of postoperative renal injury and cardiac mediators.
