Relying on morphology in the estimation of postmortem intervals is not always accurate for all life phases of flies,especially for immature *** present study demonstrates the application of cytochrome oxidase I sequences,a partial mitochondrial(mt)gene region,to differentiate forensically important flies in Alexandria,***-three adult flies,larvae,and pupae were collected from rabbit *** were used for *** analysis revealed no significant intraspecific divergence in Diptera ***,a neighbor-coining tree using the Kimura 2-parameter model illustrated reciprocal morphology between *** represented five species,four genera,four subfamilies,two families,and one *** herein identify five different species,Chrysomya albiceps,Chrysomya megacephala,Calliphora vicina,Lucilia sericata,and Ophyra capensis,using mt DNA as a species-specific marker for identification in a local database set-up.

Intellectualization has become a new trend for telecom industry, driven by intelligent technology including cloud computing, big data, and Internet of things. In order to satisfy the service demand of intelligent logistics, this paper designed an intelligent logistics platform containing the main applications such as e-commerce, self-service transceiver, big data analysis, path location and distribution optimization. The intelligent logistics service platform has been built based on cloud computing to collect, store and handling multi-source heterogeneous mass data from sensors, RFID electronic tag, vehicle terminals and APP, so that the open-access cloud services including distribution, positioning, navigation, scheduling and other data services can be provided for the logistics distribution applications. And then the architecture of intelligent logistics cloud platform containing software layer(SaaS), platform layer(PaaS) and infrastructure(IaaS) has been constructed accordance with the core technology relative high concurrent processing technique, heterogeneous terminal data access, encapsulation and data mining. Therefore, intelligent logistics cloud platform can be carried out by the service mode for implementation to accelerate the construction of the symbiotic win-winlogistics ecological system and the benign development of the ICT industry in the trend of intellectualization in China.

The study of optimization methods for reliability–redundancy allocation problems is a constantly changing *** algorithms are continually being designed on the basis of observations of nature,wildlife,and *** this paper,we review eight major evolutionary algorithms that emulate the behavior of civilization,ants,bees,fishes,and birds(i.e.,genetic algorithms,bee colony optimization,simulated annealing,particle swarm optimization,biogeography-based optimization,artificial immune system optimization,cuckoo algorithm and imperialist competitive algorithm).We evaluate the mathematical formulations and pseudo-codes of each algorithm and discuss how these apply to reliability–redundancy allocation *** from a literature survey show the best results found for series,series–parallel,bridge,and applied case problems(e.g.,overspeeding gas turbine benchmark).Review of literature from recent years indicates an extensive improvement in the algorithm reliability ***,this improvement has been difficult to achieve for high-reliability *** and future challenges in reliability–redundancy allocation problems optimization are also discussed in this paper.

A new series of dimeric Cu（II） and Ni（II） complexes with some aroylhydrazones of a-pyridoin were synthesized and characterized using different physical techniques. Their chemical formulae were based on their microanalysis and IR data. The structures of the solid complexes were determined from the electronic, IR and eSR spectral studies as well as their magnetic susceptibility measurements. The ligands acted as bi-, tri- and tetra-dentate forming different dinuclear complexes with different structures. The assumed molecular structures based on the experimental results were also confirmed by the molecular mechanics calculations. The extraction ability of the hydrazones has been investigated by liquid-liquid extraction for Cu（II） and Ni（II）.

Utilize small size of bolti and sardine fish in preparing fish based weaning foods rich in protein, essential amino acids, fat high in omega 3 fatty acids, minerals and vitamins was investigated. The proximate composition, nutritional value, physical and sensorial properties were evaluated, The results of the chemical composition showed that the moisture content of fish based weaning food purees ranged from 67.73% to 72.05%. On dry weight basis, the five prepared formulations considered rich in protein (37.39% - 44.86%), fat (26.55% - 30.43%), ash (6.53% - 12.23%) and low in carbohydrates (20.70% - 22.18%). Using fish bones with muscles in preparing weaning food puree caused a marked rise in its content of Ca, P, Fe, and Zn levels especially in purees formulated from bolti. Weaning food purees containing sardine fish rich, in fat, were higher in vitamin A and D than those formulated from bolti one. Palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), and myristic acid (C14:0) represented the major saturated fatty acids in the prepared formulations. Weaning food purees containing sardine fish had relatively higher levels of sulfur-e="font-family:Verdana;">containing amino acids and slight lower values of lysine, alanine and glycine than these including bolti fish. Parkinson's disease(PD) is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative diseases which typically affects individuals over 65 years. Although the symptomatology is predominantly motor, neuropsychiatric manifestations, e.g., depression, apathy, anxiety, and cognitive impairment occur in the course of the illness and can have a great impact on the quality of life in these patients. Parkinson's disease is commonly comorbid with depression with prevalence rates of depression, generally higher than those reported in general population. Depression in PD is frequently underestimated andconsequently undertreated, which have significant effects on the quality of life in these patients. The neurobiology of depression in PD is complex and involves alterations in dopaminergic, serotonergic, noradrenergic and possibly other neurotransmitter systems which are affected in the course of the disease. The tricyclic antidepressants and the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are the two classes of antidepressant drugs used for depressive symptoms in PD. Several published studies suggested that both classes are of comparable efficacy. Other serotonergic antidepressants, e.g., nefazodone and trazodone have also been of benefit. Meanwhile, there are limited data available on other drugs but these suggest a benefit from the serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors such as mirtazapine, venlafaxine, atomoxetine and duloxetine. Some of the drugs used in symptomatic treatment of PD, e.g., the irreversible selective inhibitors of the enzyme monoamine oxidase-B, rasagiline and selegiline as well as the dopamine receptor agonist pramipexole are likely to have direct antidepressant activity independent of their motor improving action. This would make these drugs an attractive option in depressed subjects with PD. Kuwait fish market is one of the richest markets of native marine fish species. Sea catfishes are not very important in economic point of view, and only few of them (four species) are present and mistakenly, they all named (Chem). Using DNA barcode technique, the common sea catfish present in the east major fish market (Sharq) was analyzed. Based on the most common species ID databases (Barcoding of life database, BOLD and NCBI database), the most proposal identification that is compatible with major survey in 1997, the sea catfish is Plicofollis tenuispinis, the thin-spin sea catfish with similarity 100% and phylogenetic support of 78% bootstrap value. This is the first application of DNA barcode technique to thin-spine sea catfish of Kuwait.

The evident change in the design of the autopilot system produced massive help for the aviation industry and it required frequent *** learning delivers appropriate outcomes when considering a continuous environment where the controlling Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)required maximum *** this paper,we designed a hybrid framework,which is based on Reinforcement Learning and Deep Learning where the traditional electronic flight controller is replaced by using 3D hand *** algorithm is designed to take the input from 3D hand gestures and integrate with the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(DDPG)to receive the best reward and take actions according to 3D hand gestures *** UAV consist of a Jetson Nano embedded testbed,Global Positioning System(GPS)sensor module,and Intel depth *** collision avoidance system based on the polar mask segmentation technique detects the obstacles and decides the best path according to the designed reward *** analysis of the results has been observed providing best accuracy and computational time using novel design framework when compared with traditional Proportional Integral Derivatives(PID)flight *** are six reward functions estimated for 2500,5000,7500,and 10000 episodes of training,which have been normalized between 0 to−*** best observation has been captured on 2500 episodes where the rewards are calculated for maximum *** achieved training accuracy of polar mask segmentation for collision avoidance is 86.36%.

Background: Clinical data suggested that pentraxin-3 is a biomarker for atherosclerosis due to its role in inflammatory processes since it exerts unfavorable effects on the course of atherosclerosis, stimulates plaque formation, and augments vascular inflammation. Objective: The aims of this study were to measure the level of serum pentraxin-3 in patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) and to determine whether it was associated with the severity of CAD. Material and Methods: The serum pentraxin-3 level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 80 patients who were referred for elective coronary angiography due to positive stress test results. SYNTAX score was used to determine the severity of CAD. Results: The study cohort consisted of 45 (56.25%) males and 35 (43.75%) females with a mean age of 55 ± 9.8 years. The mean serum pentraxin-3 level was 3.79 ± 1.38 ng/ml, and the mean SYNTAX score was 15.8 ± 11.3. A significant correlation was observed between pentraxin-3 level and SYNTAX score (r = 0.459, p - 32 or ≤22 (p = 0.002). Conclusion: The serum level of inflammatory marker pentraxin-3 is increased in patients with CAD and is correlated with the severity of CAD.
