In this paper, we have focused on several relevant sensors [Laser (for speed measurements), Sonar (for space scanning) and RF (for access rights)] to cooperate in monitoring the security status of multiple dynamic agent in surveillance area. Such coordination is achieved by employing novel concepts of sensors similarity and complementarity. Furthermore, this system is aided with Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) in order to estimate the agent’s non-linear movement. Finally, transforms system state to be able to make a security suspiciousness decision by using type-2 fuzzy logic system to handle uncertainty. It is shown that the system performance can exhibit promising improvements for this dynamic security monitoring application.

In this paper,we have calculated the structural,electronic,and optical properties of chalcogenide stannite Cu2CdSnX4（X=S,Se,Te） *** calculations are based on the density functional theory （DFT） method and are performed using the Cambridge sequential total energy package （CASTEP） code included in the Biovia Material Studio 20 *** optical properties have been studied in a domain that extends energetically from 10 meV to 40 *** results show that Cu2CdSnX4（X=S,Se,Te） stannite exhibits absorption in the visible region,the refractive index decreases with increasing energy,and the refractive index values are n=3.2,3.73 and 3.75 for Cu2CdSnS4,Cu2CdSnSe4and Cu2CdSnTe4,*** show also high conductivity,which implies that this material is promising for solar *** results argue in favor of the use of these materials in various potential *** density of state,band structures,and structural properties of Cu2CdSnX4（X=S,Se,and Te） stannite are also studied in this work.

The pulsed laser deposition(PLD)technology was used to effectively create conductive nano and micro hafnium oxide with great purity and transparency for(HfO_(2))*** many optoelectronics devices and their applications,the presence of a high dielectric substance like a nano HfO2,between the metal contacts and the substrates was *** used the Pulsed Laser Deposition method to fabricate an Al/HfO_(2)/p-Si Schottky barrier diode where the nanostructured HfO2 films as an intermediate layer and varied substrate *** optical result reveals a high degree of transparency(93%).The optical bandgap of deposited HfO2 films was observed to vary between 4.9 and 5.3 eV,with a value of roughly 5.3 eV at the optimal preparation *** morphology of the surface shows a high homogeneous nano structure with the average values of the roughness about(0.3 nm).With regard to substrate temperature,the produced factor ideality for fabricated diode was determined to be lowering and the associated values of the barrier height rose based on *** regard to substrate temperature,the produced factor ideality for fabricated diode was determined to be lowering and the associated values of the barrier height rose based on I-V *** diode manufactured at 600℃,in particular,had a higher ideality factor value(n=3.2).

Monolayer MoS_(2)has a promising optoelectronics property,with a bandgap in the visible range;the material is a potential candidate for solar cell *** this work,we grew MoS_(2)monolayers using a low-pressure chemical vapor deposition *** produce uniform wafer-scale MoS_(2)monolayer films,precursors molybdenum dioxide(MoO_(2))and sulfur(S)are *** force microscopy was used to quantify the thickness of the monolayers,and the result was validated by Raman *** electron microscopy(TEM)was used to confirm the crystalline quality of the monolayers,and photoluminescence spectroscopy was used to evaluate their optical *** were able to create a Schottky solar cell with a MoS_(2)monolayer up to 1 cm2 area by transferring monolayer film to n-type *** MoS_(2)/n-Si Schottky solar cell demonstrated photovoltaic characteristics with a short circuit current density of 14.8 mA cm^(-2)and an open-circuit voltage of 0.32 V under 100 mW cm^(-2)*** fill factor and energy conversion efficiency were 53%and 2.46%,respectively,with the highest external quantum efficiency at 530 nm being 44%.

Morphometric analysis and flash floods assessment were conducted for the watersheds of Ras En Naqb escarpment, south Jordan. The study area comprises of twelve small watersheds occupying the faulted-erosional slopes, and the dip slopes. The drainage network shows that dendritic and sub-dendritic patterns dominated the dip slopes, whereas trellis pattern characterized the faulted-erosional slopes. Stream orders range from fourth to sixth order. The mean bifurcation ratios vary between 4.2 and 5.38 for the dip slope basins, and between 3.5 and 5.0 for the faulted-erosional slope watersheds, indicating a noticeable influence of structural disturbances (i.e., faulting and uplifting), and rejuvenation of drainage networks. All watersheds have short basin lengths, ranging from 23.8 km to 42.2 km for the dip slope basins, and between 15.3 km and 45.4 km for the faulted-erosional slope catchments. This is indicative of high flooding susceptibility associated with heavy rainstorms of short duration. The circularity ratios range from 0.177 to 0.704 which denote that the catchments are moderately circular on the faulted-erosional slopes, and to some extent elongated on the dip slopes. The length of overland flow values ranges from 0.854 to 0.924 for the dip slope catchments, whereas LO values for the faulted-erosional slopes vary from 0.793 to 0.945 denoting steep slopes and shorter paths on both dip slope and faulted-erosional slope watersheds. Values of stream frequency range from 1.509 to 1.692 for the dip slope, and from 1.688 to 2.0 for the faulted-erosional slope catchments. FS values are also indicative of slope steepness, low infiltration rate, and high flooding potential. The watersheds of the dip slopes show lower values of form factor varying from 0.079 to 0.364, indicating elongated shape and suggesting a relatively flat hydrograph peak for longer duration. A brain tumor is a mass or growth of abnormal cells in the *** children and adults,brain tumor is considered one of the leading causes of *** are several types of brain tumors,including benign(non-cancerous)and malignant(cancerous)*** brain tumors as early as possible is essential,as this can improve the chances of successful treatment and *** this problem,we bring forth a hybrid intelligent deep learning technique that uses several pre-trained models(Resnet50,Vgg16,Vgg19,U-Net)and their integration for computer-aided detection and localization systems in brain *** pre-trained and integrated deep learning models have been used on the publicly available dataset from The Cancer Genome *** dataset consists of 120 *** pre-trained models have been used to classify tumor or no tumor images,while integrated models are applied to segment the tumor region *** have evaluated their performance in terms of loss,accuracy,intersection over union,Jaccard distance,dice coefficient,and dice coefficient *** pre-trained models,the U-Net model achieves higher performance than other models by obtaining 95%*** contrast,U-Net with ResNet-50 out-performs all other models from integrated pre-trained models and correctly classified and segmented the tumor region.
