Lightweight deep convolutional neural networks(CNNs)present a good solution to achieve fast and accurate image-guided diagnostic procedures of COVID-19 ***,advantages of portable Ultrasound(US)imaging such as simplicity and safe procedures have attracted many radiologists for scanning suspected COVID-19 *** this paper,a new framework of lightweight deep learning classifiers,namely COVID-LWNet is proposed to identify COVID-19 and pneumonia abnormalities in US *** to traditional deep learning models,lightweight CNNs showed significant performance of real-time vision applications by using mobile devices with limited hardware *** main lightweight deep learning models,namely MobileNets,ShuffleNets,MENet and MnasNet have been proposed to identify the health status of lungs using US *** image dataset(POCUS)was used to validate our proposed COVID-LWNet framework *** classes of infectious COVID-19,bacterial pneumonia,and the healthy lung were investigated in this *** results showed that the performance of our proposed MnasNet classifier achieved the best accuracy score and shortest training time of 99.0%and 647.0 s,*** paper demonstrates the feasibility of using our proposed COVID-LWNet framework as a new mobilebased radiological tool for clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 and other lung diseases.

Road traffic density has always been a concern in large cities around the world, and many approaches were developed to assist in solving congestions related to slow traffic flow. This work proposes a congestion rate estimation approach that relies on real-time video scenes of road traffic, and was implemented and evaluated on eight different hotspots covering 33 different urban roads. The approach relies on road scene morphology for estimation of vehicles average speed along with measuring the overall video scenes randomness acting as a frame texture analysis indicator. Experimental results shows the feasibility of the proposed approach in reliably estimating traffic density and in providing an early warning to drivers on road conditions, thereby mitigating the negative effect of slow traffic flow on their daily lives.

This paper presents the findings of an experimental program seeking to understand the effect of mineral admixtures on fresh and hardened properties of sustainable self-consolidating concrete （SCC） mixes where up to 80% of Portland cement was replaced with fly ash, silica fume, or ground granulated blast furnace slag. Compressive strength of SCC mixes was measured after 3, 7, and 28 days of moist curing. It was concluded in this study that increasing the dosage of fly ash increases concrete flow but also decreases segregation resistance. In addition, for the water-to-cement ratio of 0.36 used in this study, it was observed that the compressive strength decreases compared to control mix after 28 days of curing when cement was partially replaced by 10%, 30%, and 40% of fly ash. However, a fly ash replacement ratio of 20% increased the compressive strength by a small margin compared to the control mix. Replacing cement with silica fume at 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% was found to increase compressive strength of SCC mixes compared to the control mix. However, the highest 28 day compressive strength of 95.3 MPa occurred with SCC mixes in which 15% of the cement was replaced with silica fume.

Developments in service oriented architecture (SOA) have taken us near to the once fictional dream of forming and running an online business, such commercial activity in which most or all of its commercial roles are outsourced to online services. The novel concept of cloud computing gives a understanding of SOA in which Information Technology assets are provided as services that are extra flexible, inexpensive and striking to commercial activities. In this paper, we concisely study developments in concept of cloud computing, and debate the advantages of using cloud services for commercial activities and trade-offs that they have to consider. Further we presented a layered architecture for online business, and then we presented a conceptual architecture for complete online business working atmosphere. Moreover, we discuss the prospects and research experiments that are ahead of us in realizing the technical components of this conceptual architecture. We conclude by giving the outlook and impact of cloud services on both large and small businesses.

Objectives:?The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between severity of CAD by coronary mutlislice computed tomography scan and the degree of diastolic function Methods:?The study consisted of 80 patients who underwent both coronary CTA and TTE within 1 year with no identifiable intervening cardiovascular event in National?Heart?Institute and Menoufia?University?Hospitals. All patients were subjected to detailed medical history, physical examination, full electrocardiography study including tissue Doppler imaging on mitral annulus, MSCT coronary angiography and different laboratory investigation as CBC, creatinine, lipid profile. Results:?From 80 patients who have done both echocardiography examination and MSCT coronary angiography, the CT scan results were 38 patients with non-obstructive coronary artery disease and 42 patients with obstructive CAD, higher number of patients with diastolic dysfunction with higher values of E/E’, medial e’, lateral e’, LAVI (left atrial volume index) and TRV (tricuspid regurge velocity) were found in the group with obstructive coronary artery disease.?Conclusion:?Our study showed that diastolic dysfunction is more prevalent in patients with obstructive coronary artery disease with higher grade of diastolic dysfunction.

Four simple, sensitive and accurate spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the determination of some calcium channel blockers: Amlodipine besylate (ADB), Diltiazem hydrochloride (DTZ) and Verapamil hydrochloride (VPM) in pharmaceutical formulations. These methods based on formation ion pair complexes with Sulfochlorophenol-S (SCPS), Bromopyrogallol red (BPR), Eriochromecyanine- R (ECC) and Pyrocatechol violet (PCV) in acidic medium. The colored products are extracted with chloroform and measured spectrophoto- metrically at 462, 600, 440 and 442 for ECC, SCPS, BPR and PCV, respectively. Beer’s low was obeyed in the concentration range, for ECC: 25 - 175 μg·ml-1, 50 - 150 μg·ml-1 or 100 - 250 μg·ml-1, for SCPS: 300 - 800 μg·ml-1, 200 - 700 μg·ml-1 or 100 - 550 μg·ml-1, for BPR: 50 - 400 μg·ml-1, 200 - 700 μg·ml-1 or 200 - 700 μg·ml-1 for VPM, DTZ or ADB, respectively and for PCV: 50 - 250 μg·ml-1 for VPM or 200 - 500 μg·ml-1 for DTZ with molar absorptivity, for ECC: 2.2 × 104, 2.1 × 104, 1.6 × 104 L·mol-1·cm-1, for SCPS: 3.8 × 103, 5.6 × 103, 8.1 × 103 L·mol-1·cm-1, for BPR: 11 × 103, 4.8 × 103, 6.9 × 103 L·mol-1·cm-1 for VPM, DTZ or ADB, respectively and for PCV: 19.5 × 103 L·mol-1·cm-1 for VPM and 6.6 × 103 L·mol-1·cm-1 for DTZ and relative standard deviation, for ECC: 0.76%, 0.86%, 0.46%, for SCPS: 0.94%, 0.96%, 0.86%, for BPR: 0.96%, 0.95%, 0.55% for VPM, DTZ or ADB, respectively and for PCV: 0.81% for VPM and 0.65% for DTZ. These methods have been successfully applied for the assay of drug in pharmaceutical formulations. No interference was observed from common pharmaceutical adjuvants. Statistical comparison of the results with the reference method shows excellent agreement and indicates no significant difference in accuracy and precision.

BACKGROUND Left main coronary artery(LMCA)supplies more than 80%of the left ventricle,and significant disease of this artery carries a high mortality unless intervened ***,the influence of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)surgery on patients with LMCA disease on morbidity intensive care unit(ICU)outcomes needs to be ***,the impact of CABG surgery on the morbidity of the ICU population with LMCA disease is worth *** To determine whether LMCA disease is a definitive risk factor of prolonged ICU stay as a primary outcome and early morbidity within the ICU stay as secondary *** Retrospective descriptive study with purposive sampling analyzing 399 patients who underwent isolated urgent or elective *** were divided into 2 groups;those with LMCA disease as group 1(75 patients)and those without LMCA disease as group 2(324 patients).We correlated ICU outcome parameters including ICU length of stay,post-operative atrial fibrillation,acute kidney injury,re-exploration,perioperative myocardial infarction,post-operative bleeding in both *** Patients with LMCA disease had a significantly higher prevalence of diabetes(43.3%vs 29%,P=0.001).However,we did not find a statistically significant difference with regards to ICU stay,or other morbidity and mortality outcome *** Post-operative performance of Patients with LMCA disease who underwent CABG were comparable to those without LMCA *** was more prevalent in patients with LMCA *** findings may help in guiding decision making for future practice and stratifying the patients’care.
