The gallbladder(GB)is a susceptible organ,prone to various pathologies that can be identified using different imaging *** ultrasound(TUS)is typically the initial diagnostic method due to its numerous well-established ***,in cases of uncertainty or when a definitive diagnosis cannot be established,computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging may be employed to provide more detailed ***,CT scans may sometimes offer inadequate spatial resolution,which can limit the differentiation of GB lesions,particularly when smaller yet clinically relevant abnormalities are ***,endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)provides higher frequency compared to TUS,superior spatial resolution,and the option for contrast-enhanced harmonic imaging,enabling a more com.rehensive ***,EUS can serve as a supplementary tool when conventional imaging methods are *** review will describe the standard EUS examination of the GB,focusing on its endosonographic characteristics in various GB path-ologies.

Predictors of graft function and survival in second kidney transplantation: A single center experience

BACKGrOUND The increasing kidney retransplantation rate has created a parallel field of research,including the risk factors and outcomes of this advanced form of renal replacement *** presentation of experiences from different kidney transplantation centers may help enrich the literature on kidney retransplantation,as a specific topic in the field of kidney *** To identify the risk factors affecting primary graft function and graft survival rates after second kidney transplantation(SKT).METHODS The records of SKT cases performed between January 1977 and December 2014 at a European tertiary-level kidney transplantation center were retrospectively reviewed and *** the descriptive characteristics,the survivals of patients and both the first and second grafts were described using Kaplan-Meier *** addition,Kaplan-Meier analyses were also used to estimate the survival probabilities at 1,3,5,and 10 post-operative years,as well as at the longest followup duration ***,bivariate associations between various predictors and the categorical outcomes were assessed,using the suitable biostatistical tests,according to the predictor *** Out of 1861 cases of kidney transplantation,only 48 cases with SKT were eligible for studying,including 33 men and 15 women with a mean age of 42.1±13 *** primary non-function(PNF)graft occurred in five patients(10.4%).In bivariate analyses,a high body mass index(P=0.009)and first graft loss due to acute rejection(P=0.025)were the only significant predictors of PNF *** second graft survival was reduced by delayed graft function in the first(P=0.008)and second(Prejection within the first year after the first transplant did not reach the threshold of significance(P=0.053).The mean follow-up period was 59.8±48.6 *** graft/patient survival rates at 1,3,5 and 10 years were 90.5%/97.9%,79.9%/95.6%,73.7%/91.9%,and 51.6%/83.0%,respe

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological factors of tubereulosis(TB)in eastern ***:The socio-demographic and clinical data was retrieved from the database at Kassala hospital during the year of *** medical file of consequent patients who was discharged from the same ward in the hospital was reviewed to act as control for the TB ***:A total of 670 patients were registered at Kassala hospital with clinical,laboratory and radiological evidence proven *** TB accounted for 73.4%while extra-pulmonary TB was reported in 26.6%of all TB *** mean age(SD)was not significantly different between the cases and controls(670 in each arm).TB patients were those who had less education,and the infection more likely common among male ***:Intervention from outside the health field in particular awareness of associated risk factors and improvement of the educational level potentially will strengthen TB control.

BACKGrOUND Helicobacter pylori(***)is a significant human pathogen that is responsible for a variety of illnesses,including mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,gastric cancer,peptic ulcers,and *** To investigate the frequency of *** infection and its resistance patterns among Egyptian patients and to determine the influence of *** virulence genetic determinants on the eradication success of 14-d triple therapy *** *** infections were investigated in 72 patients with gastroduodenal complications suggestive of *** *** cagA and vacA genotypes of cultured strains were studied using polymerase chain *** patients underwent 14 d of triple-therapy *** treatment response was examined using histology and a rapid urease test 6 wk after therapy *** The intention-to-treat eradication rate was 59.2%(95%CI:48.2%-70.3%).rates of *** resistance to clarithromycin,amoxicillin,and metronidazole were 52.8%,81.9%,and 100%,*** eradication of *** was more significantly associated with vacA s1-positive strains[adjusted odds ratio(aOr)=0.507,95%CI:0.175-0.822].A significant association was found between failed eradication rate and *** strains resistant to clarithromycin(aOr=0.204,95%CI:-0.005 to 0.412)and amoxicillin(aOr=0.223,95%CI:0.026-0.537).CONCLUSION This study’s low *** eradication rate following 14-d triple therapy is concerning and *** pan-resistance to metronidazole followed by the high resistance to ciprofloxacin,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin in this research is challenging and of great concern.

Appropriate knowledge of the parental cultivars is a pre-requisite for a successful breeding *** study characterized fruit yield,quality attributes,and molecular variations of ten tomato cultivars during three consecutive generations under greenhouse *** 86,Castle rock,and red Star cultivars showed the highest fruit yield(kg/plant),total phenolic compounds(TPC),and sap *** component analysis categorized the evaluated fruit yield into three groups based on their quality attributes.A robust positive correlation appeared among traits inside each group.A positive correlation was likewise noticed between the first and the second ***,a negative correlation was detected between the first,the second and the third *** profiling,using seven inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSr)primers,produced 60 loci,including 49 polymorphic *** molecular analysis also pinpointed the highest genetic similarity(0.92)between P73 and Moneymaker,while the lowest genetic similarity(0.46)was observed between Castle rock and *** cultivars P73 and Moneymaker showed the lowest genetic distance(2.24),while the highest genetic distance(5.92)was observed between Super Marmand and Peto86,on the one hand,and between Castle rock and Moneymaker,on the other *** chemical analysis of fruit sap indicated the highest levels of TPC,total flavonoids,anthocyanin,ascorbic acid and total soluble solids in Peto 86 and Castle rock *** analysis of tomato cultivars based on morphological and molecular attributes indicated four distinct *** 86,Castle rock,and red star cultivars can be recommended for the tomato hybridization breeding programs in the future,with other tomato cultivars as potentially high-yielding parents.

Sentiment analysis or Opinion Mining (om) has gained significant interest among research communities and entrepreneurs in the recentyears. Likewise, Machine Learning (ML) approaches is one of the interestingresearch domains that are highly helpful and are increasingly applied in severalbusiness domains. In this background, the current research paper focuses onthe design of automated opinion mining model using Deer Hunting Optimization Algorithm (DHOA) with Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) abbreviatedas DHOA-FNN model. The proposed DHOA-FNN technique involves fourdifferent stages namely, preprocessing, feature extraction, classification, andparameter tuning. In addition to the above, the proposed DHOA-FNN modelhas two stages of feature extraction namely, Glove and N-gram ***, FNN model is utilized as a classification model whereas GTOA isused for the optimization of parameters. The novelty of current work is thatthe GTOA is designed to tune the parameters of FNN model. An extensiverange of simulations was carried out on the benchmark dataset and the resultswere examined under diverse measures. The experimental results highlightedthe promising performance of DHOA-FNN model over recent state-of-the-arttechniques with a maximum accuracy of 0.9928.

A normal ultrasonic transducer of 5 MHz is modified using different delay lines and wedges design (made from Perspex). Such modification is for ameliorate the capability of the transducer to detect sub-surface flaws. Some prepared Aluminum pieces were subjected to different crosshead speed (200 and 350 mm/min). The ultrasonic pulse echo method was used at room temperature. The measurements have been done before and after each tensile stress. Flaws were found at different distances from the specimen"s surface. results showed that such delay lines and wedges were suitable to detect sub-surface flaws that were initiated under the effect of stress. In addition, a crosshead speed increment caused more sub-surface flaws formation.
