近数十年来，脑血管意外如动脉瘤破裂后导致的蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）已被临床医师所熟知。动脉瘤破裂所致蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的并发症为脑血管痉挛，近半数患者发生于出血后．若不予治疗，神经功能缺失或死亡的发生率高达20％。事实上，致残或致死的主要原因是动脉痉挛引起的迟发性脑缺血。鉴于脑血管痉挛的损害作用．研究者及临床医师多年来一直致力于明确其病理生理机制以期发现有效的治疗方法。

BACKGROUND Systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases(SARDs)are a group of diseases with multiorgan involvement and a high prevalence of chronic pain and *** with SARDs and post-coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)syndrome experience aggravation of *** this context,it is essential to establish strategies to reduce chronic pain and fatigue and improve quality of *** To assess the efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)for the treatment of fatigue and pain-associated post-COVID-19 syndrome in patients with *** This study included nine patients with different types of *** patients had reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)test confirmed COVID-19 as well as significant,persistent fatigue and pain that began to worsen after *** tDCS was administered in five daily sessions(2mA,20 min).Concomitantly,patients were involved in aerobic exercise *** participants were evaluated using specific questionnaires and strength assessment by handgrip and physical function by timed-up-and-go test and sit-to-stand test at baseline(within one week before tDCS protocol),and one week after tDCS *** all procedures,the patients’treatments remained *** The sample comprised eight women and one man with a mean age of 48.7±9.6 *** the tDCS protocol,pain and fatigue significantly improved on the visual analog scale(P<0.05).The physical function also improved 9.5±2.7 vs 6.8±0.8(P=0.001)for timed-up-go-test and 10.3±3.7 vs 15.1±4.0(P=0.037)for sit-to-stand *** of the patients experienced any adverse *** The present study showed that tDCS in combination with aerobic exercise was effective in improving physical function,and reducing fatigue/pain in SARDs patients with post-COVID-19 syndrome.

Objective: To determine the early electrocardiographic changes in a cohort of ambulatory cameroonian COVID-19 patients treated with hydroxychlo- roquine and Azithromycin. Design: Prospective study. Setting: Treatment centres of the city of Yaounde, Cameroon, from May 7th to 24th 2020. Participants: We enrolled 51 consecutive confirmed COVID-19 on RT-PCR who having mild forms of COVID-19 and treated by hydroxychloroquine 200 mg twice daily during seven #days plus Azithromycin 500 mg the first day and 250 mg the remaining 4 days as per national standard. Main Outcomes Measures: The primary end-point was the change in QTc interval between day 0 (D0), day 3 (D3) and day 7 (D7). Secondary endpoints were changes in all other cardiac electrical conductivity patterns and the occurrence of clinical arrhythmic events during the course of treatment. Results: The population (29 men and 22 women) was aged 39 ± 11 years (range 17 to 61 years

在韩国已越来越多地采用聚氯乙烯（PVC）或高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）制成公共厕所和暴雨排水管。然而，一些塑料管材的性能，如高弹性（柔韧性）和低的承载能力很容易使塑料管变形。与实心墙塑料管相比，异形墙结构增加了承载能力和刚度，使塑料管在等效加栽条件下可以更具成本效益。异形墙结构有不同的墙体结构，如单波纹，双壁，三壁结构。近年来，异形壁管的检查显示，许多异形墙塑料管经历了结构性的失败，特别是在冠面由于前所未有的负载条件，如垂直载荷，地下水，和地面沉降。异形墙污水管道系统的过早失效导致了韩国的下水道机构的大量负担。本文提出了一种改变传统的爆管技术去回收几何变形的异型壁塑料管和安装新的管道的非开挖技术概念的发展。所提出的新的技术概念用于尽量减少在这个过程中对环境和社会破坏的影响，与传统的开放式切割更换方法相比，预计这将是一个经济的替代方法。
