Increasing need for materials with special features have brought various new inventions,one of the most promising hope for new material with special features and functionalities is composites ***,this study report an integration of zinc nanoparticles into kenaf/polyester polymer composite to introduce new behavior to the *** composite behaviors were compared for mechanical,thermal,moisture absorption and biodegradability *** Zinc oxide nanoparticles entrenched in the kenaf/polyestaer composites net structure through chemical bonds between kenaf/Zno/polyester resin,existence of Zno significantly influence the mechanical and thermals properties of *** analysis based on(TGA)response revealed the integration of Zno nanoparticles improved the thermal stability when thermal decomposition temperature beyond 3650 *** thermal cracking decreased with present of Zno and increase with kenaf content(layers).The modulus,Tensile strength,break at elongation,flexural modulus,flexural strength and impact strength of the composites with higher content kenaf/Zno nanoparticle are 560 MPa,58MPa,1.8%,1300 PMa,68 MPa and 31 MPa,***,addition of kenaf layers and Zno results in larger mechanical properties enhancement,the results of the contact angle show improvement in wetting of the fibres with addition of Zno nanoparticles.

BACKGRoUND Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)and endoscopic ultrasound elastography(EUS-E)simulation lessens the learning curve;however,models lack realism,diminishing *** To standardize the mechanical properties of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel for simulating organs and digestive *** PVA hydrogel(Sigma Aldrich,degree of hydrolysis 99%)for simulating EUS/EUS-E lesions was investigated in Unidad de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico at Hospital General de México“*** Liceaga”,Mexico *** evaluated physical,contrast,elasticity and deformation coefficient characteristics in lesions,applying Kappa’s concordance and satisfaction questionnaire(Likert 4-points).RESULTS PVA hydrogel showed stable mechanical *** depended on molecular weight(MW)and concentration(C).PVA bblocks with the greatest density showed lowest tensile strength(r=-0.8,P=0.01).Lesions were EUSgraphically *** and heterogeneous examples were created from PVA blocks or PVA phantoms,exceeding(MW2=146000-186000,C9=15%and C10=20%)with a density under(MW1=85000-124000,C1=7%and C2=9%).We calculated elasticity and deformation parameters of solid(blue)areas,contrasting with the norm(Kappa=0.8;high degree of satisfaction).CoNCLUSIoN PVA hydrogels were appropriate for simulating organs and digestive lesions using EUS/EUS-E,facilitating practice and reducing *** amplified skills,while reducing the learning curve.

Cold-formed steel structures are steel structure products constructed from sheets or coils using cold rolling, press brake or bending brake method. These structures are extensively employed in building construction industry due to their light mass, ductility by economic cold forming operations, favorable strength-to-mass ratio and other factors. The utilization of cold formed steel sections with concrete as composite can hugely reduce the construction cost. However, the use of cold formed steel members in composite concrete beams has been very limited. A comprehensive review of developments in composite beam with cold formed steel sections was introduced. It was revealed that employing cold-formed steel channel section to replace reinforcement bars in conventional reinforced concrete beam results in a significant cost reduction without reducing strength capacity. The use of composite beam consisting of cold-formed steel open or close box and filled concrete could also reduce construction cost. Lighter composite girder for bridges with cold-formed steel of U section was introduced. Moreover, types of shear connectors to provide composite action between cold-formed steel beam and concrete slab were presented. However, further studies to investigate the effects of metal decking on the behavior of composite beam with cold-formed steel section and introduction of ductile shear connectors were recommended.

A physical model has been constructed to represent the condensate film pattern on a horizontal downward-facing surface with fins,which is based on visual observation in experiment,The results of analysis using this model confirums the validity of the critical wave length formula obtained from Rayleigh-Taylor staility analysis .This formula may be used as a criterion to design horzontal downward-facing surfaces with fins that can best destabilize the condensate film,thus enhancing condensation heat transfer.

BACKGRoUND Identification of germ-line mutations in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) could impact on patient/*** To assess the referral pathways for genetic consultations in *** Electronic records of PDAC patients were reviewed retrospectively. Patients eligible for genetic consultation referral were identified following the European Registry of Hereditary Pancreatitis and Familial Pancreatic Cancer(EURoPAC)*** Four-hundred patients were eligible. of 113 patients(28.3%) meeting EURoPAC criteria, 8.8% were referred for genetic opinion. Germ-line mutations were identified in 0.75% of the whole *** referrals and increased awareness may be able to overcome the low rate of successful genetic appointments.

Results on the magneto-optical investigation of near-surface micromagnetic structure (MMS) of Co69Fe4Si12B15 amorphous wires 10～50 μm in diameter are presented. The wires were prepared by the rapid solidification technique. The magnetic field H was applied along or perpendicular to the wire length. By scanning the light spot of 1 μm-diameter along the wire length, distributions of magnetization components (both parallel and perpendicular to the applied magnetic field) and also local hysteresis characteristics of the wires were measured. It was experimentally established that owing to the compressive stresses from quenching coupled with negative magnetostriction of Co-rich amorphous materials, the examined microwires have a circumferential magnetic anisotropy. In consequence, there are the near-surface alternate left- and right-handled circular domains in these samples. The dependencies of the circular domain width on the wire diameter and length were found. It was discovered that in the axial magnetic field local hysteresis loops are unhysteretic. It was proved that in this case the dominant mechanism of the wire magnetization reversal is rotation of local magnetization vectors in circular domains.
