针对在几何处理领域有着广泛应用的三角形网格参数化问题,研究了基于重心映射的三角形网格参数化方法.利用geometry-processing-js类库中的半边数据结构,采用均匀拉普拉斯权重、拉普拉斯-贝尔特拉米权重和中值权重3种加权方案,实现了重心映射法,并根据三角形的形变量分析了参数化结果.结果表明,中值权重为重心映射法的最优加权方案.

We investigate in detail the self-assembled nucleation and growth of vertically oriented GaN nanowires by molecular beam epitaxy on crystalline TiN films. We demonstrate that this type of substrate allows for the growth of long and thin GaN nanowires that do not suffer from coalescence, a problem common to the growth on Si and other substrates. Only beyond a certain nanowire length that depends on the nanowire density and exceeds here 1.5 bun, coalescence takes place by bundling, i.e. the same process as on Si. By analyzing the nearest neighbor distance distribution, we identify the diffusion-induced repulsion of neighboring nanowires as the main mechanism limiting nanowire density during nucleation on TiN. Since on Si the final density is determined by shadowing of the impinging molecular beams by existing nanowires, it is the difference in adatom surface diffusion that enables the formation of nanowire ensembles with reduced density on TiN. These nanowire ensembles combine properties that make them a promising basis for the growth of core-shell heterostructures.

Reservoir is an efficient way for flood control and improving all sectors related to water resources in the integrated water resources ***,multiobjective reservoir plays a significant role in the development of a country’s economy especially in developing *** multi-objective reservoirs have conflicts and disputes in flood control and water use,which makes the operator a great challenge in the decision of reservoir *** improved multi-objective reservoir operation,an integrated modeling system has been developed by incorporating a global optimization system(SCE-UA)into a distributed biosphere hydrological model(WEB-DHM)coupled with the reservoir routing *** new integrated modeling system has been tested in the Da River subbasin of the Red River and showed the capability of reproducing observed reservoir inflows and optimizing the multi-objective reservoir ***,the WEB-DHM was calibrated for the inflows to the Hoa Binh Reservoir in the Da ***,the WEB-DHM coupled with the reservoir routing module was tested by simulating the reservoir water level,when using the observed dam outflows as the reservoir ***,the new integrated modeling system was evaluated by optimizing the operation rule of the Hoa Binh Reservoir from 1 June to 28 July 2006,which covered the annual largest flood *** using the optimal rule for the reservoir operation,the annual largest flood peak at downstream control point(Ben Ngoc station)was successfully reduced(by about 2.4 m for water level and 2500 m^(3)·s^(-1) for discharge);while after the simulation periods,the reservoir water level was increased by about 20 m that could supply future water use.

Vaccines have measurable efficacy obtained first from vaccine ***,vaccine efficacy(VE)is not a static measure and long-term population studies are needed to evaluate its performance and ***-19 vaccines have been developed in record time and the currently licensed vaccines are extremely effective against severe disease with higher VE after the full immunization *** assess the impact of the initial phase of the COVID-19 vaccination rollout programmes,we used an extended Susceptible-Hospitalized-Asymptomatic/mild-Recovered(SHAR)*** models were proposed to evaluate different vaccine types:vaccine type 1 which protects against severe disease only but fails to block disease transmission,and vaccine type 2 which protects against both severe disease and *** was assumed as reported by the vaccine trials incorporating the difference in efficacy between one and two doses of vaccine *** described the performance of the vaccine in reducing hospitalizations during a momentary scenario in the Basque Country,*** a population in a mixed vaccination setting,our results have shown that reductions in hospitalized COVID-19 cases were observed five months after the vaccination rollout started,from May to June *** in June,a good agreement between modelling simulation and empirical data was well pronounced.

This article constructively challenges the often cited distinction between the so-called hazard and vulnerability perspectives in disaster *** a context of increasingly intertwined,dense,and complex socioeco-logical dynamics,disaster scholars often hold onto an apparently untenable distinction between nature and culture,manifested as either a hazard or a vulnerability *** article maintains that the typically undesired approach(the hazard approach)is inherent to the preferred(vulnerability)*** article builds on oliver-Smith’s(2013)critique of the magnitude of requirements placed upon practitioners given the full implications of the vulnerability *** critical of the vulnerability perspective,this article does not fundamentally disagree with the validity of its ***,by drawing on the pragmatist philosophy of Rorty(1989)and by demonstrating the potential value of posthumanism for disaster studies,I wish to argue for greater pragmatism within disaster *** article considers the recent petition or manifesto for disaster studies(Gaillard et al.2019)for more inclusive disaster research as a potential opportunity to challenge the aforementioned nature-culture distinction in the field,as the petition signed by a number of disaster scholars outlines various concerns over the asymmetrical power relations between local and external *** power relations have adverse consequences for the appropriateness of knowledge production in many contexts.I am primarily ISI Gideon van Riet ***@*** 1 School for Government Studies,North-West University,Potchefstroom 2531,Northwest Province,South Africa concerned with the very local level of disaster occurrence,where posthumanism might be most valuable.

Excessive release of neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)is associated with disease severity and contributes to tissue injury,followed by severe organ *** or genetic inhibition of NET release reduces pathology in multiple inflammatory disease models,indicating that NETs are potential therapeutic ***,we demonstrate using a preclinical basket approach that our therapeutic anti-citrullinated protein antibody(tACPA)has broad therapeutic *** with tACPA prevents disease symptoms in various mouse models with plausible NET-mediated pathology,including inflammatory arthritis(IA),pulmonary fibrosis,inflammatory bowel disease and *** show that citrulline residues in the N-termini of histones 2A and 4 are specific targets for therapeutic intervention,whereas antibodies against other N-terminal post-translational histone modifications have no therapeutic *** citrullinated histones are generated during NET release,we investigated the ability of tACPA to inhibit NET *** suppressed NET release from human neutrophils triggered with physiologically relevant human disease-related ***,tACPA diminished NET release and potentially initiated NET uptake by macrophages in vivo,which was associated with reduced tissue damage in the joints of a chronic arthritis mouse model of *** our knowledge,we are the first to describe an antibody with NET-inhibiting properties and thereby propose tACPA as a drug candidate for NET-mediated inflammatory diseases,as it eliminates the noxious triggers that lead to continued inflammation and tissue damage in a multidimensional manner.
