RESULTS： Intratumo.al injectio. o.0}a replicatio.-def.ctive adeno.irus enco.ing respirato.y syncytial virus f.sio. pro.ein （RSV-f. alo.e （***-f. o. to.ether with the attachment glyco.ro.ein RSV-G （***-f.G） led to.a signif.cant gro.th reductio. o.0}the vecto.-treated and co.tralateral untreated tumo.s. The treatment respo.se was asso.iated with a stro.g tumo.-specif.c CTL respo.se and signif.cantly impro.ed survival with medians o.0}46 d and 44 d, respectively. Intratumo.al injectio. o.0}Ad,RSV-G o. a so.uble RSV-f.enco.ing adeno.irus （***-f.o.） had no.signif.cant anti-neo.lastic ef.ect. At12Cys-1 （At5g64400） and At12Cys-2 （At5g09570） are two.clo.ely related iso.enes that enco.e small, twin cysteine pro.eins, typically lo.ated in mito.ho.dria. At12Cys-2 transcript is induced in a variety o.0}mutants with disrupted mito.ho.drial pro.eins, but an increase in At12Cys pro.ein is o.ly detected in mutants with reduced mito.ho.drial co.plex I abundance. Inductio. o.0}At12Cys pro.ein in mutants that lack mito.ho.drial co.plex I is acco.panied by At12Cys pro.ein lo.ated in mito.ho.dria, chlo.o.lasts, and the cyto.o. Bio.hemical analyses revealed that even single gene deletio.s, i.e., At12cys-1 o.Atl2cys-2, have an ef.ect o. mito.ho.drial and chlo.o.last f.nctio.s. Ho.ever, o.ly do.ble mutants, i.e., At12cys-1：At12cys.2, af.ect the abundance o.0}pro.ein and mRNA transcripts enco.ing translatio. elo.gatio. f.cto.s as well as rRNA abundance. Blue native PAGE sho.ed that At12Cys co.migrated with mito.ho.drial superco.plex I ＋ lU.
