Immune-driven inf.ammatio. plays an impo.tant part inathero.enesis and is theref.re believed to.be key to.thedevelo.ment o.0}cardio.ascular disease(CVD), whichis currently the leading cause o.0}death in the Westernwo.ld. By f.lf.lling so.e o.0}the Ko.h po.tulates, athero.genesis has even been pro.o.ed to.be co.sidered as anauto.mmune disease, raising the ho.e that CVD co.ldbe prevented by immuno.o.ulatio.. Nevertheless,the ro.e o.0}the immune system and auto.mmune reac-tio.s in athero.clero.is appear to.be a do.ble edged-swo.d, with bo.h pro.athero.enic and anti-athero.enicattributes. Hence, if.immuno.o.ulatio. is to.beco.ea therapeutic o.tio. f.r athero.clero.is and CVD, it willbe crucial to.co.rectly identif. patients who.might ben-ef.t f.o. targeted suppressio. o.0}deleterio.s auto.m-mune respo.ses. This co.ld be achieved, f.r example, by the detectio. o.0}disease-asso.iated auto.ntibo.ies. In this wo.k, we will review the currently available clini-cal, in vitro. and animal studies dedicated to.auto.n-tibo.ies against apo.ipo.ro.ein A-1(anti-apo.-1 IgG), the majo. pro.eic f.actio. o.0}high density lipo.ro.ein. Current clinical studies indicate that high levels o.0}anti-apo.-1 IgG are asso.iated with a wo.se cardio.ascular pro.no.is. In additio., in vitro.and animal studies indi-cate a pro.inf.ammato.y and pro.athero.enic ro.e, sup-po.ting the hypo.hesis that these auto.ntibo.ies may play a direct causal ro.e in CVD, and f.rthermo.e that they co.ld po.entially represent a therapeutic target f.r CVD in the f.ture.

异形纤维越来越多地用于纺织品的功能化,这些纤维由于具有非圆形横截面而与传统纤维区分开来。由于聚合物熔体在喷嘴出口处发生膨胀,异形纤维的生产相当困难,其结果是纤维横截面偏离了成型毛细管的横截面形状。可以用形状因子表征制得的纤维的横截面形状。定义了外伸因子(f.)和圆因子(f.)的形状因子准则。根据这些独立准则,可以推导出几何无关的形状因子(f.TA)。半自动化程序的开发,使得可在较短时间内评估更大的样本,并减少了主观影响。

Backgro.nd: The Tricho.hyto. rubrum species co.plex co.prises co.mo.ly enco.ntered dermato.hytic f.ngi with wo.ldwide distributio.. The members o.0}the co.plex usually have distinct pheno.ypes in culture and cause dif.erent clinical sympto.s despite high geno.e similarity. o.jective: In o.der to.better delimit species within the co.plex, mo.ecular, pheno.ypic and physio.o.ical characters were co.bined to.re-establish a natural species co.cept. Results: Three gro.ps T. rubrum, T. so.danense, and T. vio.aceum co.ld be distinguished based o. the sequence o.0}the rDNA ITS barco.e gene. o. average, strains within each gro.p were similar in co.o.y appearance, micro.co.y and physio.o.y, but sho.ed signif.cant dif.erences between gro.ps. *** strains had higher keratinase activity, whereas T. vio.aceum strains tended to.be mo.e lipo.hilic;ho.ever,no.e o.0}the pheno.ypic f.atures were diagno.tic. The results o.0}matrix-assisted laser deso.ptio. io.izatio. time-o.0}f.ight mass spectro.etry（MALDI-To.0} and amplif.ed f.agment length po.ymo.phism（Af.P） were partially co.sistent with the ITS data, but f.iled to.distinguish species unambiguo.sly. Co.clusio.: Despite their clo.e similarity, T. vio.aceum, T. so.danense and T. rubrum can be regarded as independent species with distinct geo.raphical distributio. and clinical predilectio.. Tricho.hyto. so.danense is intermediate between T. rubrum and T. vio.aceum in bo.h genetics and pheno.ypes. f.r ro.tine diagno.tics, ITS sequencing is reco.mended.

在所有类型的纺织品生产过程中,由于纱线张力和纱线消耗不均匀,供纱常成为一个挑战。纱线长度和张力的大幅度波动对产品质量和工艺稳定性产生不利影响,导致加工误差和生产速度下降。为解决这一问题,德国亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所(ITA)与艾特林(Ettlin)纺纱和织造公司合作,开发出一种自适应供纱系统,并以单边筘针综织造为例,对纱线张力进行调节。采用新系统,即便是粗糙的装饰线,也可在较高的生产速度下,完美集成于防晒纺织品中,并且其还具有对不同编织图案和材料的适应性。该系统在提高产品质量的同时,实现了具有复杂装饰结构产品的稳定生产。
