Objective:To check the effects of the vaccines on the hematopoietic system and weight of mice after ***:The study was done with the Expanded Programme on Immunization vaccines donated by the Ministries of Health of Abia and Imo States of *** vaccines were collected from the cold-chain stores and transported in vaccine carriers to the cold-chain facility in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital within 3 hours of *** were used to immunize a total of 160 *** Ethics Committee of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital,Nnewi of Anambra State,Nigeria approved the ***:Mice body weight changes test showed that the mice all had increased body weight at Days 3 and 7 post-immunization and none died during the 7 d post-immunization *** percentage weight gains of the mice compared with the control were 69%.70%,64%.63%,65%and 68%for oral polio vaccine,*** CalmetteGuerin,measles,yellow fever and hepatitis B vaccines respectively collected from Imo *** mice immunized with oral polio vaccine,*** ***,yellow fever and hepatitis B vaccines collected from Abia State had 123%.114%,121%.116%,142%and 119%weight gain respectively compared with the *** promoting toxicity test showed that none of the vaccines was able to induce proliferation of leukocytes up to ten *** toxicity test showed that all the vaccines had an leukopenic toxicity test value higher than 80%of the control(physiological saline).Conclusions:The vaccine samples tested were safe and did not affect the hematopoietic system *** storage conditions of the vaccines in the States' cold-chain stores had not compromised the safety of the vaccines.

Effects of fertilizer management practices on leaf yield and quality of mulberry plant are important for sustainable mulberry plant *** study was undertaken to improve the growth,yield and biochemical contents in an instant available form in mulberry plant through different fertilizer management *** were four fertilizer management practices like control(CT),basal(BS),urea+magic growth(UM)and basal+urea+magic growth(BUM)were applied on mulberry plant(Morus SPP.).Results of this investigation revealed that among the various fertilizer treatments on the foliar application of(3 g urea+3 mL magic growth)per liter water with BSRTI recommended BS of NPK performed well in respect of growth parameters and biochemical *** highest 10 leaf area(638.64 cm^(2)),leaf number per branch(50),total leaf weight per plant(785.64 g),node per meter(28.67),specific leaf weight(0.005817 g/cm^(2)),length of longest shoot(173.25 cm)and total leaf yield per hectare per year(41610 kg)were noticed in BUM treatment followed by UM,BS and CT *** the highest moisture(74.38%),moisture retention capacity(33.31%),total mineral(12.10%),total sugar(3.99%),reducing sugar(4.05%),crude protein(21.01%),starch(9.72%)and soluble carbohydrate(11.41%)were also recorded in BUM treatment as compare to UM,BS and CT *** outcome of research implies that among the four fertilizer management practices foliar spray of(3 g urea+3 mL magic growth)per liter water with BSRTI recommended BS dose of NPK performed well and successfully augments the productivity and biochemical constituents of mulberry plant.

In recent years,speculation of an increase in Internet Gaming Disorder(IGD)has surfaced with the growing popularity of internet gaming among Chinese children and *** detrimental impact of IGD on mental health cannot be denied,even though only a small portion of the screen-dependent population exhibits psychopathological and behavioral *** present study aimed to explore a latent proﬁle analysis(LPA)of Internet Gaming Disorder on the mental health of Chinese school *** data were collected from a sample of 1005 Chinese school students(49.8%male;age M=13.32,SD=1.34 years)using a paper-pencil survey through convenience *** explored three latent proﬁles of internet gamers:regular gamers(62.4%),moderate gamers(28.1%),and probable disordered gamers(9.4%).Results showed that the probable disordered gamers had signiﬁcantly higher levels of depression,anxiety,emotional and conduct problems,hyperactivity,and peer problem symptoms as well as lower life satisfaction,and pro-social symptoms compared to regular and moderate gamers(p0.05).This study would be helpful to mental health professionals in designing interventions for gamers who present IGD *** longitudinal studies should also be undertaken to assess whether mental health worsens for probable disordered gamers.

This study examines the relationship between domestic savings,investment,and economic growth in Nepal by using time series data covering from the period 1975 to *** vector error correction model(VECM)has been used to investigate the long-run and short-run causal relationship between the *** Johansen cointegration test results confirmed that there is a long-run relationship between savings,investment,and economic ***,further analysis has to be set for the VEC model to analyze both long-run and short-run *** VECM equation result is-0.1363 which is the adjustment speed of disequilibrium towards the equilibrium in long *** coeffi cient of savings and investments are positive with economic growth which also indicates that both variables have a positive impact on economic growth in the short *** results of the Jarque-Bera test show the residual distribution is normally *** the model stability test,the study performed recursive estimation applying CUSUM and CUSUM of square,and both tests move within the 5 percent level of upper and lesser bound significance indicating that the model is stable over the observation ***,the study suggests that in Nepal,domestic savings and investment growth have a positive contribution to economic *** central bank,planning commission,and ministry of finance should focus on stimulating the capital formation and productive sector investment for sustainable economic growth in Nepal.

Government city management is facing higher requirements with the development of the number of migrant ***,improving their subjective well-being is a significant practical problem that the government must consider in public *** research discusses the influence of public service satisfaction on the well-being of urban migrant workers from the perspective of social comparison theory and the role of the sense of social equity and social conflict in the process of this *** the structural equation modeling and moderated mediating mechanism analysis,the results show that:(1)the satisfaction of social and economic public service significantly and positively affects subjective well-being.(2)The sense of social equity completely mediated the influence of the satisfaction of public social service on well-being and partly mediated the influence of the satisfaction of public financial service on well-being.(3)The sense of social equity and conflict have a moderated mediating effect for social and economic public service satisfaction on ***,the article concludes with some suggestions to improve the well-being of migrant workers based on the conclusion of the study.

Objective:To assess healthcare workers' involvement in healthcare waste management in public and private ***:Validated questionnaires(n = 660) were administered to randomly selected healthcare workers from selected private hospitals between April and July ***:Among the healthcare workers that participated in the study,187(28.33%) were medical doctors,44(6.67%) were pharmacists,77(11.67%) were medical laboratory scientist,35(5.30%) were waste handlers and 317(48.03%) were ***,the number of workers that have heard about healthcare waste disposal system was above average 424(69.5%).More health-workers in the government(81.5%) than in private(57.3%) hospitals were aware of healthcare waste disposal system and more in government hospitals attended training on *** level of waste generated by the two hospitals differed significantly(P=0.0086) with the generation level higher in government than private *** materials for healthcare waste disposal were significantly more available(P=0.001) in government than private *** was no significant difference(P = 0.285) in syringes and needles disposal practices in the two hospitals and they were exposed to equal risks(P =0.8510).Fifty-six(18.5%) and 140(45.5%) of the study participants in private and government hospitals respectively were aware of the existence of healthcare waste management committee with 134(44.4%) and 19(6.2%) workers confirming that it did not exist in their *** existence of the committee was very low in the private ***:The availability of material for waste segregation at point of generation,compliance of healthcare workers to healthcare waste management guidelines and the existence of infection control committee in both hospitals is generally low and unsatisfactory.

Kawasaki Disease (KD) is a self-limiting systemic vasculitis common among children under five years of age. Diagnosis of the disease is made primarily from the clinical features presented during the illness. Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is the main complication of this disease which can be prevented largely by the early diagnosis and administration of IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin). Even with first dose of IVIG up to 10% - 20% of patients develop refractory Kawasaki Disease, i.e., remain unresponsive to initial IVIG treatment. Second dose of IVIG is recommended treatment for refractory Kawasaki Disease but other alternative treatments are also being considered to lower the risk of complications. Different drugs are still in trial phase and some others have limited studies on larger population. Most of the study reports that involved newer drugs have limited patients or are from single centers which are very hard to apply to larger population. We will review general treatment approach in refractory Kawasaki disease.

Individuals’perceptions,attitudes,and patterns of getting along with family members are important factors influencing Chinese people’s *** aim of this study was to investigate the effect of family cohesion on depression and the role of perceived social support and intentional self-regulation in this association.A hypothesized model of the association of family cohesion,perceived social support,intentional self-regulation,and depression was examined.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 1,180 college students in Yunnan Province using *** were collected using the Family Cohesion Scale,the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Intentional Self-Regulation Scale,and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression *** findings revealed low to moderate correlation between the variables *** students’family cohesion was a negative predictor of their *** association was also mediated by the knock-on effect of perceived social support and intentional *** findings show how family cohesion affects college students’depressive ***,these results help demonstrate the importance of family cohesion,perceived social support,and intentional self-regulation in optimizing students’depression,which in turn can promote better psychological states.
