北极地区以前处于全球政治的边缘,但由于其关键的战略位置和强大的经济,军事战略和中转潜力,于是现在处于国际主导国家主要被关注的主题之一。很长一段时间,几乎不可能在工业上发展北极地区。然而,迅速的全球变暖为远北地区的探索创造了新的机会,并引发了"北极热",这加剧了主要大国对这个地区的的主导地位的主张。因此,本文的主要目标是全面分析北极在现代地缘政治中的作用以及中华人民共和国和美国外交政策。以前的研究表明,巨大的自然财富,潜在的巨大能源储备以及中转能力使控制环极地带成为现代世界许多国家的地缘政治优先事项。为了加强在区域和全球的地位,有效地适应新的国际挑战,充分实现其国家利益,北极国家和与北极没有直接地理联系的国家开始形成自己的北极战略,加入所谓的"北极棋局"。这项研究根据大量的原著进行的,包括各种研究、情报分析中心报告、各种国际文章和科学和参考文献的参与,使我们能够在现代全球进程和现象的背景下系统地审查中国和美国的战略以及关于北极的国家政策的外国因素。因此,在比较分析的帮助下,调查了北极问题的国际层面,并考虑了两个区域行为者的参与。目前的研究表明,中国在北极的政治目标是保护、发展和参与北极的管理,以保证符合各国和国际社会在北极的共同利益,促进北极地区的可持续发展。从结果可以得出结论,工作中考虑的外国战略实际上导致了中美两国存在一个重要的"机会之窗",并实现了世界各国在北极问题上的互利合作。由于美国和中国在北极的活动和存在将在不久的将来继续稳步增长,因此两国外交政策活动的北极向量只会加剧。

Wired drill pipe（WDP）technology is one of the most promising data acquisition technologies in today s oil and gas *** the first time it allows sensors to be positioned along the drill string which enables collecting and transmitting valuable data not only from the bottom hole assembly（BHA）,but also along the entire length of the wellbore to the drill *** technology has received industry acceptance as a viable alternative to the typical logging while drilling（LWD）*** more and more WDP applications can be found in the challenging drilling environments around the world,leading to many innovations to the *** most of the data acquired from WDP can be noisy and in some circumstances of very poor *** factors contribute to the poor data *** common sources include mis-calibrated sensors,sensor drifting,errors during data transmission,or some abnormal conditions in the well,*** challenge of improving the data quality has attracted more and more focus from many researchers during the past *** paper has proposed a promising solution to address such challenge by making corrections of the raw WDP data and estimating unmeasurable parameters to reveal downhole *** advanced data processing method,data validation and reconciliation（DVR）has been employed,which makes use of the redundant data from multiple WDP sensors to filter/remove the noise from the measurements and ensures the coherence of all sensors and *** it has the ability to distinguish the accurate measurements from the inaccurate *** addition,the data with improved quality can be used for estimating some crucial parameters in the drilling process which are unmeasurable in the first place,hence provide better model calibrations for integrated well planning and realtime operations.

Introduction: Leadership style is a way, a system of methods of influence of the leader on subordinates. This is one of the most important factors of the effective work of the institution, the full realization of the potential capabilities of people in the team. Leadership style, as an individual way of carrying out management activities, is mostly associated with the person of the manager. The management style is formed under the influence of the relationship between the manager and the team in the process of making and implementing management decisions, individual characteristics and preferences of the manager. The objective of the study was conflicts in the field of healthcare in the system “medical personnel of a healthcare institution—patients and relatives of patients”. The objective of the study was to determine management styles in conflict situations among medical workers. Materials and Methods: With the help of a direct individual survey, according to an anonymous questionnaire developed by us, the opinion of 582 medical workers (422 doctors and 160 nurses) of general hospitals and primary care centers of Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi region regarding the ceilings of behavior in conflict situations was studied. Results: In a conflict situation, the leading form of behavior for medics, both doctors and medical personnel, is the subordinate type (29.6% and 38.1%, respectively). The second most frequent method of conflict resolution is an authoritarian strategy (20.6% for doctors and 15% for nurses), in which personal aspirations and the achievement of one’s own goals come to the fore. Dependent style (17.8% for doctors and 13.75% for nurses) ranks third. A selfish style of behavior in a conflict situation is characteristic of 13.7% of doctors and 13.1% of nurses. A friendly style of behavior during the resolution of conflict situations is characteristic of medical workers at a rather low level (12.3% for doctors and 12.5% for nurses). 无论在口语中还是在书面中,插入语的使用频率都比较高。它们通常表达说话者的个人观点,连接句子的各个部分,使语言更合乎逻辑及自然,增添情感色彩。本文通过对汉语和乌克兰语的分析和比较来说明这两种语言中“插入语”的区别和共同特征,而且在比较研究的过程中说明语言的三个方面:句法方面,语义方面和语用方面。并通过访谈调查乌克兰学生习得汉语插入语的错误表现,概括错误类型,分析错误原因,在此基础上提出教学建议。第一章为绪论,第二章到第四章是本文主体部分。从第二章开始,笔者通过乌克兰语和汉语的语料库来收集最常用的插入语,这样可以发现两种语言中的插入语最多包括几个音节或词。本章不仅分析和比较汉语和乌克兰语插入语的形式和结构的变化,它们的共同和不同的特性,而且还分析和比较这两种语言中常用插入语的形式和句法结构类型,以及这两种语言中插入语的词性构成。第三章从语义和语用方面描述和比较两种语言插入语的语义语用功能,说明汉语和乌克兰语插入语存在语义、语用层面的共性和差异。首先分析和比较了两种语言插入语的语义类型以及它们的使用频率和比例,然后分析了插入语在话轮转换中和话语结尾时的语用功能和插入语的修辞功能。差异主要体现在各种语义类型和它们的使用情况中。第四章主要是通过访谈调查乌克兰学生习得汉语插入语的错误表现,概括错误类型,分析错误原因,在此基础上提出教学建议。本论文的访谈包括11个不同的问题,所有问题都事先经过深思熟虑,以确定受访者对该题的认识水平和难点,例如:汉语水平鉴定;从乌克兰语翻译成中文并从中文翻译成乌克兰语;确定受访者对此主题的个人态度和兴趣;受访者在何处以及如何研究该题;翻译时母语是否会影响回答等等。一共有10名汉语学习者参加了面试,都是有目的地学习中文的学生们,大多数人的汉语水平相当高。笔者发现他们犯的错误比较多,犯错误的原因主要是母语的影响以及对该题的研究不够重视。最后一章是结论,阐述本文的主要结论、创新点和不足之处。

社会创业是一种有影响社会发展的创业,包括以下主要特点:社会影响,针对既有的社会问题提出解决或者减轻的方法,以取得可持续的积极社会成果。社会企业通过采用新的、独特的方法来创新,以增加社会影响。自给自足和财政稳定的社会企业在必要时解决社会问题,并以为了达到社会目标牺牲自己的收入。可见,尽管乌克兰政府表示支持社会企业的发展,但是无论是在政府提出的政策范围内还是在法律界定,社会企业的定义均不清晰。自2016年乌克兰政府实施《中小企业发展战略》以来,经济部未采取任何正式行动促进社会企业的发展。目前,乌克兰“社会企业”的概念尚未形成定论,相关的研究数量也十分有限。因此,研究乌克兰社会企业现状发展及问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。此论文将聚焦于乌克兰社会企业发展现状及问题研究,乌克兰社会企业法律机制,尝试探究和回答以下问题:乌克兰社会企业的特征是什么?论文主要以志愿失灵论和资源依赖理论等理论为依托,梳理了“社会企业”的概念,阐释了社会企业的相关理论,并运用案例分析、研究乌克兰社会企业特征,发展现状及问题。研究发现,乌克兰社会企业目前面临的突出问题有:国家对“社会企业”的认识不足,对社会企业的政策支持不够;法律保护缺位,立法支持不足;社会认知和支持力度不够。此外,乌克兰国内获得资金和进入市场的机会很少,乌克兰社会企业数据库基本上不存在,相关的报告被外国非政府组织非提供的并且特别有限。由于疫情尚未完全结束,本文主要通过网络获取相关的文件,报告进行调研。在缺少材料情况下,希望将来有回乌克兰的机会进行实地调研并对乌克兰社会企业发展现状及问题加深了解。

一带一路是中国政府为了加强全球国际贸易的一项新政策。在一带一路政策中,为了加强与各国的商业贸易合作,建立国际企业孵化器是一项有效措施。目前,有许多关于一带一路政策的战略性意义的研究。但是,关于怎样在具体的一带一路项目中实现这些贸易策略的研究较少。本文探讨了项目管理理论在一带一路国际贸易中的应用。首先,本文建立了长沙国际企业孵化器中的食品进口项目,提出并研究了该项目管理中所涉及的四个关键部分:一带一路在国际贸易中的重要性、中国企业孵化器模式、项目管理工具和项目管理软件。本文通过采用项目管理工具即工作分解结构(WBS)、职责矩阵、甘特图、网络图和关键路径法决定了食品进口项目中的项目范畴,对项目中的所有任务进行了排序和跟踪。研究发现通过项目管理,整个项目的项目周期比预估缩短了 30天。研究还表明项目标识和识别技术能进一步应用到其他国际贸易项目管理中去。本文工作对一带一路项目的具体实施有重要意义,为对国际贸易项目管理感兴趣的研究者提供理论和实际指导。鉴于在该项目管理中所遇到的挑战,本文研究发现在企业孵化器中建立文化商业咨询平台将有利于国际贸易项目的实施。
