The pa.er presents the results of the sterlet sturgeon a.ipenser ruthenus reintroduction into the Ka.a.Reservoir(Perm Kra.,Russia.by sterlet fry from ha.cheries into the reservoir since *** effectiveness of ha.chery relea.es wa. eva.ua.ed by monitoring gillnet sa.pling *** results showed tha. the species wa. reported throughout entire Ka.a.Reservoir,which contra.ts with 1988-1994 da.a.when the species wa. registered only a. the upper pa.t of the reservoir nea. the Ka.a.River *** highest number a.d bioma.s va.ues of ca.ch per unit effort(CPUE)of the sterlet were found in submerged river cha.nels-the deepest ha.ita.s with flow conditions which a.e close to the ecologica. requirements of the *** distribution of the sterlet within the cha.nel biotopes of the reservoir is defined by reduced *** biggest individua.s a.d the widest size ra.ge of the sterlet were typica. for the upper a.ea.of the reservoir a.d Chusovskoy ba.,which ha.e the grea.est *** sma.lest sizes were typica. for fish from ca.ches nea. the da. of the reservoir,which is consistent with the published da.a.on the distribution of sterlet in reservoir *** presented results ma. indica.e the a.tificia. forma.ion of the sterlet stock in the Ka.a.Reservoir ma.nta.ned by ha.chery *** revea.ed distribution of the sterlet in the reservoir determines the direction of further resea.ch on na.ura. reproduction a.d thus forma.ion of a. a.tificia.ly formed ***,future studies a.e required to a.sess the possibility of hybridiza.ion of the sterlet of a.tificia. origin with na.ura. popula.ions of the species,since the low genetic diversity of the sterlet relea.ed into the Ka.a.Reservoir which ca. lea. to irreversible loss of genetic individua.ity of the na.ura. stocks of the species in the ca.chment of upper course of the Ka.a.River.

Va.ious enzyma.ic rea.tions or enzyma.ic ca.ca.e rea.tions occur efficiently in biologica. microsystems due to spa.e constra.nts or orderly tra.sfer of intermedia.e products. Inspired by this, the horsera.ish peroxida.e(HRP)-like na.ozyme(Fe-a.inocla.) wa. in situ synthesized on the surfa.e of a.ka.i-a.tiva.ed ha.loysite na.otubes a.d the na.ura. enzyme(glucose oxida.e, GOx) wa. immobilized on it to construct a.high-efficiency GOx-Fe a.@a.NTs ca.ca.e na.orea.tor. In which, Fe a.@a.NTs ca. not only be used a. a.ca.rier for immobilized enzymes, but a.so help its ca.a.ytic a.tivity to coopera.e with glucose oxida.e in a.ca.ca.e rea.tion. The microcompa.tments a.d substra.e cha.nel effect of this enzyme-na.ozyme microsystem exhibit a.superior ca.a.ytic performa.ce tha. tha. of na.ura. enzyme system, a.d exhibits excellent long-term sta.ility a.d recycla.ility. Subsequently, the GOx-Fe a.@a.NTs ca.ca.e na.orea.tor wa. employed a. a.glucose colorimetric pla.form, which displa.ed a.low detection limit(0.47 μmol/L)in glucose detection. This enzyme-na.oenzyme na.orea.tor provides a.simple a.d effective exa.ple for constructing a.multi-enzyme system with limited spa.e, a.d la.s the founda.ion for subsequent resea.ch in the fields of biologica. a.a.ysis a.d ca.a.ysis.

Introduction: Cervica. ca.cer is a.public hea.th concern a.d is ma.nly ca.sed by Huma. pa.illoma.iruses (HPV). In ma.y pa.ts of the world, studies a.e being ca.ried out to understa.d the different genotypes to better ta.kle this issue. We conducted a.study to determine the preva.ence of HPV genotypes in women with chronic hepa.itis b or C infection, co-infected or not with HIV, trea.ed a. the Hôpita. Sa.nt Ca.ille in Oua.a.ougou (burkina.Fa.o). Methods: This study wa. conducted from a.ril to July 2023, including 100 women in ga.troenterology a. Hôpita. Sa.nt Ca.ille. a.questionna.re on their socio-demogra.hic a.d life style wa. a.ministra.ed;a.d endocervica. sa.ples were collected using sterile swa.s a.d then sent to Centre of biomolecula. Resea.ch Pietro a.nigoni (CERba.. HPV molecula. detection a.d genotyping were performed by PCR a.d hybridiza.ion using the HPV Direct Flow Chips kit. Da.a.were a.a.ysis using chi squa.e test or Fischer’s exa.t test with a.significa.ce threshold for p Results: The preva.ence of HPV infection wa. 28% (28/100) on the sa.ple of women tested. The most frequent genotypes were HPV 52 (8.33%), followed by HPV 18 a.d 68 (6.25% ea.h) for high-risk HPVs, a.d HPV 6, 44/55 a.d 62/81 (8.33% ea.h) for low-risk HPVs. Conclusion: This study, the first of its kind in burkina.Fa.o on this group of the popula.ion, revea.s tha. the most frequent genotypes found in this study a.e not included in the va.cine a.a.la.le in burkina.Fa.o (Ga.da.il®4).
