Neonatal stroke is similar to the stroke that occurs in adults and produces a significant morbidity and long-term neurologic and cognitive *** are important differences in the factors,clinical events and outcomes associated with the stroke in infants and ***,mechanisms underlying age differences in the stroke development remain largely ***,treatment guidelines for neonatal stroke must extrapolate from the adult data that is often not suitable for *** new information about differences between neonatal and adult stroke is essential for identification of significant areas for future treatment and effective prevention of neonatal ***,we studied the development of stress-induced hemorrhagic stroke and possible mechanisms underlying these processes in newborn and adult *** histological methods and magnetic resonance imaging,we found age differences in the type of intracranial *** rats demonstrated small superficial bleedings in the cortex while adult rats had more severe deep bleedings in the *** Doppler optical coherent tomography,we found higher stress-reactivity of the sagittal sinus to deleterious effects of stress in newborn *** rats suggesting that the cerebral veins are more vulnerable to negative stress factors in neonatal *** brain in ***,adult but not newborn rats demonstrated the stroke-induced breakdown of blood brain barrier(BBB)*** one of possible mechanisms underlying the higher resistance to stress-related stroke injures of cerebral vessels in newborn rats compared with adult animals is the greater expression of two main tight junction proteins of BBB(occludin and claudin-5)in neonatal *** brain in rats.

Background:New research suggests that the composition(mix)of movement behaviors within a 24-h period may have important implications for health across the *** with this integrated movement behavior paradigm,a number of countries across the world have developed and released 24-h movement guidelines for specific age *** purpose of this systematic review was to examine the associations between the 24-h time-use composition of movement behaviors,or adherence to 24-h movement guidelines,and multiple health indicators across the ***:Five online databases(PsycINFO,PubMed,sPORTDiscus,Web of science,and Ovid MEDLINE)were searched for relevant peer-reviewed studies published between January 2015 and January 2020 that met the a priori inclusion criteria,with no study design *** methodological quality of research evidence for each individual study and for each health indicator was assessed by using a modified version of the Downs and Black ***:A total of 51 studies from 20 different countries met the inclusion criteria.A total of 31 studies examined adherence(meeting *** meeting)to 24-h movement guidelines,and 20 studies used compositional analyses to explore the 24-h time-use composition of movement *** indicated that meeting the 24-h movement guidelines were(1)not associated with adiposity among toddlers,(2)favorably associated with health-related quality of life,social-cognitive development,and behavioral and emotional problems among preschoolers,(3)favorably associated with global cognition,health-related quality of life,and healthy dietary patterns in children,and(4)favorably associated with adiposity,fitness,and cardiometabolic,mental,social,and emotional health among children and *** associations were also found between the composition of 24-h movement behaviors and indicators of(1)adiposity and bone and skeletal health among preschoolers,(2)health-related quality of life among child

A geometric setting for generally nonconservative mechanical systems on fibred manifolds is proposed. Emphasis is put on an explicit formulation of nonholonomic mechanics when an unconstrained Lagrangian system moves in a generally non-potential force field depending on time, positions and velocities, and the constraints are nonholonomic, not necessarily linear in velocities. Equations of motion, and the corresponding Harniltonian equations in intrinsic form are given. Regularity conditions are found and a nonholonomic Legendre transformation is proposed, leading to a canonical form of the nonholonomic Hamiltonian equations for nonconservative systems.

Paleoclimate study of Mountain Ecosystems by Multiple Group Biological Analysis

Methodological problems of climatic reconstruction for different periods of Holocene are discussed on the basis of a multiple group biological analysis on peat-sapropel sediments. The possibility of biological analysis is exemplified by the paleoclimatic reconstruction for Carpathian and Altai Mountain ranges. For the ＂skolevsky Beskidy＂ national park of Carpaty the paleoclimatic scenarios have been drown up aiming at the more precise definition of climatic conditions for the period of mass mountain slope terracing. The stability of terrace systems of various designs in the current climatic conditions has been assessed. It is shown that during periods of humid climate the terraces, whose designs have been focused on drainage, were built. In periods of dry and warm climate the terrace systems capable of accumulating water were built. Both these types of terrace systems are destroyed in nowadays. Only those terrace systems are stable which were adjusted by their builders to contrast variations of precipitation. For Western Altais the paleoclimatic scenario has been done to forecast the safety of the Bronze Age kurgans （burial earth mounds） with permafrost inside the construction. In the Altay region during the Holocene it has revealed two periods of sharp cooling, the peaks of which occurred in the intervals 4500- 4300 and 2500-2300 years pronounced climatic drying ago, and two periods of 4900-4700 and 130-70 years ago. Depletion of the algae composition in the layer corresponding to the last period of drying climate indicates a very sharp change in the parameters of moisture and turning the lake into a dry swamp. Periods of cold weather may have contributed to the formation of special ritual traditions of the sakan tribes that require the frozen ground to bury the dead. The later climate fluctuations identified have not affected the safety of permafrost in burial mounds constructed in the V-III cc BC.

Laser speckle contrast imaging （LsCI） is a powerful tool for blood flow mapping. In this paper, we described a simple algorithm based on histogram analysis of laser speckle contrast image to provide rapid differentiation between macro- and microcirculations. The algorithm was successfully verified by the study of blood flow in rat cortex under functional activation.

Ores of infiltration sandstone-hosted uranium deposits in the sedimentary cover are ubiquitous composed of dispersed soot powder mineralization of black,brownish-black *** studies of such loose U-ores by analytical transmission electron microscopy(ATEM)proved their polymineral *** blacks are composed by at least three different U-mineral forms:oxide(uraninite),silicate(coffinite)and phosphate(ningyoite)which are present in various proportions of ore *** high dispersed friable uranium formations are difficult to diagnose by traditional mineralogical methods(optical,XRD,IR and X-ray spectroscopy,etc.)which analyze total sample composition(phases mixture);their results characterize the dominant sample phase,omitting both sharply subordinate and X-ray amorphous *** research results are based on ATEM methods(sAED+EDs),which are optimal for crystallochemical diagnostics in the mineralogical study of such uranium *** article presents the diagnostic characteristics under electron microscope(EM)of uranous minerals from different sandstone deposits with their origin being discussed.

Using the Global Network of Isotopes in Precipitation(GNIP)method at three stations in the Cis-Ural region(Iskor,Perm,and Kungur),the monitoring results of the isotope composition of atmospheric precipitation conducted in 2016-2019 are *** lines of meteoric waters were obtained for each station and for the Cis-Ural region as a *** latitudinal zoning of changes in isotope parameters from north to south in the Cis-Ural region is noted,which is related to meteorological *** northern regions are characterized by isotopically light values compared to the southern ***,the correlation relationship between the isotopic compositions of atmospheric precipitation and meteorological parameters at each station is *** analysis data show that about 50%-90%of variations in the isotopic composition of precipitation within the annual cycle are determined by the air *** the same time,the amount of precipitation shows a relationship between the average strength and the isotopic composition of precipitation for a series of observations at Kungur station;for a series of observations at Iskor and Perm stations,there is no *** in the relationship with meteorological data are explained by different sources of moisture introduction to the station and,accordingly,the formation of the isotopic composition of *** flow of moisture is controlled by the transfer of air masses in different directions,the formation of cyclones and ***,for the northern part of the region during the year is characterized by the predominance of cyclones,whereas for the southern-anticyclones.

We introduce adaptive moving mesh central-upwind schemes for one-and two-dimensional hyperbolic systems of conservation and balance *** proposed methods consist of three ***,the solution is evolved by solving the studied system by the second-order semi-discrete central-upwind scheme on either the one-dimensional nonuniform grid or the two-dimensional structured quadrilateral *** the evolution step is complete,the grid points are redistributed according to the moving mesh differential ***,the evolved solution is projected onto the new mesh in a conservative *** resulting adaptive moving mesh methods are applied to the one-and two-dimensional Euler equations of gas dynamics and granular hydrodynamics *** numerical results demonstrate that in both cases,the adaptive moving mesh central-upwind schemes outperform their uniform mesh counterparts.

Balanced sphingolipid signaling is important for the maintenance of homeostasis. sphingolipids were demonstrated to function as structural components, second messengers, and regulators of cell growth and survival in normal and disease-affected tissues. Particularly, sphingosine kinase 1 (sphK1) and its product sphingosine-1-phosphate (s1P) operate as mediators and facilitators of proliferation-linked signaling. Unlimited proliferation (selfrenewal) within the regulated environment is a hallmark of progenitor/stem cells that was recently associated with the s1P signaling network in vasculature, nervous,muscular, and immune systems. s1P was shown to regulate progenitor-related characteristics in normal and cancerstemcells(CsCs) viaG-protein coupled receptorss1Pn(n=1 to 5). The sphK/s1P axis is crucially involved in the regulation of embryonic development of vasculature and the nervous system, hematopoietic stem cell migration, regeneration of skeletal muscle, and development of multiple sclerosis. The ratio of the s1P receptor expression, localization, and specific s1P receptoractivated downstream effectors influenced the rate of selfrenewal and should be further explored as regeneration related targets. Considering malignant transformation,it is essential to control the level of self-renewal *** of the progenitor cell should be synchronized with differentiation to provide healthy lifelong function of blood, immune systems, and replacement of damaged ordead cells. The differentiation-related role of sphK/s1P remains poorly assessed. A few pioneering investigations exploredpharmacologicaltoolsthattargetsphingolipid signaling and can potentially confine and direct self-renewal towards normal differentiation. Further investigation is required to test the role of the sphK/s1P axis in regulation of self-renewal and differentiation.
