腐植酸包膜尿素减少土壤氮素损失的研究

通过室内模型试验，以普通尿素（U）、腐植酸包膜尿素（U-HA）和脲酶抑制剂N-（正丁基）硫磷三酰胺处理尿素（U-UI）为研究对象，研究了3种尿素肥料对土壤氮素转化过程的影响。更正研究了尿素肥料对土壤化学（水浸提N-NH4和N-NO3含量）和微生物特性（N2O实际和潜在排放速率、基础呼吸和底物诱导的呼吸、微生物生物量碳、乙烯排放速率）的影响，旨在验证：（i）腐植酸包膜尿素是否具有减少土壤氮素损失的能力；（ii）与合成脲酶抑制剂相比，它是如何影响土壤生物活性的。结果表明，U-HA在减少土壤氮素损失方面具有与U相当的优势，使土壤N-NH4含量增加了35%，硝酸盐含量减少了9%，N2O排放减少了50%。U-HA使土壤基础呼吸提高了10%，土壤微生物群落比活性提高了7%，提供了最高的代谢熵qCO2。与U-UI相比，U-HA主要表现为介于U-UI和U之间的效果。考虑到腐植酸原料成本低，U-HA可以被认为是减少土壤氮素损失的有前景的工具。

Methodolog.cal problems of climatic reconstruction for different periods of Holocene are discussed on the basis of a multiple g.oup biolog.cal analysis on peat-sapropel sediments. The possibility of biolog.cal analysis is exemplified by the paleoclimatic reconstruction for Carpathian and Altai Mountain rang.s. For the ＂Skolevsky Beskidy＂ national park of Carpaty the paleoclimatic scenarios have been drown up aiming.at the more precise definition of climatic conditions for the period of mass mountain slope terracing. The stability of terrace systems of various desig.s in the current climatic conditions has been assessed. It is shown that during.periods of humid climate the terraces, whose desig.s have been focused on drainag., were built. In periods of dry and warm climate the terrace systems capable of accumulating.water were built. Both these types of terrace systems are destroyed in nowadays. Only those terrace systems are stable which were adjusted by their builders to contrast variations of precipitation. For Western Altais the paleoclimatic scenario has been done to forecast the safety of the Bronze Ag. kurg.ns （burial earth mounds） with permafrost inside the construction. In the Altay reg.on during.the Holocene it has revealed two periods of sharp cooling. the peaks of which occurred in the intervals 4500- 4300 and 2500-2300 years pronounced climatic drying.ag., and two periods of 4900-4700 and 130-70 years ag.. Depletion of the alg.e composition in the layer corresponding.to the last period of drying.climate indicates a very sharp chang. in the parameters of moisture and turning.the lake into a dry swamp. Periods of cold weather may have contributed to the formation of special ritual traditions of the Sakan tribes that require the frozen g.ound to bury the dead. The later climate fluctuations identified have not affected the safety of permafrost in burial mounds constructed in the V-III cc BC.

A g.ometric setting.for g.nerally nonconservative mechanical systems on fibred manifolds is proposed. Emphasis is put on an explicit formulation of nonholonomic mechanics when an unconstrained Lag.ang.an system moves in a g.nerally non-potential force field depending.on time, positions and velocities, and the constraints are nonholonomic, not necessarily linear in velocities. Equations of motion, and the corresponding.Harniltonian equations in intrinsic form are g.ven. Reg.larity conditions are found and a nonholonomic Leg.ndre transformation is proposed, leading.to a canonical form of the nonholonomic Hamiltonian equations for nonconservative systems.

Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in developing.countries. In recent years, natural plant-based compounds have been used in the search for drug. to combat numerous diseases, including.cancer. In this study, we evaluate the cytotoxic properties of paanfo tiben 1 and paanfo tiben 2, two traditional herbal formulations from Burkina Faso used in the treatment of cancer in Burkina Faso. To this end, the recipes were infused and freeze-dried. The dry extracts obtained were used to determine total phenolics and flavonoids content, assess antioxidant activity using.the DPPH, ABTS and FRAP methods, evaluate anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting.15-LOX, COX 1 and 2, and assess cytotoxic activity on HeLa cervical cancer and HePg. liver cancer cell lines using.the MTT test. The paanfo tiben 1 recipe showed the hig.est levels of total phenolics and flavonoids, as well as the best antioxidant activities, with IC50 values of 21.020 ± 0.6 µg.ml and 22.94 ± 0.57 µg.ml for DPPH and ABTS, and 165.15 mM EAA/mg.dry extract for FRAP. It also exhibited the best cytotoxic activity with IC50 values of 112.02 ± 0.025 µg.ml on HeLa cells and 80.67 ± 6.08 µg.ml on Hepg. cells. On the other hand, paanfo tiben 2 exhibited the best anti-inflammatory activities throug. inhibition of 15-LOX and COX 1, with inhibition percentag.s at 100 µg.ml of 32.523% and 24.717 % respectively. These results could justify the traditional use of these two recipes by traditional health practitioners in the treatment of cancer sufferers in Burkina Faso.

This paper introduces a technique for searching.for brig.t massive stars in g.laxies beyond the Local *** search for massive stars,we processed the results of stellar photometry from the Hubble Space Telescope(HST)imag.s using.the DAOPHOT and DOLPHOT *** results of such searches are demonstrated with examples of the g.laxies DDO 68,M94 and Ng. *** the g.laxy DDO 68,the LBV star chang.s its brig.tness,and massive stars in M94 can be identified by excess in the Ha *** the g.laxy Ng. 1672,we measure the distance for the first time by the TRg. method,which enabled determining.the luminosities of the brig.test stars,likely hyperg.ants,in the young.star formation *** far,we have performed stellar photometry on HST imag.s of 320 northern sky g.laxies located at a distance less than 12 *** allowed us to identify 53 g.laxies with probable *** photometric and spectral observations of these g.laxies are planned to search for massive stars.

The g.neration temperatures of g.s-water fluids released from mud volcanoes in different provinces of the Caucasian reg.on have been constrained using.Mg.Li(T_(Mg.Li))chemical *** volcanic fluids in the Taman Peninsula(Kerch-Taman mud volcanic province)were g.nerated at temperatures(T_(Mg.Li))from 41℃ to 137℃.The depths of the respective mud reservoirs estimated from T_(Mg.Li) values and local g.othermal g.adient are in a rang. of 1.0 to 3.4 km which spans the Maykop Formation of marine *** the South Caspian province,the T_(Mg.Li) values of waters vary from 18℃ to 137℃ and the respective root depths HMg.Li of mud volcanoes rang. from∼0.85 to 6.5 *** obtained T_(Mg.Li) values for the analyzed mud volcanic waters from Caucasian provinces are in positive correlation with HCO3^(−)contents and water oxyg.n isotope compositions(δ^(18)OH_(2)O andΔδ^(18)OH_(2)O)and in hig. neg.tive correlation with Cl^(−).The increase of T_(Mg.Li) toward the g.eater Caucasus Rang.,as well as the lateral T_(Mg.Li) patterns in the Taman and South Caspian mud volcanic provinces,support the idea that mud volcanic fluids g.nerate at temperatures increasing.prog.essively toward the Alpine orog.nic belt.
