Growth dynami. of bacteri.l populati.n after i.fluence of magneti. fi.ld and cryoacti.n has been studi.d. i. vi.ro experi.ents were performed on Baci.lus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, and Lactobaci.lus delbruecki. cultures. The most si.ni.i.ant result was obtai.ed i. experi.ents wi.h Baci.lus cereus. When appli.d separately, cryoacti.n and alternati.g magneti. fi.ld were not able to ki.l thi. mi.roorgani.m, whereas combi.ed acti.n of these factors led to the complete devi.ali.ati.n of bacteri.l culture.

Magneti. i.fluence: i. has been shown that nei.her alternati.g magneti. fi.ld (MF) (i.ducti.n 30 mT) nor constant MF (i.ducti.n 52 mT) appli.d separately from deep freezi.g have not i.duced any changes i. further growth of bothStaphylococcus aureus(202) andStaphylococcus aureus(wi.d) cultures. Combi.ed acti.n:Deep freezi.g (up to -45℃) achi.ved wi.hi. 70 sec compared wi.h the acti.n of constant MF si.ni.i.antly sti.ulated (P i.ed i.fluence of cryoacti.n and alternati.g MF had no substanti.l effect on growth.
