In this paper the following information interpretation of uncertainty relation is proposed: if one bit of information was extracted from the system as a result of the measurement process, then the measurement itself adds an additional uncertainty (chaos) into the system equaled to one bit. This formulation is developed by calculating of the Shannon information entropy for the classical N-slit interference experiment. This approach allows looking differently at several quantum phenomena. Particularly, the information interpretation is used for explanation of entangled photons diffraction picture compression.

The work describes the properties of soluble organic silicates and their applications to obtain nanocomposite materials. We analyzed the properties of the water-soluble high-modulus silicate systems and their technology for producing. The aim of this paper is the comparison properties of binders based on liquid glass containing strong organic bases silicates. We have shown how these systems are transformed from lower to higher oligomers through the formation of the silica sol and the implementation of the sol-gel process for these oligomers. We have conducted advanced research of various aspects of the use of these materials as the binder. Advantages of strong organic bases silicates in the preparation of heat resistant, nanocomposite materials are shown. Ways to obtaining quaternary ammonium silicates and their use to produce nanocomposites are proposed. Products obtained in this way can be used as a binder in the preparation of nanostruetured composite materials, water-based paints, coatings, etc. Modifiers have been proposed for making of hybrid nanostructured composite materials by a sol-gel process. There have been shown of structuring phenomena some aspects, synthesis and application of hybrid materials based on silica with grafted polymers. It has been shown, the possibility of modifying compositions using the nanostructuring agents such as tetrafurfuryloxysilane. This paper also describes methods for the synthesis of products for modifying a sol-gel process using organic soluble silicates. We are displaying their use for the production of new nanocomposite materials and coatings for protection against various external factors.

In this article, based on the analysis of the current environmental situation in Russia and other countries, as well as of the problem of recycling plastic waste in the Russian Federation （RF）, the authors clearly show the effectiveness of investments in the processing of polymer debris on the example of polyethylene terephthalate （PET） waste （granulates, flakes）. In the frame of case study of social and environmental investment project on creating enterprise that will engage in collection, recycling, and sale of the consumer PET packaging in Russia, the authors demonstrate the economic feasibility of the creation of such kind of enterprises taking into account market conditions and the features of the existing system of taxation in Russia. The realization of the project will also help in solving environmental and social problems of large cities, in particular, will create more jobs （in terms of 6% of unemployment rate in the country）. The study also identifies the main obstacles in the way of waste recycling in Russia, and the recommendations for improvement of normative base of the industry are given.

Experimental and theoretical studies of the mechanisms of vibration stimulation of oil recovery in watered fields lead to the conclusion that resonance oscillations develop in fractured-block formations. These oscillations, caused by weak but long-lasting and frequency-stable influences, create the conditions for ultrasonic wave’s generation in the layers, which are capable of destroying thickened oil membranes in reservoir cracks. For fractured-porous reservoirs in the process of exploitation by the method of water high-pressure oil displacement, the possibility of intensifying ultrasonic vibrations can have an important technological significance. Even a very weak ultrasound can destroy, over a long period of time, the viscous oil membranes formed in the cracks between the blocks, which can be the reason for lowering the permeability of the layers and increasing the oil recovery. To describe these effects, it is necessary to consider the wave process in a hierarchically blocky environment and theoretically simulate the mechanism of the appearance of self-oscillations under the action of relaxation shear stresses. For the analysis of seism acoustic response in time on fixed intervals along the borehole an algorithm of phase diagrams of the state of many-phase medium is suggested.

The tendencies of the contemporary communication systems development are characterized by the increasingly stringent requirements for maximum channel utilization. Considering discrete communication systems in channels with intersymbol interference identification with the use of training signal is the key technology to create various types of equalizers. However, the time (from 20% to 50%) spent on training signal is increasingly attractive resource for upgrading standards TDMA, especially in mobile systems. An alternative method to training signal is blind signal processing.

A theoretical model of chemical and vibrational kinetics of hydrogen oxidation is suggested based on the consistent account for the vibrational nonequilibrium of HO2 radical which forms in result of bimolecular recombination H + O2 = HO2 in the vibrationally excited state. The chain branching H + O2 = O + OH and inhibiting H + O2 + M = HO2 + M formal reactions are considered (in the terms of elementary processes) as a general multi-channel process of forming, intramolecular energy redistribution between modes, relaxation, and monomolecular decay of the comparatively long-lived vibrationally excited HO2 radical which is capable to react and exchange of energy with another components of the mixture. The model takes into account the vibrational nonequilibrium for the starting (primary) H2 and O2 molecules, as well as the most important molecular intermediates HO2, OH, O2(1D), and the main reaction product H2O. The calculated results are compared with the shock tube experimental data for strongly diluted H2-O2 mixtures at 1000 T p < 4 atm. It is demonstrated that this approach is promising from the standpoint of reconciling the predictions of the theoretical model with experimental data obtained by different authors for various compositions and conditions using different methods. It is shown that the hydrogen-oxygen reaction proceeds in absence of vibrational equilibrium, and the vibrationally excited HO2 radical acts as a key intermediate in the principally important chain branching process. For T < 1500 K, the nature of hydrogen-oxygen reaction is especially nonequilibrium, and the vibrational nonequilibrium of HO2 radical is the essence of this process.

Abstract Problem statement. Self-organization is not a universal property of matter, it exists under certain internal and external conditions and this is not associated with a special class of substances. The study of the morphology and dynamics of migration of anomalous zones associated with increased stresses is of particular importance in the development of deep deposits, complicated by dynamic phenomena in the form of rock impacts. Applied method and design: An important tool for this study is geophysical exploration. To describe the geological environment in the form of an array of rocks with its natural and technogenic heterogeneity, one should use its more adequate description, which is a discrete model of the medium in the form of a piecewise heterogeneous block medium with embedded heterogeneities of a lower rank than the block size. This nesting can be traced several times, i.e. changing the scale of the study;we see that heterogeneities of a lower rank now appear in the form of blocks for heterogeneities of the next rank. A simple averaging of the measured geophysical parameters can lead to distorted ideas about the structure of the medium and its evolution. Typical results: We have analyzed the morphology of the structural features of disintegration zones before a strong dynamic phenomenon. The introduction of the proposed integrated passive and active geophysical monitoring into the mining system, aimed at studying the transient processes of the redistribution of stress-strain and phase states, can help prevent catastrophic dynamic manifestations during the development of deep-located deposits. Concluding note (Practical value/implications): Active geophysical monitoring methods should be tuned to a model of a hierarchical heterogeneous environment. The influence of the energy of femtosecond laser pulses on the intensity of Fe I （371.99 nm） emission line and the continuous spectrum of the plasma generated on the surface of Fe^3＋ water solution by a Ti： sapphire laser radiation with pulse duration 〈45 fs and energies up to 7 mJ is determined. A calibration curve was obtained for Fe3＋ concentration range from 0.5 g/L to the limit of detection in water solution, and its saturation was detected for concentrations above 0.25 g/L, which is ascribed to self-absorption. The 3σ- limit of detection obtained for Fe in water solution is 2.6 mg/L in the case of 7 mJ laser pulse energy. It is found that an increase of laser pulse energy insignificantly affects on LOD in the time-resolved LIBS and leads to a slight improvement of the limit of detection.

Problem statement: The method of non-destructive testing is needed in different aspects of geology, geomechanics and archeology, for instance: by testing the state of rock massifs in sault, kimberlites or rock shock mines, ancient archeological objects, or mapping for locating the wells drilling. The best method for solution these problems is based on using induction multi frequency electromagnetic field with use control sources on 3D planshet system of observation. Applied methods and design: Such method was developed at the Institute of Geophysics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences that allows its use to solve complex geological problems for mapping and monitoring the state of the environment. Its use allows the observation system to be used in such way that, on the one hand, it achieves flexible tunable detail of observations, and on the other hand, it organizes an input database that is close to the domain of definition of the inverse problem operator in the class of layered-block models with local hierarchical inclusions. This allows using regularization methods to obtain solutions that are in the class of equivalent, close to true. The specific possibilities of its use are determined by the technical side: the power of the excitation source, the sensitivity of the receiving system. Typical results: It had been developed a new method of mapping, processing and interpretation, realized in a set of programs that allow seeing the result of the searching structure of the environment in real time (that is after receiving some results during one day, we can see the results of the geoelectrical features of the structure and the state of that part of the environment). It had been suggested a three staged conception of interpretation that can be used not only for interpretation electromagnetic induction data and dynamic seismic data.
