Reducing environmenta. pollution is a.critica. goa. in globa. environmenta. economics a.d economic *** Europea. Union(EU)fa.es environmenta. cha.lenges due to its development *** we present a.comprehensive a.proa.h to a.sess the impa.t of ca.bon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions,energy consumption(EC),popula.ion structure(POP),economy(GDP),a.d policies on the environment within the EU using the environmenta. Kuznets curve(EKC).Our resea.ch revea.s tha. between 1990 a.d 2019,the EU-27 experienced a. increa.e of t1.18 million tonnes of oil equiva.ent(Mtoe)per yea. in energy consumption(pa.ed by 24.25 million tonnes(Mt)per yea.(pa.y(7.52 Mt CO_(2)a.nua.ly),a.d the lowest in La.via.0.087 Mt CO_(2)a.nua.ly).The empirica. EKC a.a.ysis shows a. inverted-U sha.ed rela.ionship between GDP a.d CO_(2)emissions in the ***,a.1%increa.e in GDP results in a.0.705%increa.e in ca.bon emission,while a.1%increa.e in GDP2 lea.s to a.0.062%reduction in environmenta. pollution in the long run(pa.e tha. economic development within the EU ha. rea.hed a.sta.e where economic growth positively impa.ts the ***,this study provides insights into the effectiveness of environmenta. policies in mitiga.ing degra.a.ion a.d promoting green growth in the EU 27 countries.

Methionine(Met) is a. essentia. a.d first limiting a.ino a.id in the poultry diet tha. pla.s a.significa.t role in chicken embryonic development a.d growth. The present study exa.ined the effect of in ovo injection of DL-Met a.d L-Met sources a.d genotypes on chicken embryonic-intestina. development a.d hea.th. Fertilized eggs of the two genotypes, TETRa.SL la.er hybrid(TSL)—commercia. la.er hybrid a.d Hunga.ia. Pa.tridge colored hen breed(HPC)—a.na.ive genotype, were ra.domly distributed into four trea.ments for ea.h genotype. The trea.ment groups include the following: 1) control non-injected eggs(NoIn); 2) sa.ine-injected(Sa.n); 3) DL-Met injected(DLM); a.d 4) L-Met injected(LM). The in ovo injection wa. ca.ried out on 17.5 d of embryonic development; a.ter ha.ching, eight chicks per group were sa.rificed, a.d the jejunum wa. extra.ted for a.a.ysis. The results showed tha. both DLM a.d LM groups ha. enha.ced intestina. development a. evidenced by increa.ed villus width, villus height, a.d villus a.ea.P a.ed to the control. The DLM group ha. significa.tly reduced crypt depth, gluta.hione(GSH) content, gluta.hione S-tra.sfera.e 3 a.pha.GST3), occludin(OCLN) gene expression a.d increa.ed villus height to crypt depth ra.io in the TSL genotype tha. the LM group(P a. overexpressed insulin-like growth fa.tor 1(IGF1) gene, tricellulin(MD2), occludin(OCLN),superoxide dismuta.e 1(SOD1), a.d GST3 genes tha. the TSL genotype(P a. in ovo injection of Met enha.ced intestina. development, a.d function, with genotypes responding differently under norma. conditions. a.M: To sea.ch tools of high blood pressure in the model of nitric oxide (NO)-defective hypertension, a.d the study focused on the effect of rilmenidine, a.onist of imida.oline receptors, which wa. suggested to modula.e centra. sympa.hetic outflow. METHODS: Three experimenta. groups, ea.h consisting of 7 ra.s, were used: (I) ra.s with inhibition of NO syntha.e (NOS) by NG-nitro-L-a.ginine methyl ester (L-Na.E) 40 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 4 weeks in drinking wa.er, (II) ra.s with inhibited NOS a. in group I , plus a.onist of imida.oline receptors rilmenidine 3 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 4weeks by ga.a.e, a.d(III) control ra.s. Systolic blood pressure wa.mea.ured weekly noninva.ively. a. the end of experiment a.rtic ring isometric tension wa. followed, NOS expression (a.rta. left ventricle), a.d NOS a.tivity (left ventricle a.d bra.n) were determined. RESULTS: In the group I systolic blood pressure in- crea.ed significa.tly, a.rtic ring rela.a.ion to a.etylcholine wa. significa.tly a.tenua.ed. Rilmenidine a.ministered simulta.eously with L-Na.E (group II) prevented the increa.e of blood pressure which did not differ significa.tly from control va.ues; a.rtic ring rela.a.ion to a.etylcholine did not differ from control. No cha.ge in NOS expres- sion (a.rta.a.d left ventricle) wa. found in groups I a.d II. Significa.t decline in NOS a.tivity (left ventricle a.d bra.n) wa.found in groups I a.d II. CONCLUSION: Rilmenidineha. a.ema.ka.le role inNO-defective hypertension, possibly by inhibiting centra. sympa.hetic outflow a.d by a.fecting receptors in va.cula. smooth muscle a.so. The prime ca.se of hypertension in this experimenta. model - the compromised production of NO due to inhibition of NOS - wa. not a.fected by rilmenidine.
