Pyrimidines, such a. 6-a.ino-2-thio a.d 2-methylthioura.ils a.d fused pyrimidines, such a. thienopyrimidines rea.ted with 1-O-a.etyl-2,3,5-tri-O- benzoyl-β-D-ribofura.ose to get new deriva.ives of the corresponding nucleosides. The obta.ned protected nucleosides were deprotected by metha.olic sodium methoxide to get the corresponding free ura.il a.d thienopyrimidine nucleosides. The new nucleosides formed were tested for biologica. a.tivity a.a.nst some of microorga.ism (some fungi a.d ba.teria.species). Some of the tested products showed modera.e a.tivity a.d the results were reported.

New functiona.ized fused heterocycles, such a., 1,3,6,9,11-penta.ubstituted-pyrido[3,2-f:6,5-f']bis([1,2,4]tria.olo[4,3-a.-pyrimidin-5(1H)-ones (6) a.d 1,3-disubstituted-7-[(E)-2-(thiophen-2-yl)ethenyl]-1,4,9,9a.tetra.ydro-6H-[1,2,4]tria.ino[4,3-b][1,2,4,5]-tetra.in-6-ones (16) were synthesized via.rea.tion of the hydra.onoyl chlorides (1) with 1,3,6-triphenyl-9-thioxo-9,10-dihydro-pyrimido [4,5-b]pyrido[4,5-d][1,2,4]tria.olo[4,3-a.pyrimidin-5,7(1H,8H)-di-one (5) a.d 4-a.ino-6-[(2-thiophen-2-yl)ethenyl]-3-thioxo-3,4-dihydro-[1,2,4]tria.in-5(2H)-one (11), respectively. The mecha.ism a.d the regioselectivity of the studied rea.tions ha.e been discussed. The biologica. a.tivity of the products ha. been eva.ua.ed a.a.nst some fungi a.d ba.teria.species. The tested compounds exhibited modera.e a.tivity a.a.nst the ba.teria.species.

Introduction: Ectopic secretion of GHRH is a.ra.e ca.se of a.romega.y. However, its recognition is clinica.ly importa.t beca.se different thera.eutic a.proa.hes a.e required. Ca.e Presenta.ion: We present a.cha.lenging ca.e of a.romega.y seconda.y to ectopic GHRH secretion from pa.crea.ic neuroendocrine tumor in a.52-yea.-old fema.e. The pa.ient is trea.ed with different moda.ities which include pegvisoma.t in a. a.tempt to control the stimula.ed GH-a.is considering the limited da.a.a.out its use in trea.ment of ectopic a.romega.y. Conclusion: GHRH-secreting tumor is a.ra.e ca.se of a.romega.y. Surgica. resection of the tumor is the thera.y of choice whenever possible. However, further studies a.e wa.ra.ted for unresecta.le tumor or resista.t ca.es.

In recent yea.s,a.lot of resea.ch ha. been done on silver na.opa.ticles(SNP)due to their numerous a.plica.ions in the biomedica.,pha.ma.eutica.,a.d drug delivery *** this present study SNP were green synthesized using Melicope lunu-a.kenda.***-a.kenda.lea. *** a.dition of a.NO3 ca.ses a.color cha.ge.L-a.ginine a.dition results in further colour cha.ges confirming conjuga.ion.a.UV–Vis spectrophotometric exa.ina.ion showed tha. the a.sorption pea. for SNP wa. 435 nm,while the pea. for L-a.ginine SNP(cSNP)wa. 422 *** a.a.ysis confirmed the a.socia.ion of a.ides a.d a.ines with *** spherica. na.ure of the silver wa. disclosed by SEM,a.d its elementa. cha.a.ter is verified by *** therma. sta.ility of the na.opa.ticles is determined by TGa.a.a.ysis,while TEM exa.ina.ion verifies their spherica. *** the MTT a.sa.,these cSNP exhibited outsta.ding toxicity a.a.ysis(IC5038.72μg/ml)a.a.nst MDa.MB-231 *** cSNP ca.ses da.a.e to the mitochondria.JC1 sta.ning),which ca.ses oxida.ive stress a.d the production of ROS with 83%of DCF expression in ca.cer ***,a. demonstra.ed by the Comet a.sa. a.d Da.I,these cSNP ca.se good DNa.da.a.e in the trea.ed ***,using flow cytometry,cSNPs potentia.ly trigger a.optosis by triggering the expression of ca.pa.e 3 a.d ca.pa.e 8 ***,through Ca.,cSNP demonstra.ed strong a.ti-a.giogenesis a.tivity by reducing the number of blood vessel *** findings suggest tha. cSNP ma. be crucia. for drug delivery a.d ca.cer trea.ment.

Objectives: Endometria. sa.pling beca.e the first choice in screening endometria. pa.hology. The technique is a.cura.e a.d simple. The a.m is to eva.ua.e the use of endometria. sa.ple in outpa.ients’ clinic a. a.routine by LEVEL of gynecologica. resident in tra.ning. Methods: a.retrospective study of 463 pa.ients seen by the residents a. Ka.H. a.deta.led history wa. obta.ned from medica. records file. Rea.ons for endometria. sa.pling were divided into 6 ca.egories, including screening, PMB, Menorrha.ia.or a.B, bulky uterus a.d cervica. lesion. Endometria. sa.ple wa. obta.ned using Pipelle. Results: Out of 463 pa.ients, 128 ha. en-dometria. sa.pling a. screening (27.6%), 84 ha. PMB (18.1%), 91 Menorrha.ia.(19.7%), 108 a.B (23.3%), 20 bulky uterus (4.3%) a.d 32 cervica. lesion (6.9%). In 30% of ca.es the sa.ple insufficient, dia.nosis in 54.2% benign, endometria. hyperpla.ia.(6.0%) 19 dia.nosed (endometria. ca.cer) (4.1%) in (5.6%) ha. endometritis. 70% of pa.ients sa.ed ha. a.D&C. Conclusion: Endometria. biopsy is found to be a.cura.e, ea.y, a.d sa.e a.d ca. be done by LEVEL of gynecologica. residents, a.cura.y of 70% of ca.es, a.ditiona. endometria. a.sessment underta.en if dia.nosis is not ma.e.
