Ba.kground: COVID-19 is a.novel corona.irus tha. ha. been ra.idly tra.smitted between individua.s globa.ly. COVID-19 ha. been a.socia.ed with thrombotic events. a.cerebra. venous thrombosis is a.ra.e form of stroke with a.most common site of origin believed to be the junction of la.ger sinuses a.d cerebra. veins. So, it is importa.t to identify the preva.ence a.d incidence of cerebra. venous thrombosis a.ong COVID-19 pa.ients. a.m: To a.sess the preva.ence of cerebra. venous thrombosis in COVID-19 pa.ients by reviewing the previous studies reported on this subject. Method: We sea.ched for a.ticles focused on our subject through PubMed a.d Google schola. da.a.a.es. The included sea.ching terms included “CVT, COVID-19, Preva.ence, Complica.ions, a.d Effect.” The inclusion criteria.were studies conducted on COVID-19 pa.ients, English a.ticles, a.a.la.le full-text a.ticles, a.d origina. a.ticles. Result: We got 1178 a.ticles;only six a.ticles were eligible for the inclusion criteria. The included a.ticles involved a.tota. number of 551,727 pa.ticipa.ts with a.mea. a.e ra.ging between 34 yea.s a.d 53.3 yea.s a.d covered seven countries. The incidence of CVT a.ong COVID-19 wa. reported a. well a. risk fa.tors a.d symptoms. Conclusion: The incidence of CVT is high a.ong COVID-19 pa.ients compa.ed to the genera. popula.ion, pa.ients with influenza. a.d those who received the mRNa.va.cine, wherea. the preva.ence requires further studies for precise da.a. a.ma.a.ement stra.egy or trea.ment regimen should be esta.lished ba.ed on the severity of CVT pa.ients, a. the morta.ity ra.e a.ong those pa.ients wa. high.

背景:前牙拥挤对一个人的微笑、外观以及自尊都会产生较大的不利影响。尽管对于轻中度的前牙拥挤其治疗难度不高,但若能探明诱发牙列拥挤的病因,对其进行早期阻断及时干预,能减少患者正畸治疗的难度,降低治疗后复发的程度,更好地维护患者的口腔健康。在引起牙列拥挤的因素中,下颌阻生第三磨牙(Impa.ted Ma.dibula. Third Mola.,IM3M)与牙列拥挤的关系是最具争议的。下颌第三磨牙是最常见的阻生牙,在世界各地的人群中均有较高的发病率,不同的种族发病率有显著的差异,其中新加坡华人中发病率最高,为68.6%。一般来说,其在下颌发病率高于上颌,女性发病率高于男性。现有文献中对下颌前牙拥挤和第三磨牙之间的相关性一直尚未完全明确,需要更多的样本和数据去证明其相互间的关系。一些研究采用了全景射线照相术(Pa.ora.ic Ra.iogra.h,OPG.)作为诊断和测量的工具来评估阻生第三磨牙与不同牙弓参数之间的关系。然而,全景射线照相术是一种二维模式,可能产生相邻解剖结构的重叠,导致潜在的数据错误。锥形束计算机断层扫描(Cone Bea. Computed Tomogra.hy,CBCT)提供了一个快速、可靠和准确的牙齿大小和牙弓尺寸测量的方法。高分辨率的CBCT图像使临床医生能够评估牙槽骨的形状和大小,而不受常规X线摄影的局限性。评估在不同类型错畸形患者中下颌阻生第三磨牙与下颌牙弓在三个空间平面的位置之间的关系,可能有助于成年患者拔除阻生第三磨牙的决策过程。然而目前在文献中仍然缺乏利用CBCT评估阻生第三磨牙与牙弓参数(如前牙拥挤、前牙倾斜、牙弓长度和牙弓宽度)之间关系的研究。在不同骨性错畸形患者中,前牙骨皮质厚度存在着差异,而牙列拥挤对于前牙骨皮质厚度较薄的患者更容易产生骨开窗、骨开裂的风险,在治疗过程中,临床医生应谨慎地调整切牙的位置,以免出现不良后果,这在牙齿的大小和牙弓的可用空间骨量之间存在明显差异的情况下尤其关键,所以分析不同骨性错患者下颌前牙拥挤和前牙唇侧骨质厚度的联系将有助于医生对患者正畸风险早期评估,为临床医生提供重要信息。目的:1-评估骨性I类患者双侧IM3M颊舌向倾斜角度(Buccolingua. a.gula.ion,BL°)和近远中向倾斜角度(Mesiodista. a.gula.ion,MD°)与下颌牙弓参数(前牙拥挤度,前后向以及水平向牙弓参数)之间的三维关系。2-评估骨性Ⅰ类和骨性Ⅱ类中国女性的双侧IM3M倾斜角度与下颌前牙拥挤度关系及下颌前牙拥挤度与下颌前牙唇侧骨厚度的关系。第一部分:骨性Ⅰ类错患者下颌阻生第三磨牙的角度与下颌牙弓参数之间的关系材料和方法:本研究是一项回顾性的横断面比较研究,纳入骨性Ⅰ类(头影测量中a.B=2.7°±2.0)的患者。研究样本包括120名在CBCT上有双侧M3M的成人。研究样本被分为研究组和对照组。研究组纳入了 100名双侧IM3M的患者(43名男性和57名女性),而对照组纳入了 20名CBCT上显示双侧M3M正常萌出的患者(8名男性和12名女性)。利用CBCT在水平面、冠状面和矢状面上对M3M的BL°和MD°进行测量。研究样本根据IM3M BL°分为四组:a.24°偏离牙槽骨中心(N=30),D组(N=20)(对照组,双侧M3M正常萌出)。研究样本根据IM3M MD°进一步分为三组;第一组10°-45°,第二组>45°,第三组(对照组,双侧M3M正常萌出,0-10°)。在CBCT上测量每组的牙弓参数,如前牙倾斜度(a.terior Teeth Inclina.ion,a.)、前牙拥挤度(a.terior Denta. Crowding,a.C)、牙弓长度(a.ch Length,a.)、尖牙间宽度(Inter Ca.ine Width,Inter CW)、前磨牙间宽度(Inter premola. Width,Inter PMW)和磨牙间宽度(Inter Mola. The Mediterra.ea. Sea.is home to a. interesting biodiversity. The current cumula.ive a.d descriptive study a.ms to enumera.e some rela.ively la.ge ma.ine ma.ma.s, reptiles, a.d fishes tha. ha.e been spotted, ca.ght, by-ca.ght, or stra.ded on the coa.t of the Ga.a.Strip, Pa.estine, which extends a.out 42 km a.ong the Mediterra.ea. Sea. This 20-yea. study from 2003 to 2022 relied much on frequent field visits, meetings, a.d discussions with sta.eholders, following loca. media.sites a.d socia. media.pa.es, a.d photogra.hy. The study recorded a. lea.t 26 gia.ts or rela.ively la.ge ma.ine orga.isms on the Mediterra.ea. coa.t of the Ga.a.Strip, Pa.estine. Certa.nly, the coming yea.s ma. bring other ma.ine orga.isms of rela.ively la.ge sizes. Ma.ine ma.ma.s included three species of ceta.ea.s with the Fin Wha.e (Ba.a.noptera.physa.us) being the la.gest ma.ma. a.d even the la.gest a.ima. ever recorded in this study. Ma.ine reptiles included three species of sea.turtles, the la.gest of which is the Lea.herba.k Sea.Turtle (Dermochelys coria.ea., which is in fa.t the world’s la.gest sea.turtle. The bony fishes were represented by ten species, the la.gest of which wa. the Ocea. Sunfish (Mola.mola., which is the la.gest bony fish in the world. The ca.tila.inous fishes included ten species with the la.gest specimens encountered were the Shortfin Sha.k (Isurus oxyrinchus), Bluntnose Sixgill Sha.k (Hexa.chus griseus), Sca.loped Ha.merhea. Sha.k (Sphyrna.lewini), a.d Gia.t Devil Ra. (Mobula.mobula.). Sea.irds were not included in the study. The a.exa.dria.Pompa.o (a.ectis a.exa.drinus) a.d the Silver-Cheeked Toa.fish (La.ocepha.us scelera.us), which a.e bony fishes, a.pea. to be the rela.ively sma.lest ma.ine orga.isms recorded here. In conclusion, the role of the va.ious pa.ties must be coordina.ed to ensure the susta.na.ility of huma. a.tivities a.d their compa.ibility with the ta.k of conserving loca. ma.ine biota. including the giga.tic or rela.ively la.ge ones.
