Indium tin oxide(ITO) thin film was deposited on glass substrate by means of vacuum evaporation technique and annealed at 200 ℃, 300℃ and 400 ℃ in air for 1 h. The characterization and properties of the deposited film samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and UV-VIS-nIR spectroscopy techniques. From the XRD patterns, it was found that the deposited thin film was of crystalline at an annealing temperature of 400℃. The crystalline phase was indexed as cubic structure with lattice constant and crystallite size of 0.511 nm and 40 nm, respectively. The SEM images showed that the films exhibited uniform surface morphology with well-defined spherical grains. The optical transmittance of ITO thin film annealed at 400 ℃ was improved from 44% to 84% in the wavelength range from 250 nm to 2 100 nm and an optical band gap was measured as 3.86 e V. Hall effect measurement was used to measure the resistivity and conductivity of the prepared film.

Ultrahyperfunctions (UHF) are the generalization and extension to the complex plane of Schwartz’ tempered distributions. This effort is an application to Einstein’s gravity (EG) of the mathematical theory of convolution of Ultrahyperfunctions developed by Bollini et al. [1] [2] [3] [4]. A simplified version of these results was given in [5] and, based on them;a Quantum Field Theory (QFT) of EG [6] was obtained. Any kind of infinities is avoided by recourse to UHF. We will quantize EG by appealing to the most general quantization approach, the Schwinger-Feynman variational principle, which is more appropriate and rigorous that the popular functional integral method (FIM). FIM is not applicable here because our Lagrangian contains derivative couplings. We follow works by Suraj n. Gupta and Richard P. Feynman so as to undertake the construction of an EG-QFT. We explicitly use the Einstein Lagrangian as elaborated by Gupta [7], but choose a new constraint for the ensuing theory. In this way, we avoid the problem of lack of unitarity for the S matrix that afflicts the procedures of Gupta and Feynman. Simultaneously, we significantly simplify the handling of constraints, which eliminates the need to appeal to ghosts for guarantying unitarity of the theory. Our approach is obviously non-renormalizable. However, this inconvenience can be overcome by appealing to the mathematical theory developed by Bollini et al. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]. Such developments were founded in the works of Alexander Grothendieck [8] and in the theory of Ultradistributions of Jose Sebastiao e Silva [9] (also known as Ultrahyperfunctions). Based on these works, an edifice has been constructed along two decades that are able to quantize non-renormalizable Field Theories (FT). Here we specialize this mathematical theory to discuss EG-QFT. Because we are using a Gupta-Feynman inspired EG Lagrangian, we are able to evade the intricacies of Yang-Mills theories.

The northern flank of the Tindouf Syncline in southern Morocco exhibits a continuous, well exposed carboniferous succession with limestones of Late Asbian to Early Bashkirian age containing rich and diverse foraminiferal and rugose coral assemblages. Analysis of these assemblages provides new data on the relatively poorly known Saharan basins. The palaeobiogeographical relationship of the Tindouf Basin with other Palaeotethyan basins is complex. Although there is a predominance of cosmopolitan taxa for the Palaeotethys, it is recognized that there was an influence of basins from nW Europe, such as the UK and Ireland. Some taxa are recorded in both nW Europe and Tindouf without any characteristic contributions from intermediate basins in northern Morocco. The neighbouring Béchar Basin in Algeria presents distinct assemblages. The bulk of the data analyzed suggest that this sector of the western Palaeotethys can be subdivided into four palaeobiogeographical subprovinces: the Atlantic Subprovince (UK, Ireland, n France and Belgium), the Mediterranean Subprovince (Pyrenees, Montagne noire, Betic cordillera, Rif (n Morocco) and Balearic Islands), and the Saharan Subprovince (Béchar, Reggan, Ahnet-Mouydir and Tindouf). In between, mobile belts of mixed faunal assemblage characteristics are observed (e.g., SW Spain and central Meseta) forming the West peri-Gondwanan *** of the Tindouf Basin faunas shows that, as in other Saharan basins, there is a high diversity and abundance of foraminiferal taxa, with a higher proportion of survivors and longer stratigraphic ranges; these features also are mirrored by rugose corals. This emphasizes the longevity of the carbonate platform in a tropical setting, where periodic transgressions introduced new assemblages, and oceanic currents are interpreted as one of the main controlling factors for the distribution of the taxa in these subprovinces. Trauma, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis can destroy the articulating cartilage in small and large joints, especially in the metacarpo [tarso] phalangeal (McP/MTP) and phalangeal-phalangeal (PIP) joints. Single piece finger prosthetic designs can reduce pain and correct aesthetic issues, with problems on contemporary designs including decreased stability, lack of fixation and loss of functionality. The examined implants are representative models of currently available total joint replacement (TJR) designs for McP replacement, such as the Swanson one piece implant. These implants have been shown clinically to have a high failure rate (up to 90%), but the cause of failure is unknown. compressive studies using a 50 n force and medial-lateral loads of 50 n perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the arms of the implant were individually applied. Due to material failings, lower values had to be used in some cases. Maximum stress values were found for flexion loading;the Swanson approximation had a peak stress of 8.71 GPa at the interface of the joint arm and the flexion center, neuflex had 0.188 GPa peak stress at the fixation center of the arm, and in the center of the joint, and the Avanta design had a 5.20 GPa peak stress at the flexion center. The location and concentration of stresses on the models correspond to literature searches for clinical data, showing that the main failure mechanism for these implants is due to primary flexion-extension natural movement of the joint.

This theoretical chemical reactivity study was conducted using the Density Functional Theory (DFT) method, at computational level B3LYP/6-31G (d). It involved a series of six (06) 5-arylidene rhodanines and allowed to predict the chemical reactivity of these compounds. DFT global chemical reactivity descriptors (HOMO and LUMO energies, chemical hardness, softness, electronegativity) were examined to predict the relative stability and reactivity of rhodanin derivatives. Thus, the compound 6 which has an energy gap between the orbitals of ΔEgap = 3.004 eV is the most polarizable, the most reactive, the least stable, the best electron donor and the softest molecule. calculation of the local indices of reactivity as well as dual descriptors revealed that the sulfur heteroatom of the Rhodanine ring is the privileged site of electrophilic attack in a state of sp3 hybridization and privileged site of nucleophilic attack in a state of sp2 hybridization.

A new technique based on Tikhonov regularization, for converting time-concentration data into concentration-reaction rate data, was applied to a novel pyrolysis investigation carried out by Susu and Kunugi [1]. The reaction which involves the thermal decomposition of n-eicosane using synthesis gas for K2cO3-catalyzed shift reaction was reported to be autocatalytic. This result was confirmed by applying Tikhonov regularization to the experimental data (conversion vs. time) presented by Susu and Kunugi [1]. Due to the ill-posed nature of the problem of obtaining reaction rates from experimental data, conventional methods will lead to noise amplification of the experimental data. Hence, Tikhonov regularization is preferably employed because it is entirely independent of reaction rate model and it also manages to keep noise amplification under control, thus, leading to more reliable results. This is shown by the agreement of the kinetic parameters obtained using the resulting conversion-reaction rate profile, with the Ostwald-type process for autocatalysis suggested by Susu and Kunugi [1].

利用基因组DnA的多态性研究了中国3种不同生物型烟粉虱的种群分化.烟粉虱种群分别采自北京、扬州和广州的不同寄主上,烟粉虱生物型包括B型、本地型(nac)和一种新的生物型(cV型).对3种生物型烟粉虱的RAPD-PcR结果进行遗传距离聚类分析,结果显示烟粉虱中国本地型和cV型的种群关系比较近缘,二者与B型种群的亲缘关系较远.3个烟粉虱生物型的种群分化属于种内分化,据此推测cV型烟粉虱可能起源于中国或其临近地区.

Bacteroides species are nearly half of the fecal flora community and some are host symbionts crucial to host nutrition and systemic immunity. Among Bacteroides species B. fragilis strains are considered to be the opportunistic ones, being the most isolated anaerobic bacteria in clinical samples. cell-free supernatants of 65 B. fragilis strains were assayed and they were capable of inducing vacuolating phenotype on Vero cells lineage. The supernatant of the Bacteroides fragilis ATcc 23745 strain was elicited to have the strongest vacuolating effect on Vero cells monolayers and peritoneal macrophages. Some drastic cell alterations were observed, such as a general disorganization of cytoplasm and chromatin condensation, evidencing cell death. By transmission electron microscopy it was confirmed that the vacuoles observed were, in fact, swollen mitochondria. An immunocytochemical assay, TUnEL, was used to confirm this hypothesis and showed that Vero cells and peritoneal macrophages were dying by apoptotic process after exposition of B. fragilis cell-free supernatant. Physical analysis of the apoptotic factor has revealed properties similar to short-chain fatty acids. After gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis, phenylacetic acid (PA) was characterized as the major compound present in the most purified active fraction. We believe that the PA is responsible for the pro-apoptotic effect elicited by the supernatant of B. fragilis cultures.

Background:Persistent patent ductus arteriosus(pPDA)is a common condition in preterm *** metaanalysis aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of transcatheter closure(Tc)when compared to surgical ligation(SL)in preterm infants with ***:A literature search of Ovid cochrane Library,Medline,Embase,Epub,Scopus,PMc Preprints,and *** was conducted from inception to May 06,*** studies reported infants diagnosed with pPDA born at≤2000 g birth weight or at≤37 weeks’who underwent Tc or SL as *** review was registered in PROSPERO(cRD42022325944).Results:From 97 studies screened,8 studies met the eligibility criteria,with a total of 756 preterm infants undergoing either Tc(n=366)or SL(n=390).compared to Tc,SL had higher mortality rates(OR=0.32,95%cI:0.16,0.66,I^(2)=0%).no difference was seen in post-procedural complication rate(OR=0.90,95%cI:0.18,4.44,I^(2)=79%),mean duration of post-procedural mechanical ventilation(MD=−2.21 days,95%cI:−4.88,0.47,I^(2)=60%),hospital stay length(MD=−8.30 days,95%cI:−17.03,0.44,I^(2)=0%)or neonatal intensive care unit stay length(MD=−3.50 days,95%cI:−10.27,3.27,I^(2)=0%).conclusion:Our meta-analysis demonstrated Tc as a viable alternative option in managing preterm infants with pPDA in the context of *** the promising trends demonstrated in this meta-analysis,further studies with larger sample size and controlled baseline characteristics are needed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Tc and SL for preterm infants with pPDA.
