Oral s.uamous.cell carcinoma (Os.C) is.one of the mos. prevalent forms.of head and neck.s.uamous.cell carcinomas.(HNs.C) with a poor overall s.rvival rate (about 50%), particularly in cas.s.of metas.as.s. RNA-bas.d cancer biomark.rs.are a relatively advanced concept, and non-coding RNAs.currently have s.own promis.ng roles.in the detection and treatment of various.malignancies. This.review underlines.the function of long non-coding RNAs.(lncRNAs. in the Os.C and its.s.bs.quent clinical implications. LncRNAs. a clas. of non-coding RNAs. are larger than 200 nucleotides.and res.mble mRNA in numerous.ways. However, unlik. mRNA, lncRNA regulates.multiple druggable and non-druggable s.gnaling molecules.through s.multaneous.interaction with DNA, RNA, proteins. or microRNAs.depending on concentration and localization in cells. Upregulation of oncogenic lncRNAs.and down-regulation of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.are evident in Os.C tis.ues.and body fluids.s.ch as.blood and s.liva indicating their potential as.valuable biomark.rs. Targeted inhibition of candidate oncogenic lncRNAs.or over-expres.ion of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.s.owed potential therapeutic roles.in in-vivo animal models. The types.of lncRNAs.that are expres.ed differentially in Os.C tis.ue and bodily fluids.have been s.s.ematically documented with s.ecificity and s.ns.tivity. This.review thoroughly dis.us.es.the biological functions.of s.ch lncRNAs.in Os.C cell s.rvival, proliferation, invas.on, migration, metas.as.s. angiogenes.s. metabolis., epigenetic modification, tumor immune microenvironment, and drug res.s.ance. s.bs.quently, we addres.ed the diagnos.ic and therapeutic importance of lncRNAs.in Os.C pre-clinical and clinical s.s.ems. providing details.on ongoing res.arch and outlining potential future directions.for advancements.in this.field. Res.arch s.ows.that producing fermented camel milk.is.hard becaus. of the milk.s.inability to form a firm coagulum, attributed to low levels.of κ-cas.in and ꞵ-lactoglobulin and the large cas.in micelle s.ze, leading to a weak.network.of cas.in formation. In an effort to addres. this.is.ue, res.archers.turned to corn s.arch as.a thick.ning agent, dis.overing that a concentration of 2.0% effectively improved the vis.os.ty and s.gnificantly reduced s.neres.s.in s.irred camel milk.yoghurt and cultured camel milk. This.s.udy explores.alternatives.to corn s.arch, focus.ng on butternut s.uas. s.eds.as.a promis.ng s.bs.itute due to their hydrocolloid compos.tion. By incorporating butternut s.uas. (Cucurbita mos.hata) s.ed powder (Bs.P) as.a thick.ning agent, this.s.udy aimed at enhancing the chemical and rheological properties.of s.irred camel milk.yoghurt and cultured camel milk. Fermented camel milk.was.prepared us.ng 4 litres.of camel milk. 2% s.arter cultures.(thermophilic culture for yoghurt and mes.philic aromatic culture for s.irred cultured camel milk. and Bs.P 0.0% (negative control), 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0% mixed with 0.4% gelatin. 2.0% corn s.arch mixed with 0.4% gelatin was.us.d as.a s.andard for comparis.n. Res.lts.s.owed that increas.ng the Bs.P level s.gnificantly (p s.d the mois.ure content while increas.ng the total s.lid content of s.irred fermented camel milk.products. There was.an increas. in as. content with an increas. in Bs.P levels. There was.a s.gnificant (p s. in Bs.P levels.in s.irred fermented camel milk.s.mples. Increas.ng the concentration of Bs.P from 0.4% to 2.0% res.lted in a s.gnificant (p s. in vis.os.ty and a reduction in s.neres.s.of s.irred camel milk.yoghurt and s.irred cultured camel milk.s.mples. We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.k.own to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.k.own to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak.and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Back.round: Termination of pregnancy (TOP) in Zambia is.guided by the Termination of Pregnancy (TOP) Act of 1972 and as.amended in 1994 of the laws.of Zambia. However, des.ite provis.on of Comprehens.ve abortion care s.rvices.with the liberal law, s.atis.ics.at k.nyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in relation to uns.fe illegal abortions.are alarming. This.s.udy s.ught to unders.and the Awarenes. on the TOP Act of the laws.of Zambia among women of reproductive age 15 - 49 years.at k.nyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.k. Dis.rict. Purpos. of the s.udy: To as.es. awarenes. on the TOP Act among women of reproductive age at k.nyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.k., Zambia. Methodology: A convergent parallel mixed method des.gn was.conducted us.ng both s.rvey and in-depth interviews.among women of reproductive age at k.nyama Firs. Level Hos.ital in Lus.k. Dis.rict. The s.udy s.rveyed 370 randomly s.mpled women aged 15 to 49 years.old while the in-depth interviews.included eight women purpos.vely s.mpled from the s.rvey population. s.rvey data was.analyzed us.ng des.riptive and inferential s.atis.ics.while qualitative data thematic analys.s.was.us.d. Res.lts. The s.udy found that 37% of the participants.were aware of the TOP Act while 63.8% viewed legalization of abortion for any reas.n as.wrong. The s.udy res.lts.als. s.owed that widowed women were 8 times.more lik.ly to be aware of the TOP Act compared to s.ngle women (AOR: 8.262;95% CI: 1.105, 61.778). Women in bus.nes. were s.gnificantly more lik.ly to be aware of the TOP Act compared to thos. who reported having no occupation. (AOR: 2.61;95% CI: 1.246, 5.499). Limited acces. to information, the s.cial s.igma attached to abortion, health care providers. attitudes. cultural norms. values.and religious.beliefs. res.rictive legal requirements. and abs.nce of a s.pportive network.were s.me of the barriers.affecting awarenes. and utilization of available s.fe abortion care s.rvices.
