Understanding the origins of potential source rocks and unraveling the intricate connections between reservoir oils and their source formations in the Siwa Basin(Western desert,Egypt)necessitate a thorough oil-source correlation *** objective is achieved through a meticulous analysis of well-log responses,Rock-Eval pyrolysis,and biomarker *** analysis of Total Organic Carbon across 31 samples representing Paleozoic formations in the Siwa A-1X well reveals a spectrum of organic richness ranging from 0.17 wt%to 2.04 wt%,thereby highlighting diverse levels of organic content and the presence of both Type ii and Type iii *** of the fingerprint characteristics of eight samples from the well suggests that the dhiffah Formation comprises a blend of terrestrial and marine organic ***,a significant contribution from more oxidized residual organic matter and gas-prone Type iii kerogen is ***,the desouky and Zeitoun formations exhibit mixed organic matter indicative of a transitional environment,and thus featuring a pronounced marine influence within a more reducing setting,which is associated with Type ii *** analysis of five oil samples from different wells—SiWA L-1X,SiWA R-3X,SiWA d-1X,PTAH 5X,and PTAH 6X,it is evident that terrestrial organic matter,augmented by considerable marine input,was deposited in an oxidizing environment,and contains Type iii *** scrutiny confirms the coexistence of mixed terrestrial organic matter within varying redox *** is the uniformity of identified kerogen Types ii and iii across all samples,known to have potential for hydrocarbon *** discovery presented in this paper unveils captivating prospects concerning the genesis of oil in the Jurassic Safa reservoir,suggesting potential links to Paleozoic sources or even originating from the Safa Member *** revelations mark a substantial advancement in understanding source

This research uses both three-dimensional(3d)modeling and geologic well control to piece back together the architectural parts of the Late Cretaceous *** goal is to figure out the sizes,directions,locations,and controls of the layers of the fluvial sandstone *** stratigraphy is essential for 3d reservoir modeling and petroleum geology understanding in the Bahga *** purpose of this work is to create a static model that shows the layers and facies distribution in the reservoir *** will use data from nine well logs and 22 seismic lines calibrated by the Abu Roash G Member reservoir core intervals to accomplish *** petrophysical study discovered three parts in the Abu Roash G Member reservoir rock:channel fill that is affected by tides,channel fill that is dominated by tides(intertidal sands),and channel top with lenticular bedded *** model's findings point to the existence of an NNW-oriented sand body,which could be a prime location to produce *** original oil in place(OOiP)is about 3,438,279 Stock Tank Barrels(STB),and the oil reserve reaches up to 1,031,484(STB).Sequence stratigraphic analysis using seismic and well log information(SB)reveals that the Upper Cretaceous AR/G reservoir of the Bahga field is characterized by third-and fourth-order stratigraphic sequences,which are constrained by three Maximum Flooding Surfaces(MFS)and two Sequence *** integration of the derived geological model and sequence stratigraphic results can lower future extraction risk by identifying the locations and trends of the geologic facies with the necessary petrophysical properties for the hydrocarbon accumulations.

Creation of crystal structure reproducing X-ray diffraction pattern without using database

When a sample’s X-ray diffraction pattern(XRd)is measured,the corresponding crystal structure is usually determined by searching for similar XRd patterns in the ***,if a similar XRd pattern is not found,it is tremendously laborious to identify the crystal structure even for *** case commonly happens when researchers develop novel and complex *** this study,we propose a crystal structure creation scheme that reproduces a given XRd *** employed a combinatorial inverse design method using an evolutionary algorithm and crystal morphing(Evolv&Morph)supported by Bayesian optimization,which maximizes the similarity of the XRd patterns between target one and those of the created crystal *** sixteen different crystal structure systems with twelve simulated and four powder target XRd patterns,Evolv&Morph successfully created crystal structures with the same XRd pattern as the target(cosine similarity 99%for the simulated ones and>96%the experimentally measured ones).Furthermore,the present method has merits in that it is an automated crystal structure creation scheme,not dependent on a *** believe that Evolv&Morph can be applied not only to determine crystal structures but also to design materials for specific properties.

AntiFlamPred: An Anti-inflammatory Peptide Predictor for drug Selection Strategies

Several autoimmune ailments and inflammation-related diseases emphasize the need for peptide-based therapeutics for their treatment and established substantial ***,the wet-lab experiments for the investigation of anti-inflammatory proteins/peptides(“AiP”)are usually very costly and remain ***,before wet-lab investigations,it is essential to develop in-silico identification models to classify prospective anti-inflammatory candidates for the facilitation of the drug development *** anti-inflammatory prediction tools have been proposed in the recent past,yet,there is a space to induce enhancement in prediction performance in terms of precision and *** exceedingly accurate antiinflammatory prediction model is proposed,named AntiFlamPred(“Antiinflammatory Peptide Predictor”),by incorporation of encoded features and probing machine learning algorithms including deep *** proposed model performs best in conjunction with deep *** testing and validation were applied including cross-validation,self-consistency,jackknife,and independent set *** proposed model yielded 0.919 value for area under the curve(AUC)and revealed Mathew’s correlation coefficient(MCC)equivalent to 0.735 demonstrating its effectiveness and ***,the proposed model was also extensively probed in comparison with other existing *** performance of the proposed model also out-performs other existing *** outcomes establish that the proposed model is a robust predictor for identifying AiPs and may subsidize well in the extensive lab-based ***,it has the potential to assiduously support medical and bioinformatics research.

Peristaltic flow in an asymmetric channel with convective boundary conditions and Joule heating

The peristaltic transport of viscous fluid in an asymmetric channel is concentrated. The channel walls exhibit convective boundary conditions. Both cases of hydrodynamic and magnetohydrodynamic(MHd) fluids are considered. Mathematical analysis has been presented in a wave frame of reference. The resulting problems are non-dimensionalized. Long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximations are employed. Joule heating effect on the thermal equation is retained. Analytic solutions for stream function and temperature are constructed. Numerical integration is carried out for pressure rise per wavelength. Effects of influential flow parameters have been pointed out through graphs.

Four-dimensional parameter estimation of plane waves using swarming intelligence

This paper proposes an efficient approach for four-dimensional （4d） parameter estimation of plane waves impinging on a 2-L shape array. The 4d parameters include amplitude, frequency and the two-dimensional （2d） direction of arrival, namely, azimuth and elevation angles. The proposed approach is based on memetic computation, in which the global optimizer, particle swarm optimization is hybridized with a rapid local search technique, pattern search. For this purpose, a new multi-objective fitness function is used. This fitness function is the combination of mean square error and the correlation between the normalized desired and estimated vectors. The proposed hybrid scheme is not only compared with individual performances of particle swarm optimization and pattern search, but also with the performance of the hybrid genetic algorithm and that of the traditional approach. A large number of Monte-Carlo simulations are carried out to validate the performance of the proposed scheme. it gives promising results in terms of estimation accuracy, convergence rate, proximity effect and robustness against noise.

Predictors of antenatal health service utilization among left-behind wives of male outmigrants:Evidence from Patna district,india

Objective:To analyze the sociological support system available for left-behind wives of male outmigrants and develop a model that predicts the antenatal care(ANC)services ***:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in rural regions of the Patna district,*** sample size(n=328)was estimated using Cochran’s *** parameters of the social support system were identified(autonomy,spousal support,family support,social circle support,and government support).The score for each was calculated as a composite score using multiple variables;these served as independent *** respondents were categorized as efficient and non-efficient users of ANC service based on established ***:The regression results showed that four out of five social parameters had a significant effect on ANC *** support was the strongest predictor(standardized regression coefficient β=0.57,OR 1.16,95%Ci 1.08-1.79,P=0.007).Government support was found to be the second strongest predictor(β=0.40,OR 1.49,95%Ci 1.04-2.14,P=0.027),followed by family support(β=0.31,OR 1.36,95%Ci 1.23-2.57,P=0.034)and autonomy(β=0.11,OR 1.32,95%Ci 1.11-2.26,P=0.030).The social circle support was found to be non-significant in predicting ANC behavior(P>0.05).Conclusions:The policymakers could focus on the identified predictors to strengthen and modify the existing policies for leftbehind wives of male *** need of the hour is a strategic intervention for behavioral modification of not only the left-behind wives but also their family members along with reinforcement of the existing social-security *** strategy we suggest is to launch an awareness campaign focusing on husbands(male outmigrants)and family members.
