this paper examines the transport analysis, including both heat transfer and mass transfer, in hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic microorganisms towards a curved oscillatory surface. the influence of magnetic fields is also inspected in terms of their physical characteristics. to depict the phenomena of transport, modified versions of both Fick's and Fourier's laws are used. Additionally, the characteristics of both heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical reactions are also incorporated. Utilizing a curvilinear coordinate system, the flow problem is formulated as partial differential equations(PDEs)for momentum, concentration, microorganism field, and energy. An analytical solution to the obtained flow equations is achieved utilizing the homotopy analysis method(HAm).the effects of significant flow parameters on the pressure and microorganism fields, velocity, oscillation velocity, concentration, and temperature distributions are shown via graphs. Furthermore, the variations in skin friction, mass transfer rate, heat transfer rate, and local motile number due to different involved parameters are presented in tables and are analyzed in detail. Graphical results indicate that the curves of velocity and temperature fields are enhanced as the values of the solid volume fraction variables *** is also verified that the concentration rate field decreases as the values of the homogeneous reaction strength parameter and the radius of curvature parameter increase, and it increases with the Schmidt number and the heterogeneous reaction strength *** outcomes show a favorable response of the motile number to advanced values of the Peclet number, the Schmidt number, the microorganism difference parameter, and the bio-convective Lewis number.

this paper investigates the free vibration and transient response of interconnected structures including double curved beams and intermediate straight beams,which are all constructed from functionally graded porous(FGP) materials. the strain potential and kinetic energies of each beam along with the work done by the external force are calculated. Additionally, a higher-order beam element is introduced to derive stiffness and mass matrices, along with the force vector. the curved and straight beams are discretized, and their assembled stiffness, mass matrices, and force vectors, are *** conditions at the joints are used to derive the total matrices of the entire structure. Subsequently, the natural frequencies and transient response of the system are determined. the accuracy of the mathematical model and the self-developed computer program is validated through the comparison of the obtained results with those of the existing literature and commercial software ANSYS, demonstrating excellent ***, a comprehensive study is conducted to investigate the effects of various parameters on the free vibration and transient response of the considered structure.

BACKGroUND Inadequate glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes(t2Dm)is a major public health problem and a significant risk factor for the progression of diabetic *** to evaluate the effects of intensive and supportive glycemic management strategies over a 12-month period in individuals with t2Dm with glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)≥10%and varying backgrounds of glycemic *** this prospective observational study investigated glycemic control in patients with poorly controlled t2Dm over 12 *** were categorized into four groups based on prior glycemic history:Newly diagnosed,previously well controlled with recent worsening,previously off-target but now worsening,and HbA1c consistently above 10%.HbA1c levels were monitored quarterly,and patients received medical,educational,and dietary support as *** analysis focused on the success rates of good glycemic control and the associated factors within each *** the study showed significant improvements in HbA1c levels in all *** most significant improvement was observed in individuals newly diagnosed with diabetes:65%achieved an HbA1c target of≤7%.the results varied between participants with different glycemic control histories,followed by decreasing success rates:39%in participants with previously good glycemic control,21%in participants whose glycemic control had deteriorated compared to before,and only 10%in participants with persistently poor control,with mean HbA1c levels of 6.3%,7.7%,8.2%,and 9.7%,*** one year,65.2%of the“newly diagnosed patients”,39.3%in the“previously controlled group”,21.9%in the“previously off-target but now worsened'”group and 10%in the“poorly controlled from the start”group had achieved HbA1c levels of 7 and *** In poorly controlled diabetes,the rate at which treatment goals are achieved is associated with the glycemic background characteristics,emphasizing the need for tailored ***

the growth,survival,and mortality of conifer species in response to the hydrothermal regime have received considerable *** is expected that the highest sensitivity of trees to the warming-drying climate will occur mainly at the edges of the species *** focused on the responses to climate change of the drought-resistant larch(Larix sibirica)and the moisture-sensitive Siberian pine(Pinus sibirica)along the elevation gradient in the tannu-ola ridge,the southern margin where those two species coexist in Siberia by using satellite data(moDIS,Landsat,and microwave),the indexes of gross(GPP)and net(NPP)primary productivity,and tree radial growth index(GI).We found that since the warming restart in the 2000s,the area of larch-dominated forests increased by~150%while the area of pine-dominated forests decreased by~10%.the Siberian pine has retreated at low elevations(m)and increased its area at higher *** contrast,the area of larch stands increased in both the uphill and downhill ***(Betula spp.)also increased its area at low elevations(about+120%).Since 2001,the forested area increased by~5%.A shrubification,i.e.,an increase in the area of shrubs,was observed at high *** uphill rate of timberline and shrubline migration was about 0.3 m/*** the 2000s,vegetation NPP has increased by 13%.A notable correlation between NPP and the GI of larch and pine was found(r=0.5-0.7).At lower elevations,NPP positively correlated with precipitation and soil moisture,while air temperature and VPD(vapor pressure deficit)increase inhibited *** high elevations,the effects of these variables on productivity *** continuous decline of the Siberian pine forest indicates an inevitable retreat of this species at low elevations and its replacement by larch and birch.

In this study,we investigate the complex relationship between western disturbances(WDs),the El Ni?o–Southern oscillation(ENSo),and extreme precipitation events(EPEs) in the western Himalaya(WH) during the extended winter season(November–march).WDs west of WH coincide with 97% of recorded EPEs,contributing substantially(32% in winter,11% annually) to total precipitation within *** are 6% less frequent and 4% more intense during El Ni?o than La Ni?a to the west of *** El Ni?o(compared to La Ni?a) years,WDs co-occurring with EPEs are significantly more intense and associated with 17% higher moisture transport over “WH box”(the selected region where most of the winter precipitation over WH occurs).this results in twice the EPE frequency during El Ni?o periods than La Ni?a periods.A substantial southward shift(~180 km) of the subtropical jet(StJ) axis during El Ni?o brings WD tracks further south towards their primary moisture sources,especially the Arabian *** have shown that WDs that are both more intense and pass to the south of their typical latitudes have higher levels of vertically integrated moisture flux(VImF)within *** convergence in the most intense pentile of WDs is 5.7 times higher than in the weakest,and is 3.4 times higher in the second lowest latitude pentile than in the ***,this study demonstrates a direct link between changes in the latitudinal position and intensity of WDs associated with the winter StJ,and moisture convergence,which leads to the occurrence of EPEs over WH during ENSo phases.

Background ovarian follicular fluid(FF)is a dynamic environment that changes with the seasons,affecting follicle development,ovulation,and oocyte *** in the follicles release tiny particles called extracellular vesicles(EVs)containing vital regulatory molecules,such as microrNAs(mirNAs).these mirNAs are pivotal in facilitating commu-nication within the follicles through diverse signaling and information transfer ***-coupled mirNA signaling is implicated to be associated with ovarian function,follicle and oocyte growth and response to various environmen-tal ***,we investigated how seasonal variations directly influence the ovulatory and anovulatory states of ovarian follicles and how are they associated with follicular fluid EV-coupled mirNA dynamics in *** Ultrasonographic monitoring and follicular fluid aspiration of preovulatory follicles in horses during the ano-vulatory(spring:non-breeding)and ovulatory(spring,summer,and fall:breeding)seasons and subsequent EV isola-tion and mirNA profiling identified significant variation in EV-mirNA cargo *** identified 97 mirNAs with dif-ferential expression among the groups and specific clusters of mirNAs involved in the spring transition(mir-149,-200b,-206,-221,-328,and-615)and peak breeding period(including mir-143,-192,-451,-302b,-100,and let-7c).Bioinformatic analyses showed enrichments in various biological functions,e.g.,transcription factor activity,transcrip-tion and transcription regulation,nucleic acid binding,sequence-specific DNA binding,p53 signaling,and post-trans-lational *** analyses revealed distinct sets of significantly up-and down-regulated mirNAs associ-ated with spring anovulatory(Cluster 1)and summer ovulation–the peak breeding season(Clusters 4 and 6).Conclusions the findings from the current study shed light on the dynamics of FF-EV-coupled mirNAs in relation to equine ovulatory and anovulatory seasons,and their roles in understanding the
