泰国护理专业本科学生循证实践水平的现状调查

目的旨在调查泰国护理专业本科学生循证实践(evidence-based practice,EBP)水平的现状。方法采用横断面研究设计。于2021年1一3月选取泰国5所公立大学的470名三年级和四年级的护理本科学生进行调查。采用学生循证实践问卷(the Student Evidence-Based Practice Questiomnaire,S-EBPQ)进行调查。结果S-EBPQ总均分为(5.29+0.71)分,4个分量表均分从高到低分别为态度(5.50+0.93)分、分享和应用EBP(5.37±0.87)分、实践(5.18+0.84)分、检索和回顾证据(5.10+0.81)分。有较多的EBP学习经历、熟悉研究方法、对临床决策有信心、对实践有准备及通过查阅期刊获取实践证据的护理专业学生EBP水平较高(P<0.05)。结论本研究可以为提高护理专业本科生在临床环境中的EBP水平提供策略,并可以应用到现有的护理课程中。

Long-term monitoring data reveal effects of age,population density,and environmental aspects on hatching success of Common Cranes(Grus grus)

Breeding philopatry is well known in the Black-headed Gull(Chroicocephalus ridibundus).Using a capture-markrecapture method,we studied if Black-headed Gulls show nest site tenacity and mate fidelity as well,and investigated if there are differences between a stable,and a newly established and fast-growing colony,as well as for differences between the center and edges of these colonies located in north-eastern *** found a high level of nest site tenacity in the center of the stable colony on B?hmke Island,and lower degrees of nest site tenacity at the edge of the same colony and in the newly established and fast-growing colony on Riether *** fidelity was very strong in all individuals which returned to their previous breeding place,regardless of the nest site location.

Background:Triphala extract is a well known medicinal herbal formula which is usually prescribed by Thai traditional doctors to adjust the physiological functions of the *** studies have reported that Triphala has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antihypercholesterolemia and anticancer *** this herbal recipe is commonly used in Thailand,its human safety,especially in the oral form,has not been *** therefore conducted a clinical trial(Phase I).Objective:This study evaluated the safety of administering the aqueous extract of Triphala to healthy volunteers at 2500 mg/***,setting,participants and interventions:An open-label,single-arm trial was conducted at Chulabhorn International College of Medicine,Thammasat University,Pathum Thani,Thailand,between July 2017 and July *** study enrolled 10 male and 10 female healthy volunteers;all were given Triphala(water extract;five capsules of 500 mg each)orally,once a day,at bedtime,for four consecutive *** outcome measures:Signs and symptoms,physical examinations,hematology and blood chemistry were assessed at the beginning of the trial and every week thereafter,for four consecutive *** finishing the trial,on day 28,all volunteers were invited to a follow-up session on day 35 to evaluate the safety of the herbal recipe using the same ***:At the oral dose of 2500 mg/d,Triphala had no serious adverse effects in healthy ***,it was found to have significantly improved the volunteers’high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels on day 35 and also reduced their blood sugar levels on days 14 and ***:We conclude that aqueous extract of Triphala is safe for healthy volunteers and that it elevates HDL-C levels and lowers blood *** clinical study should investigate its effects on HDL-C and blood sugar levels among the dyslipidemic and prediabetic *** registration:This trial was registered in the Thai Clinical Trial Regis

[目的]调查目前护士长的情绪智力、变革型领导行为的情况,探讨情绪智力与变革型领导行为之间的关系。[方法]采用问卷调查法对昆明医学院8所教学医院的216名护士长进行调查。[结果]护士长的整体的情绪智力处于高水平,但是她们对他人的情绪评估和情绪的调整仅为中度水平。护士长的整体变革领导型行为水平处于高水平,但是她们对共启前景和挑战过程仅为中度水平。两变量之间呈正相关。[结论]在医疗卫生体制改革和公立医院改革背景下,护理管理者应该加强对护士长的情绪智力的培训,进一步提高护士长变革型领导行为。

MIS TLIF与PLIF术治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症的围手术期护理成本比较

目的比较采用双侧椎弓根螺钉固定的微创经椎间孔腰椎椎间融合术(minimally invasive transforaminallumbar interbody fusion,MIS TLIF)和开放式经后路椎间融合术(posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果及围手术期护理成本。方法回顾性分析从2016年1月—2017年12月,由该科同一组医生完成的,共30例单节段腰椎管狭窄症患者行MIS TLIF双侧固定治疗,设为MIS TLIF组;共20例行PLIF双侧固定治疗,设为PLIF组。所有患者均随访至术后6个月。对比分析两组临床效果及围手术期护理成本相关指标:术中出血量,术后引流量,术后住院日,并发症发生率(%),术后6个月融合率(%);一级护理时数(h),使用阵痛药物次数(%),血费,护理费,一般治疗操作费。结果 MIS TLIF组术中出血量、术后引流量、术后住院日分别为(118.67±68.06)mL、(83.87±57.50)mL、(9.60±2.65)d均少于PLIF组(218.50±83.68)mL、(381.40±169.61)m L、(12.00±4.13)d(P0.05)。两组术后6个月融合率均为100%。关于血费及护理费用,MIS TLIP组分别为(64.40±122.01)元、(607.9±161.10)元低于PLIF组(318.25±470.86)元、(818.90±351.09)元(t=2.873,P0.05)。结论 MIS TLIP技术相比较于开放PLIF技术,前者可以有效减少术中出血量,术后住院日,术后引流量,血费和护理费用。这些临床效果和围手术期护理指标的减少,可以有效转变为减低医院成本。MIS TLIP术在临床效果及围手术期护理成本上的优势,可以为医院提供减少资源利用和增加手术病例数量的机会。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the antioxidant activities as well as phytochemical constituents of Antidesma thwaitesianum Mull. Arg. leaf extracts. METHODS： The leaves of A. thwaitesianum were extracted using three different methods： blending with distilled water, maceration with ethanol and decoction. The chemical antioxidant activity of the plant leaf extracts was evaluated using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryhydrazyl （DPPH） radical and 2,2＇-azinobis（3- ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid） diammonium salt （ABTS＊） radical scavenging assays, as well as the ferric reducing antioxidant power assay. Cellular antioxidant activity was determined by superoxide and nitric oxide scavenging assays. The cytotoxicity of the leaf extracts in RAW 264.7 and differentiated HL-60 cells was tested in parallel using 3-（4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl）-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide and 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-5-（3-carboxymethoxyphenyl）-2-（4-sulfophenyl）-2H-tetrazolium assays, respectively. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents were also assessed by spectrophotometric analysis Phytochemical constituents of the most potent extract were investigated by liquid chromatography with an electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer （LC-ESI-QTOF-MS/MS）. RESULTS： The ethanolic （ME） and decoction （LW） extracts of dried leaves had the highest chemical scavenging activity against DPPH and ABTS＋ free radicals with half maximal effective concentration （EC50） values ranging from 3.54 to 6.44 μg/mL. ME and LW exerted moderate ferric reducing activity, with ferric reducing antioxidant power values of 847.41 and 941.26 mg Fe2＋/g extract, respectively. Similarly, ME showed potent cellular scavenging activity against superoxide and nitric oxide radicals with EC50 values of 58.12 and 71.90 μg/mL, respectively.
