High-order harmonic generation(HHG)is currently utilized for developing compact table-top radiation sources to provide highly coherent extreme ultraviolet(XUV)and soft X-ray pulses;however,the low repetition rate of fundamental lasers,which is typically in the multi-kHz range,restricts the area of application for such HHG-based radiation ***,we demonstrate a novel method for realizing a MHz-repetition-rate coherent XUV light source by utilizing intracavity HHG in a mode-locked oscillator with an Yb:YAG thin disk laser medium and a 100-m-long ring *** have successfully implemented HHG by introducing two different rare gases into two separate foci and picking up each HH *** to the two different HH beams generated from one cavity,this XUV light source will open a new route to performing a time-resolved measurement with an XUV-pump and XUV-probe scheme at a MHzrepetition rate with a femtosecond resolution.

Case Report A 38-year-old woman underwent a hysterectomy for a uterine tumor. A giant circumscribed nodule with a diameter of 20 cm at its widest point was found within the myometrium of the uterine corpus without hemorrhage or necrosis. More than 10 specimens were pathologically examined. Eleven years after hysterectomy, she developed five tumors （the largest diameter = 2 cm） in the right lung and retroperitoneal tumor （the largest diameter = 9.5 cm）. Microscopic examination indicated uterine, retroperitoneal and pulmonary foci, which were characterized by a benign appearance, including nodular smoothmuscle proliferation. The smooth muscle cells had an oval shape with relatively clear cytoplasm and a few irregular nuclei. In each specimen, spindle-shaped cells showed an interlacing bundle pattern with intermediated cellularity. The mitotic index was very low and no nuclear atypia was observed （Fig. 1）. Even though the serial pathological examination did not indicate any malignant potential, we diagnosed this case as benign metastasizing leiomyoma （BML）.

AIM:To determine the effects of genetic variants associated with gallstone formation and capsaicin (a pungent component of chili pepper) metabolism on the risk of gallbladder cancer (GBC).METHODS: A total of 57 patients with GBC, 119 patients with gallstones, and 70 controls were enrolled in this study. DNA was extracted from their blood or paraffi n block sample using standard commercial kits. The statuses of the genetic variants were assayed using Taqman SNP Genotyping Assays or Custom Taqman SNP Genotyping ***:The non-ancestral T/T genotype of apolipoprotein B rs693 polymorphism was associated with a decreased risk of GBC (OR:0.14,95% CI:0.03-0.63). The T/T genotype of cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) rs708272 polymorphism was associated with an increased risk of GBC (OR:5.04,95% CI:1.43-17.8).CONCLUSION: Genetic variants involved in gallstone formation such as the apolipoprotein B rs693 and CETP rs 708272 polymorphisms may be related to the risk of developing GBC in Chilean women.

Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute febrile ilness characterized by systemic vasculitis affecting the small-and mediumsized arteries in children [1,2].One of the most critical complications of KD is the development of coronary artery lesions(CALs)approximately after 12 days of ilness,which may lead to myocardial infarction[3].High-dose intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)and oral administration of aspirin have been established as the first-line therapy for KD[4,5].

This research developed the technology which united ISO-GUM （International Organization of Standard-Guide to Express of Uncertainty in Measurement） and QE （Quality Engineer） strategically and employed both feature efficiently. Although to tow technology of purpose use is same, each has future. The purpose is scheduled to improve the accuracy as a result of the clinical examinations. The result of research was used for diagnosis by equivalent Quality Control （eqQC） of the same level when and where, that are needed for broader-based medical system of the time of IT-era. Since National Institute of Standard and Technology （NIST） is recommend use of complicated operation by ISO-GUM for uniting, realization required the newest high quality computer technology. The algorithm of the complexity system of operation is that Fast Fourier Transform （FFT）, Inverse Fast Fourier Transform （IFFT） and Multi-variance Analysis （MA） are needed in Fig. 4. The main new improving points are changed of ambiguous expression method of data, and the pursuit which the cause of worsens accuracy put into data. All data with an assurance reported the final result for patient or donor. Medical laboratory quality system service is offered essential in the laboratory to be correct result for health care by Good Laboratory Practices （GLP） useful ISO 15189. Quality Assurance （QA） is achieved though system reliability.

Persistent ascending or descending mesocolon is an embryological anomaly that occurs during the final process of intestinal development in ***,the primitive dorsal mesocolon fails to fuse with the parietal peritoneum in the fifth month of ***,we describe a case of ascending colon cancer with persistent ascending and descending mesocolon treated by laparoscopic right *** computed tomography imaging of the abdomen demonstrated that the descending colon shifted at the midline of the abdomen and the sigmoid colon was located under the ascending *** detailed preoperative imaging examination revealed malpositioning of the large intestine and aided in the procedural *** persistent mesocolon may result in the formation of abnormal adhesions,an accurate preoperative diagnosis is *** propose that it is important to consider this anomaly when making the preoperative imaging diagnosis to ensure a safe operation.

Multiple carcinoids in the duodenum, pancreas and stomach accompanied with type A gastritis: A case report

We report a case of multiple duodenal, pancreatic, and gastric carcinoids. A 67-year old woman was admitted to our hospital for treatment of a duodenal carcinoid. Laboratory tests revealed that the patient was associated with macrocytic anemia and hypergastrinemia, and type A gastritis was shown by gastrofiberscopy. During surgery, another tumor was incidentally found in the head of the pancreas. The tumors in the duodenum and pancreas were completely excised by pancreatoduodenectomy and immunohistologically diagnosed as gastrin-and serotonin-producing carcinoids, respectively. Pathological examination revealed that in addition to the grossly found carcinoids, there were subclinical carcinoids, one of which was an endocrine cell micronest, located in the stomach and duodenum. The tumors in the duodenum, pancreas, and stomach showed different characteristics from one another morphologically and immunochemically. Although no definitive evidence has been obtained, some sort of genetic anomaly may have been involved in this case, and hypergastrinemia due to duodenal gastrinoma may induce multiple gastric carcinoids.

The azoospermia factor(AZF)region is important for spermatogenesis,and deletions within these regions are a common cause of oligozoospermia and *** several studies have reported this cause,the present research,to the best of our knowledge,is the first large-scale study assessing this factor in *** this study,1030 male patients with infertility who were examined for Y chromosome microdeletion using the polymerase chain reaction-reverse sequence-specific oligonucleotide(PCR-rSSO)method,a newly developed method for Y chromosome microdeletion screening,were *** study enrolled 250 patients with severe oligospermia and 717 patients with *** the 1030 patients,4,4,10,and 52 had AZFa,AZFb,AZFb+c,and AZFc deletions,*** sperm recovery rate(SRR)of microdissection testicular sperm extraction in patients with AZFc deletions was significantly higher than that in those without AZF deletions(60.0%vs 28.7%,P=0.04).In patients with gr/gr deletion,SRR was 18.7%,which was lower than that in those without gr/gr deletion,but was not statistically *** conclusion,our study showed that the frequency of Y chromosome microdeletion in male patients in Japan was similar to that reported in patients from other countries,and SRR was higher in patients with AZFc deletion.
