BACKGRoUND Gender consciousness directly affects the development of gender identity,which is a continuous and lifelong ***,hospitalization is a part of many children's lives and has an impact on their gender *** To.investigate the current situation of gender identity in lower primary school children by conducting a survey of 202 hospitalized children in the lower grades and to provide a theoretical basis and foundation for the cultivation of gender identity and medical treatment of children based on the *** study aims to.inspire clinical medical staff to scientifically and reasonably arrange hospital wards for lower primary school children and pay attention to gender protection during the medical treatment process and to help children shape a unified and clear gender identity,which will enable them to better integrate into society and promote their personality *** The gender consciousness scale for elementary and middle school students was RESULTS Gender identity was already present in lower primary school *** children's gender roles and gender equality consciousness were strong,exceeding the critical value,but their gender characteristics,gender identity,and gender ideal consciousness were *** aged 6 had the weakest gender identity,and girls had significantly stronger gender identity than *** Gender identity is already present in lower primary school children,providing a basis and inspiration for the cultivation of gender identity and medical treatment of lower primary school *** medical staff should be aware of and understand these results and should scientifically and reasonably arrange hospital wards for lower primary school children.

Gastric cancer is highly prevalent among digestive tract *** to the intri-cate nature of the gastric cancer immune microenvironment,there is currently no effective treatment available for advanced gastric ***,there is promising potential for immunotherapy targeting the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype 4(EP4)in gastric *** our previous study,we identified a novel small molecule EP4 receptor antagonist called *** with YY001 alone demonstrated a significant reduction in gastric cancer growth and inhibited tumor metastasis to the lungs in a mouse ***,adminis-tration of YYo01 stimulated a robust immune response within the tumor microenvironment,characterized by increased infiltration of antigen-presenting cells,T cells,and M1 ***,our research revealed that YYo01 exhibited remarkable synergistic ef-fects when combined with the PD-1 antibody and the clinically targeted drug apatinib,rather than *** findings suggest that YYo01 holds great promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for gastric cancer,whether used as a standalone treatment or in combination with other drugs.

In this work， one-step growth models using hyperspectral imaging (HSI) (400–1 000) nm were successfully developed in order to estimate the microbial loads， minimum growth temperature (Tmin) and maximum specific growth rate (μmax) of Brochothrix thermosphacta in chilled beef at isothermal temperatures (4–25) ℃. Three different methods were compared for model development， particularly using (Model I) the predicted microbial loads from partial least squares regression of the whole spectral variables; (Model II) the selected spectral variables related to microbial loads; and (Model III) the first principal scores of HSI spectra by principal component analysis. Consequently， Model I showed the best ability to predict the microbial loads of B. thermosphacta， with the coefficient of determination (Rv2) and root mean square error in internal validation (RMSEV) of 0.921 and 0.498 (lg (CFU/g)). The Tmin(–12.32 ℃) and μmaxcan be well estimated with R2and RMSE of 0.971 and 0.276 (lg (CFU/g))， respectively. The upward trend of μmaxwith temperature was similar to that of the plate count method. HSI technique thus can be used as a simple method for one-step growth simulation of B. thermosphacta in chilled beef during storage.

This work provides a new multimodal fusion generative adversarial net(GAN)model,Multiple Conditions Transform W-net(MCSTransWnet),which primarily uses femtosecond laser arcuate keratotomy surgical parameters and preoperative corneal topography to predict postoperative corneal topography in astigmatism-corrected *** MCSTransWnet model comprises a generator and a discriminator,and the generator is composed of two *** first sub-generator extracts features using the U-net model,vision transform(ViT)and a multi-parameter conditional module branch.The second sub-generator uses a U-net network for further image *** discriminator uses the pixel discriminator in ***,most GAN models are convolutional neural networks;however,due to their feature extraction locality,it is difficult to comprehend the relationships among global ***,we added a vision Transform network as the model branch to extract the global *** is normally difficult to train the transformer,and image noise and geometric information loss are ***,we adopted the standard U-net fusion scheme and transform network as the generator,so that global features,local features,and rich image details could be obtained *** experimental results clearly demonstrate that MCSTransWnet successfully predicts postoperative corneal topographies(structural similarity=0.765,peak signal-to-noise ratio=16.012,and Fréchet inception distance=9.264).Using this technique to obtain the rough shape of the postoperative corneal topography in advance gives clinicians more references and guides changes to surgical planning and improves the success rate of surgery.
