Response of wild Avena species to fungal infection of grain

Sixty-six accessions belonging to Avena species(A. atlantica, A. canariensis, A. clauda, ***, A. hirtula, A. longiglumis, A. wiestii, A. agadiriana, A. barbata, A. vaviloviana, ***, A. magna, A. murphyi, ***, A. ludoviciana, A. occidentalis, A. sterilis, A. sativa, and A. byzantina) obtained from the N. I. Vavilov Institute of plant Genetic Resources(VIR) were tested for the infection of grain by Alternaria and Cladosporium at the genus level and by a group of trichothecene-producing Fusarium fungi. Real-time pCR was performed to quantify fungal abundance and ELISA was performed for mycotoxin analysis in grain. The average amounts of all tested fungi in tetraploid Avena species were higher than those in diploid and hexaploid species. Low amounts of deoxynivalenol(DoN) were detected in seven hexaploid genotypes(A. sterilis, A. byzantina, A. sativa, and A. fatua) and one diploid genotype(***). The relationship between some morphological traits(1000-grain weight, percent of husk, trichome density, and plant height) of Avena species and grain infection by fungi and mycotoxins was investigated. Alternaria and Cladosporium fungi could not penetrate the husk. A highly negative correlation of the amounts of their DNA with the proportions of husk in grain as well as with trichome density was found. In contrast, a significant positive correlation between the amount of Fusarium DNA and these traits was found. A strong negative correlation bctween plant height and DNA of the analyzed fungi was found. The oats least infected by Alternaria, Cladosporium, and Fusarium fungi and containing low amounts of DoN were accessions of the hexaploids A. byzantina, ***, A. sativa, A. sterilis,and the diploid A. lwiestii.

Considerations for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in primary immunodeficiency disorders

High-quality Bi2Se3 microcrystals were grown by the physical vapor transport （pVT） method without using a foreign transport agent. The microplate crystals grown under the optimal temperature gradient are well faceted and have dimensions up to -200 μm, The growth proceeds by the layer-by-layer mecha- nism with the formation of flat low-growth rate facets. The phase composition of the grown crystals was identified by the X-ray single crystal structure analysis in space group R3m, a = 4.1356（3）, C= 28.634（5）A, Z=3 （R=0.0147）. The most probable twin planes in the tetradymite structure were evaluated by the pseudo translational sublattice merhad.

从2014年起国际石油价格开始迅速下跌,直接导致俄罗斯经济衰退。2013年到2015年国际油价从每桶118美元下滑至每桶不足50美元。石油价格的剧烈波动与西方国家对俄罗斯经济制裁措施造成俄罗斯货币危机和经济结构危机发生。俄罗斯是产油大国,目前俄罗斯已探明原油储量达到1114.42亿吨。俄罗斯的燃料动力联合体决定20%多国内总产值的附加值,50%左右国内出口总值及40%左右国家预算总税额。为了摆脱原料出口的依赖,俄罗斯应该采取许多调整经济结构和完善金融制度的政策措施。本文的重点在于俄罗斯经济现状分析,石油危机和石油市场的特点研究,国际油价波动如何影响俄罗斯经济发展,包括俄罗斯金融制度、进出口贸易、采掘业、加工业和服务业的发展。最终提出相应对策和建议。全文共分六个部分。绪论部分主要阐述论文题目的研究背景、国内外研究综述、研究方法和内容。第二章主要的内容是石油危机的相关理论以及石油危机与经济危机相互关系的分析。本文的第三章对于石油危机现状,俄罗斯石油市场和俄罗斯经济现状进行研究,包括进出口贸易、投资和国际合作的方面。第四章的内容是石油价格波动对俄罗斯经济的影响研究,以及石油危机发生之后,对于俄罗斯经济宏观指数的变化和各个行业发展数据进行分析。其中包括石油价格对俄罗斯国内总产值、贸易差额、收支平衡、通胀率影响分析,油价波动对俄罗斯卢布、采掘业、加工业和服务业发展影响研究,以及油价波动对俄罗斯人民生活水平影响研究,包括失业率,收入水平等。本文第五章的研究核心是对于石油危机对俄罗斯经济发展影响提出相关发展方向和建议。

Isolation of γδT cells from mouse small intestine

Gamma/delta T cells (γδТ cells) are among the first lymphoid cells appearing in the ontogenesis. Many of γδТ cells are located in the small intestine/lamina propria of mice and human, where they cooperate with different cells (B-1 cells, in particular) and influence their activity. However, such interactions are studied rather scanty, and the functional role of γδТ cells in the intestine?is not yet fully elucidated. To study the interactions of mouse γδТ cells with other cells it is necessary to have purified cell populations. Unfortunately, most approaches used for isolation of human γδТ cells are not suitable for isolation of mouse γδТ cells. The aim of the present study is the modification of the method of mouse intestinal γδТ cell isolation in the quantities sufficient for the in vivo and in vitro experiments.

Analysis of statistical dependencies between intellectual characteristics and gaming ability,measured with the aid of a computer game

The aim of this paper is testing a computer game as an alternative tool for the assessment of intelligence and creativity of school *** relevance of the research task is determined by the growing interest in practical psychology in the use of computer games as a special diagnostic tool in educational *** are two original factor models that have been developed and the structural equation modeling of measured parameters has been carried *** relationships between game dynamic and final individual results in the computer game,on the one hand,and psychometric intelligence and divergent creativity,on the other,are *** correlation between the above-mentioned and individually measured intellectual and creativity characteristics of the participants with the computer game results was *** of these characteristics in the form of a common latent factor makes it possible to identify the corresponding dependencies only in some cases when there is a dividing the sample into groups according to their ability ***,the dynamics of game scoring allows to refer participants to the target group with a certain level of abilities(high intelligence and creativity versus low intelligence and creativity),and it is the high level of psychological traits that determines effectiveness in the game behavior,but not vice *** qualitative ratios of the two groups of subsets of participants were revealed:weak,medium and strong players and players with three different levels of psychological *** prospects for the further use of computer games for assessment of cognitive abilities in the measurement of combination of psychological abilities are discussed.

汉语近义词辨析一直是我们俄罗斯学生汉语学习的重点和难点。以“刚刚”和“刚才”这组近义词为例,虽然它们在语义、句法和语用方面存在很多区别,但因其所对应的俄语词相同,导致俄罗斯留学生在学习使用时经常出现各种偏误。本文通过问卷调查和访谈调查相结合的方式,对俄罗斯留学生习得“刚刚”和“刚才”的情况作了全面且深入的调查与研究。我们对调查所得的第一手语料进行了分类并做了细致的数据统计,运用偏误分析的研究方法,全面且客观地分析了俄罗斯留学生对这两个词的习得情况。调查数据显示,“刚刚”的使用偏误率高于“刚才”,其偏误类型的发生率由高到低依次为:遗漏、误代、错序。调查研究显示,造成俄罗斯留学生“刚刚”和“刚才”使用偏误的原因主要有:学习汉语过程中的母语负迁移、目的语知识泛化、学习策略过于简化、教学方面的不足等。最后,本文从学生、教师和教材三个方面存在的问题进行了深入的剖析与研究,对俄罗斯学生的汉语教学提出了针对性的建议。
