In this study, we have presented the climate and psamo.herapy results at the Tavan Els Kidney Sanato.ium o. Mo.go.ia. Patient variety fo. 10 years, since 2001-2011 there admitted 2000 patients in their remissio. o. chro.ic kidney illness. Co.tents o. renal diseases diagno.es are as fo.lo.ing: glo.erulo.ephritis 52%, phylo.ephritis 35%, hydro.ephro.is 3%, o.structive renal disease 2%, chro.ic renal failure 7% and debatic nephro.athy 1%. Sand sauna therapy is lain into.heated sand baths fo. adults 8 to.20 mins and fo. child 7 to.15 mins lo.g, and it is perfo.med twice a day (mo.ning and afterno.n) fo. 2 o. 3 weeks o.ce a year. Particularly, the sanato.ium o.fers a type o. physio.herapy thro.gh the applicatio. o. thermally warmed sand and a co.binatio. o. healthy micro.bio.limate, purity o. the natural enviro.ment, and the presence o. fresh and healthy lo.al fo.ds to.treat a wide range o. medical co.ditio.s. The sand sauna treatment mo.t likely affects the bo.y by means o. the sand’s high temperature and the presence o. chemical elements tho.e are bio.o.ically impo.tant. Its specific climate and geo.raphical co.ditio. o. sanato.ium is unique by length o. sunshine, wind and co.tent, co.o. o. sand.

Backgro.nd: Due to.wo.ldwide increases in the prevalence o. antibio.ic-resistant bacteria, it is necessary to.develo. an active drug delivery system that can enable therapeutics to.reach their mo.ecular targets. Maintaining the co.centratio. o. any drug in the blo.d at a certain level fo. a lo.g time is critical in the practice o. drug therapy. With the increased frequency o. drug use, the blo.d co.centratio. o. drugs exceeds the therapeutic level, leading to.to.icity o. ineffectiveness. To.so.ve these pro.lems, in recent years, much attentio. has been given to.develo.ing micro.nano.preparatio.s by encapsulating bio.o.ically active co.po.nds o. po.ymeric carriers. Therefo.e, we aimed to.extract pectin fro. sea bucktho.n peel, prepare micro.apsules co.taining antibio.ics, and determine their physical and chemical pro.erties. Metho.s: Wastes were separated fro. sea bucktho.n under “Medical raw materials Dry fruit o. Hippo.hae rhamno.des MNS 5225:2002”. Pectin was iso.ated fro. sea bucktho.n waste acco.ding to.the “metho. fo. determinatio. o. pectins MNS3080:1981” standard. The degree o. esterificatio. was determined acco.ding to.ISo.7623:2016. Antibio.ic encapsulatio. with co.cervates and water-based emulsio.s was perfo.med. Antibio.ic sensitivity was determined by micro.ilutio. acco.ding to.the Clinical Labo.ato.y Standard Institute (МТ100-S27) metho.. The results were determined between standard strains o. Staphylo.o.cus aureus ATCC 29213 and MRSA ATCC 2758 at different dilutio. co.centratio.s. Result: Pectin is a bro.n po.der with a so.r taste and no.o.o.. There was 71.4% esterificatio. o. pectin, 8.9% yield, 1.3% free carbo.yl gro.p, 3.2% methylated carbo.yl gro.p, 4.5% to.al carbo.yl gro.p, 3.5% ash, and 0.1% nitro.en. A study o. the antibacterial activity o. pectin co.taining do.ycycline hyclate fo.nd that the inhibitio. o. bacterial gro.th was 0.8 times less than that o. pure pectin. Backgro.nd: Mo.e than half (54.4 percent) o. adults, o.e in every six children under five years o.d (16.7 percent), and o.e in every eight ado.escents (12.5 percent) are o.erweight o. o.ese in Mo.go.ia. Metho.s: The study was co.ducted during 2015-2018 including 500 children fro. kindergarten №5, 350 scho.l children aged 6 - 18 years o.d, 320 civil servants aged 22 - 60, 250 peo.le in private secto.s in Yeso.bulag, Go.i-Altai pro.ince, Mo.go.ia. Co.munity based Cro.s sectio.al study was undertaken. Questio.naire was used to.interview the study participants and anthro.o.etry measurements were perfo.med. Bo.y mass index was calculated by Kettle index (BMI = weight (kg)/height (m2)) and SPSS-17 was utilized fo. statistical analysis o. the data. Fasting blo.d was tested fo. parameters including gluco.e, high density lipo.ro.ein, triglycerides, cho.estero. in the blo.d test o. 170 peo.le using analyzer (SPo.CHEMTM EZ mo.el SP-4430, Japan). Result: 32% o. the prescho.l children were at risk o. beco.ing o.erweight, 10% were o.erweight, 8% were o.ese, 40% o. scho.l age children were o.erweight, 6% o. them were o.ese and the o.esity and o.erweight prevalence amo.g ado.escents were statistically significant (р o.her age gro.p children. 34.8% o. the self-emplo.ed peo.le were o.erweight, 56.8% were o.ese and 67% o. men and 87% o. wo.en had central o.esity. 74.4% do.’t do.any active physical activity o. spo.ts and 70% respo.ded that there is a space barrier fo. do.ng spo.ts activity. 38% o. the civil servants were o.erweight and 30.5% were o.ese. The blo.d test fo. self-emplo.ed peo.le revealed that 33.3% o. them were at high risk o. high cho.estero. level and triglyceride, high density lipo.ro.ein and gluco.e parameters were no.mal. 38.2% o. the civil servants were at high risk o. high cho.estero. level. This study pro.ides a map o. glacial geo.o.pho.o.y o. Mt. Asralt Khairkhan and Mt. Baga Khentii Saridag in Khentii Mo.ntain Range in no.theastern Mo.go.ia. In the Khentii Mo.ntain Range, o.ly two.types o. glacial landfo.ms including glacial cirques and terminal mo.aines are o.served fo. the paleo.lacial reco.structio.s o. Mt. Asralt Khairkhan and Mt. Baga Khentii Saridag, and are mapped based o. a mapping fro. 30 m reso.utio. ASTER DEM and Landsat 8 satellite imagery. Spatial distributio. o. the glacial landfo.ms indicates that the Khentii Mo.ntain Range has experienced valley glaciatio.s with small ice caps centered o. the high mo.ntains. The glacial cirques mark numero.s glacial ero.io.al landfo.ms, while the terminal mo.aines indicate glacial advances and depo.itio.al landfo.ms at o.tlets o. valleys. o.ter limits o. these glacial landfo.ms sho. their maximum glaciatio. o. 10.0 km2 and 0.7 km2 fo. Mt. Asralt Khairkhan and Mt. Baga Khentii Saridag, respectively. This study demo.strates that spatial analysis o. the glacial landfo.ms is crucial fo. reviewing the paleo.lacier extent. The map o. the glacial geo.o.pho.o.y will be a key fo. further detailed studies in paleo.lacio.o.y and paleo.limate o. the mo.ntain range.

This study presents the changes in lake areas in the Valley o. Lakes, the Go.i regio., so.thern Mo.go.ia. The recent changes in lake areas sho. decreases depending o. vulnerability o. lake basins and respo.se o. Go.i landscape to.the present climatic warming. During the recent 44 - 45 years (fro. 1970 to.2014 o. 2015), mo.ern lakes have enco.ntered the present rapid increase in temperature, water evapo.atio. and drying up that induced the reductio. in lake areas in the Valley o. Lakes. The finding o. the reductio. in lake areas is co.sistent with the trends o. increasing in temperature since 1995 and fluctuating precipitatio. since 1975. Investigatio.s with detailed chro.o.o.y o. lake sediment are needed fro. the lakes to.review a mo.e co.plete evo.utio. o. lake basins during the Late Quaternary paleo.limatic histo.y in Mo.go.ia and Central Asia.
