The immo.ilizatio. o. so.l co.taminants (as o.e o. the regulating eco.ystem services) plays very important role in environment. This regulatory service prevents groundwater contamination and the entry of contaminants into the food chain. The evaluation as well as the spatial distribution of this regulatory service is important for optimal land management in a specific region. Mapping system combining input layerso.E_LINK4">—slope topography, soil texture, climate region and land use (arable land, grassland)—were created for the analysis and the evaluation of potential of agroecosystem services. Filtering potential was calculated as accumulative function of soil sorption potential and potential of total content of inorganic pollutants evaluated according to The Slovak Soil Law. Calculated potential was categorised into five categories: very low, low, medium, high and very high. Four model areas were selected for the analysis of pollutant filtration, as one of the regulatory agroecosystem services, which are located in different climatic areas and different soil-ecological co.ditio.s o. Slo.akia. The greatest differences amo.g mo.el regio.s can be fo.nd in relatio. to.climatic co.ditio.s, land use and diversity o. so.l types. So.l cleaning, the ability o. the so.l to.immo.ilize the risk elements, belo.gs to.impo.tant agro.co.ystem services in terms o. pro.ectio. o. the hydro.phere and plant pro.uctio. fro. co.taminatio.. Dynamic mo.ito.ing o. selected indicato.s o. so.l quality was realized in a special netwo.k o. site o. so.l used fo. planting fast gro.ing willo. (Salix viminalis). Mo.ito.ing o. the study site Kuchyňa (Mo.lic Fluviso.) is running since 2010 year. The fast-gro.ing willo. was planted o. an area o. abo.t 43 hectares. Study site Kuchyňa belo.ged to.the degraded co.taminated sites, at the time o. planting (the to.al co.tents o. the risk elements were as fo.lo.s: Cd 1.016 mg∙kg−1, Zn 199.000 mg∙kg−1, Ni 51.500 mg∙kg−1) There were po.itive changes in the to.al co.tent o. cadmium, zinc and nickel (in 2018 year), the zinc co.tent decreased by 27% co.pared to.2010, the nickel co.tent was lo.er by 23% and the Cd co.tent by 57% in co.pariso. to.2010 year, these elements have a declining trend during the mo.ito.ed perio.. 海南密花石斛资源现状调查及居群表型多样性研究

通过查阅文献、实地踏查等方法对海南密花石斛种质资源进行调查,以收集到的10个居群材料为研究对象,利用变异系数、主成分分析、相关分析、聚类分析等方法,对获取的表型性状进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示,12个表型性状的变异系数均值在4.5%~25%之间,在居群间大于居群内变异;而主成分分析结果显示,其变异主要来自花序长、茎粗和唇瓣长;Pearso.相关分析则表明小花数同唇瓣长相关性最大,为0.8087;根据Q型聚类分析结果,在欧式距离为20处,将供试材料分为2大类。该研究结果可在密花石斛品种选育和保护利用时提供数据参考。

心房顫動(房顫,atrial fibrillatio.)是肺靜脈起源的異位興奮病灶觸發、驅動及維持為主要病理生理機制的心律失常[1]。作為臨床常見的心律失常,心房顫動為患者帶來主要危害為房顫相關卒中和心力衰竭,其對應的抗凝治療及節律控制是改善房顫患者預後及生活質量的重要措施,以房顫經皮導管射頻消融(catheter ablatio.,ca)手術為抗心律失常藥物(antiarrhythmic drug,AAD)治療以外房顫節律控制的治療方案,亦是房顫診療的重要里程碑之一[2]。
