Solar energy is a natural resource which can be harnessed to provide clean electricity for hydrogen production ***, this technology is not widely used because of control issues, particularly for hydrogen refuelling stations. At present,direct or DC-DC converter couplings are the most common system configurations for hydrogen refuelling stations. However, these system configurations are costly and suffer from gas shortage at hydrogen refuelling stations. Furthermore, the hydrogen produced by such system configurations varies considerably depending on the levels of solar radiation. In order to address these issues, a new system configuration is proposed, incorporating the feedback signal of the storage level in the control system. The photovoltaic(PV) system, electrolyzer, and storage tank are integrated with a fuzzy logic controller(FLC) to determine the backup current compensation for electrolyzer operation in order to obtain the minimum power required for hydrogen production. The proposed FLC is constructed with three input variables which are the PV current, hydrogen storage level, and the battery state of charge. The rules-based fuzzy inference process is based on the proposed configuration which combines the advantages of direct and DC-DC converter coupling configurations. The simulation results show that the proposed configuration offers better adaptability to variable radiation conditions compared to other methods. This gives a more promising option for ensuring the adequacy of hydrogen supply at hydrogen refuelling stations.

Hydrogen is starting to be mentioned as an alternative fuel to replace the fossil fuel in future transportation applications due to its characteristics of zero greenhouse gas emission and high energy efficiency. Before hydrogen fuel and its facilities can be introduced to the public, relevant safety issues and its hazards must be assessed in order to avoid any chance of injury or loss. While a traditional risk assessment has difficulty in prioritizing the risk of failure modes, this paper proposes a new fuzzy-based risk evaluation technique which uses fuzzy value to prioritize the risk of various scenarios. In this study, the final risk of each failure modes was prioritized by using the MATLAB fuzzy logic tool box with a combination of two assessments. The first assessment was concerned with the criteria which affected the actual probability of *** assessment considered the availability of the standard that was applied to prevent the likelihood of the scenario occurring. On the other hand, the second assessment was focused on evaluating the consequence of the failure by taking into account the availability of detection and the complexity of the failure rather than only the severity of the scenarios. A total of 87 failure scenarios were identified using failure modes and effect analysis(FMEA) procedures on hydrogen refueling station models. Fuzzy-based assessments were performed through risk prioritizing various failure scenarios with a fuzzy value(0 to 1) and risk level(low, medium, and high)while a traditional risk assessment approach presented the risks only in forms of level(low, medium, and/or high). Availability of the fuzzy value enabled further prioritizing on the risk results that fell in the same level of risk. This study concluded that fuzzy-based risk evaluation is able to further prioritize the decisions when compared with a traditional risk assessment method.

BACKGROUND Hepatic steatosis is a major cause of chronic liver ***-dimensional(2D)ultrasound is the most widely used non-invasive tool for screening and monitoring,but associated diagnoses are highly *** To develop a scalable deep learning(DL)algorithm for quantitative scoring of liver steatosis from 2D ultrasound *** Using multi-view ultrasound data from 3310 patients,19513 studies,and 228075 images from a retrospective cohort of patients received elastography,we trained a DL algorithm to diagnose steatosis stages(healthy,mild,moderate,or severe)from clinical ultrasound *** was validated on two multiscanner unblinded and blinded(initially to DL developer)histology-proven cohorts(147 and 112 patients)with histopathology fatty cell percentage diagnoses and a subset with FibroScan *** also quantified reliability across scanners and *** were evaluated using Bland-Altman and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)*** The DL algorithm demonstrated repeatable measurements with a moderate number of images(three for each viewpoint)and high agreement across three premium ultrasound *** diagnostic performance was observed across all viewpoints:Areas under the curve of the ROC to classify mild,moderate,and severe steatosis grades were 0.85,0.91,and 0.93,*** DL algorithm outperformed or performed at least comparably to FibroScan control attenuation parameter(CAP)with statistically significant improvements for all levels on the unblinded histology-proven cohort and for“=severe”steatosis on the blinded histology-proven *** The DL algorithm provides a reliable quantitative steatosis assessment across view and scanners on two multi-scanner *** performance was high with comparable or better performance than the CAP.

＜正＞Due to the continuous advances of multimedia network technology and the rapid growth of internet bandwidth, people can access the data of multimedia in internet much quickly and conveniently. However, the text-based image retrieval system provided by the internet now a day does not satisfy people in searching multimedia information. They need a visual retrieval mode which is more directly perceived through the human senses. The traditional on-line encyclopedia is formed with many texts and static images. The on-line multimedia encyclopedia adds a large number of stream video files. However, a prepositional work of film editing will consume lots of manpower and money. In this research, we try to use the video shots detection system to do the semi-automatic video analysis to gather the construction of video and rapidly create a video index. We also can apply this technology to the digital multimedia publishing environment by utilizing the Microsoft Asp. net framework. Then we build a simple video metadata database and video streams sever and we use video shots index to enhance the efficiency of video retrieval. To build the video metadata which conform the standard （ MPEG-7） can help us effectively retrieve the content of video parts. We can apply this technology in multicast broadcast service in internet. The client user can browse the video index and retrieve the metadata to select the video segments which they are interested in. Then the websever transmits these specific video segments to client user. Besides, the user actively participates the annotation of metadata is helpful to reduce arbitrary error. Some metadata can be easily or rapidly generated in the automatic analyzing process, while others are resulted from explicit effort of the semi-automatic metadata generation.

From a survey of worm parasites among 24 species of freshwater fishes in Tat Hu, the present paper reports 9 species of Phyllodistomum found in 9 different hosts; among them, 4 are new species, 2 new records, 3 new host records, 2 formerly reported, and with 1 species undetermined.
