Sodium with low cost and high abundance is considered as a substitute element of lithium for batteries and supercapacitors,which need the appropriate host materials to accommodate the relatively large Na^(+) *** to Li^(+) storage,Na^(+) storage makes higher demands on the structural optimization of perovskite bismuth ferrite(BiFeO_(3)).We propose a novel strategy of defect engineering on BiFeO_(3) through Na and V codoping for high-efficiency Na^(+) storage,to reveal the roles of oxygen vacancies and V ions played in the enhanced electrochemical energy storage performances of Na-ion *** formation of the oxygen vacancies in the Na and V codoped BiFeO_(3)(denoted as nv-BFO),is promoted by Na doping and suppressed by V doping,which can be demonstrated by XPS and EPR *** the first-principles calculations,the oxygen vacancies and V ions in nv-BFO are confirmed to substantially lower the Na^(+)migration energy barriers through the space and electric field effects,to effectively promote the Na^(+) transport in the *** kinetic analysis of the nv-BFO//nv-BFO capacitors indicates the dominant capacitive-controlled capacity,which depends on fast Na^(+) deintercalation-intercalation process in the nv-BFO *** nv-BFO//nv-BFO capacitors open up a new avenue for developing highperformance Na-ion capacitors.

Caveolin proteins are the fundamental components of *** the nervous system,recent studies have confirmed the expression of caveolins in brain and have been linked to the regulation of various neuronal processes,including hippocampal plasticity. Estrogen is an important endogenous substance. Estrogen action is mediated by estrogen receptors(ERs),members of the nuclear receptor family and ligand-activated transcription factors that control the expression of estrogen -responsive ***αcontains three ***α-66,ERα-46 and ERα-*** is demonstrated that ERα-36 inhibits the estrogen -dependent and estrogen-independent transactivation activities of ERα-66 and ERβ. It is found that estrogens and antiestrogens can both stimulate cell proliferation through membrane-associated ERα-*** will be interesting to study the mechanisms of ERα-36 me- diates membrane-initiated estrogen and antiestrogen *** this experiment,the structures of the normal rat brain were observed by HE *** caveolin-1 expression in neonatal rat brain and its changes with the development of the brain in the early postnatal are also observed by immunohistochemistry. Meanwhile,Western Blot is performed to detect the expression of the Caveolin -1 and ERα-36 protein in the early postnatal rat *** of these provide us a basis to explore the possible function of ERα-36 during brain development and its relationship with *** results showed that.(1) Caveolin-1 is expressed in cortex,hippocampus, periventricular and cerebellum of the neonatal rat brain;(2) The expression of Caveolin-1 in neonatal rat hippocampus is the lowest compared with other ages,increased in 15 days,and its expression reached the high- est point on 21days and 30days;(3) ERα-36 is found expressed in cortex、diencephalon、hippocampus and cerebellum of the neonatal rat brain,and the expression levels in cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum is significantly higher than that of diencephalon;Conclusion: ***

Non-flow aqueous zinc-bromine batteries without auxiliary components(e.g.,pumps,pipes,storage tanks)and ion-selective membranes represent a cost-effective and promising technology for large-scale energy ***,they generally suffer from serious diffusion and shuttle of polybromide(Br^(-),Br^(3-))due to the weak physical adsorption between soluble polybromide and host carbon materials,which results in low energy efficiency and poor cycling ***,we develop a novel self-capture organic bromine material(1,10-bis[3-(trimethylammonio)propyl]-4,4'-bipyridinium bromine,nvBr4)to successfully realize reversible solid complexation of bromide components for stable non-flow zinc-bromine battery *** quaternary ammonium groups(nv^(4+)ions)can effectively capture the soluble polybromide species based on strong chemical interaction and realize reversible solid complexation confined within the porous electrodes,which transforms the conventional“liquid-liquid”conversion of soluble bromide components into“liquid-solid”model and effectively suppresses the shuttle ***,the developed non-flow zinc-bromide battery provides an outstanding voltage platform at 1.7 V with a notable specific capacity of 325 mAh g^(-1)nvBr4(1 A g^(-1)),excellent rate capability(200 mAh g^(-1)nvBr4 at 20 A g^(-1)),outstanding energy density of 469.6 Wh kg^(-1)and super-stable cycle life(20,000 cycles with 100%Coulombic efficiency),which outperforms most of reported zinc-halogen *** mechanism analysis and DFT calculations demonstrate that the chemical interaction of quaternary ammonium groups and bromide species is the main reason for suppressing the shuttle *** developed strategy can be extended to other halogen batteries to obtain stable charge storage.

A facile chemical method for the development of photocatalytic coating products was proposed based on practical application perspective for the Hong Kong roadside nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))***_(2)-based photocatalytic coating PC-C film with crystallized size of around 5–6 nm was synthesized with the peptization of H_(2)O_(2).The PC-C coating possesses a super-hydrophilicity surface and is proven to have a NO_(x)degradation rate of 46.8%with an optimum pH level of *** addition,the PC-C coating presents a promising photocatalytic NO_(x)degradation compared with other commercially available coating products and P25 when applied on two building materials of poly-methyl methacrylate(PMMA)and concrete surface.A weather resistance simulation and a 180-day on-site field trial were carried out the attenuation effects of photocatalytic coating applied in outdoor *** on epidemiological estimation and field investigation,hospital admissions for respiratory diseases(HARD)and mortality cases(MC)could be reduced with the application of PC-C coating along the street *** work demonstrates the feasibility of air pollution control measures for the local roadside NO_(x)using photocatalytic technology,offering promising health benefits with environmental remediation.

以石英、碳酸钙、氧化铝为原料,采用固相法制备了钙长石粉体,借助XRD、SEM、DSC-TG和力学性能等检测手段研究了化学组成、煅烧温度、保温时间及球磨时间对钙长石合成的影响,探究了钙长石的析晶机理及其在透明釉中应用。结果表明:在钙长石的化学组成附近适当增加CaO的量有利于合成单一的钙长石晶相,但过量的CaO则导致析出钙铝黄长石杂质相。适当提高煅烧温度、延长保温时间或减小颗粒粒径均有利于钙长石析晶。析晶机理研究表明钙长石的析晶是由钙铝黄长石、铝酸钙等中间相转化而来,开始温度在1230℃附近,至1300℃时完全转化。钙长石加入透明釉中会降低釉面的透光度和光泽度,但会提高釉面硬度,钙长石的加入量为3%~15%(wt)时效果最佳,能获得高硬度的透明微晶釉。

Vanadium,a required trace element of human body,has been proved to act as an inhibitor phosphotyrosine phosphatase and have insulin-like ***,it is reprorted that vanadium-enriched chickpea sprout ameliorated hyperglycemia and impaired memory in streptozotocin-induced diabetes ***,the mechanism of effects of vanadium on learning and memory of diabetes still needs more *** a receptor tyrosine kinase,insulin receptor（IR） in the hippocampus has been shown responding to learning experiences by alterations in its gene expression and activation of down-stream molecules such as Shc/Erk1/2 and IRS-1/Akt in the stage of memory formation. Caveolin-1（Cav-1） is a resident protein of Caveolae,a subset of membrane microdomains. IR was reported to concentrate in Caveolae and interact with Cav-1 in executing successful insulin signaling in adipocytes. Many studies indicate that Cav-1 is essential for estrogen receptorαactivation of metabotropic glutamate receptor 1α（mGluR1α）, leading to MAPK-dependent CREB phosphorylation in *** addition,our previous results have shown that Cav-1 was involved in the discrimination *** this study to further investigate the effects of vanadium on diabetic learning and memory impediment and its mechanisim,Kunming mice were divided into control group,diabetes group and vanadium -treatment *** mice were induced by intraperitoneal injection of 200 mg/ kg of alloxan and in vanadium-treatment group diabetic mice were treated by intraperitoneal injection for three weeks with 5 mg/kg of VO(HB（3,5-Mepz）)（3,5-MepzH）（SCN）(SCNH),a new vanadium complex with relatively lower toxicity which was synthesized and selected by our previous study. The study of tumor nanovaccines(nvs)has gained interest because they specifically recognize and eliminate tumor ***,the poor recognition and internalization by dendritic cells(DCs)and insufficient immunogenicity restricted the vaccine ***,we extracted two molecular-weight Astragalus polysaccharides(APS,12.19 k D;APSHMw,135.67 k D)from Radix Astragali and made them self-assemble with OVA257–264directly forming OVA/APS integrated nanocomplexes through the microfluidic *** nanocomplexes were wrapped with a sheddable calcium phosphate layer to improve *** in the formed nanocomplexes served as drug carriers and immune adjuvants for potent tumor *** optimal APS-nvs were approximately 160 nm with uniform size distribution and could remain stable in physiological saline *** FITC-OVA in APS-nvs could be effectively taken up by DCs,and APS-nvs could stimulate the maturation of DCs,improving the antigen cross-presentation efficiency in *** possible mechanism was that APS can induce DC activation via multiple receptors such as dectin-1 and Toll-like receptors 2 and *** accumulation of APS-nvs both in draining and distal lymph nodes were observed following *** APS-nvs could easily access the lymph ***,APS-nvs could markedly promote antigen delivery efficiency to DCs and activate cytotoxic T *** addition,APS-nvs achieve a better antitumor effect in established B16-OVA melanoma tumors compared with the OVA+Alum treatment *** antitumor mechanism correlated with the increase in cytotoxic T cells in the tumor ***,the poor tumor inhibitory effect of APS-nvs on the nude mouse model of melanoma also confirmed the participation of antitumor adaptive immune response induced by ***,this study developed a promising APS-based tumor nv that is an efficient tumor immunotherapy without systemic side effects.

[目的]揭示不同品种患病根际土壤真菌中的差异显著物种,探讨根际土壤真菌与不同品种烟草互作关系,为品种抗性机理研究以及生物防治提供参考。[方法]采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,分析云南省8个主栽烟草品种的患病植株根际土壤真菌的群落结构组成与多样性。[结果]8个品种的患病根际土壤真菌OTU丰度值分布在822~1126,各品种间根际土壤真菌多样性与丰富度指数存在显著差异,其中品种K326、云105、云87和云99显著高于其他品种。在门水平上,各品种患病根际土壤真菌主要以子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、被孢霉门(Mortierellomycota)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota)为优势菌门。在属水平上,各处理组主要以Microidium属、镰孢菌属(Fusarium)、腐质霉属(Humicola)、被孢霉属(Mortierella)和链格孢属(Alternaria)等为优势菌属。LEFSe显著差异分析表明:腐质霉属、假丝酵母属(Candida)、小不整球壳属(Plectosphaerella)、链格孢属、丝葚霉属(Papulaspora)、镰孢菌属、Boeremia属、被孢霉属、赤霉菌属(Gibberella)是不同品种烟草患病根际土壤的重要差异显著物种。[结论]不同品种烟草的患病根际土壤真菌群落结构与多样性存在显著差异,且显著差异物种的分布与品种抗性存在一定联系。对黑胫病具有较高抗性的品种(云97、K326、云100和云87)中以有益菌属为主,而在感病和中抗品种(红大、云105、云116和云99)中则聚集了部分病原菌。
